Rippling has a very clean and easy to use UI or user interface. The otherthing that Rippling really excels at is making finding all the relevent area very intutive. For instance, it is very easy to navigate from time and attendance, pto blance and check your latest paycheck. I would like if Rippling was a bit more powerful, it is very powerful and easy to navigate however I do feel like it is lacking some further infomation that can be provided to the employee. Such as futher benefits and upcoming open enrollement information. Also it was be great to have a preview of your paycheck the night before an empoyee was paid.
