What we value most about Didomi is its ability to manage user consent and cookie walls efficiently, while remaining fully compliant with privacy regulations such as GDPR. I appreciate that Didomi is easy to use and set up, offering support every step of the way with regular review calls to introduce new features and see if we need further assistance. I like that Didomi is simple to understand, with a configuration that is easy to share between sites, and maintainable. You can have more advanced configurations than with other tools. The initial setup of Didomi can be quite complex, especially on the technical level. For each partner defined in our Tag Manager System, specific triggers need to be created, which requires quite a bit of work. Web performance could probably be optimized. It seems to be affecting our overall score, and so far we haven’t seen any improvement.
