What do you like best about Qualifio?

Qualifio is very easy to work with: the campaigns are built in different steps, everything is explained very well, and there is also a great FAQ page to help you with any problems you might have. If there is still something you can't find the answer to, or you are unsure about, then there is the Qualifio Support Team who always answer very quickly, they are very friendly and helpful. I have learned so much in, on and about Qualifio in an educational yet "playful" way over the last year and a half. Would definitely recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualifio?

Sometimes small bugs occur (but they are always solved quickly). When you make a change in a campaign, it can also take a while before the change is visible in your preview, which can sometimes be a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualifio?

Qualifio is a great tool for collecting leads in an easy way. As soon as the setup is done it is very easy and fast to create effective campaigns. Qualifio has a lot of different campaign types and despite the many different features and options it is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualifio?

As everything is based on some predefined campaign types, there are some limitations to the tool; e.g. some question types cannot be used to award points in a quiz, even though it seems like an obvious idea to do. Also handling multilingual campaigns is not optimal yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seem to be not a lot of new features or games. We don't really mind, but maybe our clients will think it is always the same games.

What do you dislike about Qualifio?

Some logical things are not implemented yet:

- When changing the address form, there is a bug that all the campaigns with this form are missing some info

- An option to have the form fixed on a country setting would be great or excluding some countries

Also an automatic address validation would be nice but you need to pay for it while i think that it is quite a basic need :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great service with lots of different formats to engage with your audience more interactively, very easy to use and create new games and campaigns. What do you like best about Qualifio?

The easy engagement and interactive game formats that cab easily collect 0-1part data which can be used for retargeting purposes in a GDPR compliant way. Further, the interface/user experience is going in the right direction for the ClearOn purposes and the FMCG brands in Sweden Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualifio?

Sometimes long lead-times with helpdesk and not easily explained which games that who have specific features or not. The latter would make it easier if its clearly stated in the Briefing formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
