What do you like best about Files.com?

Like all other cloud sharing services once you have a TON of data there the company will jack up your pricing to unrealistic prices. We've moved to implementing our own cloud as every single provider has done this to us after a year or two or three (max). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

Once you go into renewals the folks there are pretty hard to deal with. No breaks, give us more money. I'd shy away from these types of services and pay the money to implement your sharepoint or other internal cloud solutions. You will save money in the long run and not have to worry about your data being held hostage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
