What do you like best about ActivTrak?

Reporting is detailed and comprehensive. The ability to set bnechamrks and give employees visibility into how they are working compared to their peers. We also have found it a useful complement to our security stack-- often there's no substitute for being able to see exactly what the employee was doing at a particular point in time. What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

No Linux agent support.

Can take a little clicking around to find the most useful reports.

What do you like best about ActivTrak?

It has a lot of features but at this point it's excessive and overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

Terrible customer service, deceptive business practices, and now the price is way higher than any of the competitors, but they don't inform you of your upcoming renewal amount anymore so you won't have time to cancel before renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
