Effortless File Management with Robust Automation

I like the permission features because I can give someone access to exactly one folder without opening up anything else, which was something we couldn't really do before. Their automation has saved a surprising amount of time since scheduled transfers run and validate themselves without needing someone to check if the files actually arrived. Files.com integrates with our existing storage, so files end up where our other systems expect them, eliminating any extra step of moving things around afterward. The speed has been reliable, even with large files, which had a failure pathway on our previous tool. Support was knowledgeable and responsive, particularly around configuring security access, which has turned sharing from something scattered and worrying into something I don't have to think about much anymore.

I find the audit logging feature of Files.com essential, as it provides timestamps and attribution for every process, access, and transfer, which is crucial when handling patient information. The granular permission settings are great, allowing me to give specialist access to exactly one person for a defined period, avoiding the need for broader permissions. Automation has been really helpful for recurring tasks between clinic locations, running on schedule without needing staff involvement.
