# Which healthcare provider directories enable real-time data syncing with EHR and claims systems?

Straightforward answer: none of the core PDM products in this category have reviewers describing real-time EHR or claims-system syncing directly, so I want to name that gap rather than stretch adjacent evidence to fit.

Verifiable (4.7/5, 14 reviews): Closest thing I found. One reviewer described API integration that "allows us to share credentialing data in real-time across teams." That's real-time syncing, but it's internal, between departments on the same platform, not a connection out to an EHR or claims system.

CredentialStream (3.9/5, 88 reviews): Supports data exchange via FTP, HL7, NPDB, and ABMS, touching the standards EHR integrations typically use, but reviewers describe it as export/import connectivity, not live syncing.

Verisys, Medallion, symplr Payer, symplr Directory: This integration angle showed up nowhere in their review sets, in either direction.

If live EHR or claims syncing is a hard requirement, put that question directly to sales engineering rather than expecting reviews to settle it right now.

Has anyone gotten a PDM platform talking to their EHR in real time, and if so, was that a native integration or a middleware build?

The native integration versus middleware build question is the one I'd push on directly with vendors here. In my experience "we integrate with EHRs" in a demo often turns out to mean a scheduled batch sync or an API that requires a separate build to operationalize, neither of which is the same as live data syncing. Asking for a specific technical walkthrough of how data moves, what triggers it, and what the lag time looks like tends to get you a clearer answer than the integration page alone.
