I encountered an issue where certain sync functions did not work as expected when syncing files between servers. For instance, I tried to move a file from one server to another, but it did not work. After opening a help ticket, I found out that the platform does not allow moves from certain remote servers, which was not stated clearly anywhere. This lack of information was frustrating because the option appeared available but was not functional. Granular permissions

While I could have built this on my own it would have taken time and those grey dollars equate to money spent

This solution went from a demo for 1-2 weeks into production with a small learning curve for the team

Their tech support is EXCELLENT.

The cost is the only truly negative thing I can say about this product.

I am not big fan of the renewal process and have struggled to get some compliance questions answered without buying up to get access to their professional services (ridiculous when you are a paying customer) but in their defense their FAQ covered 90% of my questions. It is very simple and easy to use, both for posting large files to share with clients, and for my clients to receive the files. It does not require add-ons, signing up for things, and helps our company maintain a professional interface with our clients. We use it all the time and it was easy to implement and easy to integrate into our work flows.
