**What do you like best about Localize?**

I really like how flexible localize has been for us. We began with just a few languages and were able to add more over time without having to change anything on our end. The integrations slipped right into our existing tools, and the AI-powered translations let us move fastest, while still giving us the option to review things manually when it actually matters.

**What do you dislike about Localize?**

Every now and then, the automatic detection grabs strings that don’t really need to be translated, so we have to filter those out by hand. Its not a big issue, just something to keep in mind, especially on more dynamic pages.

**What problems is Localize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Localize brings our whole translation workflow into one place and takes a lot of the technical headache out of localization. Because of that, we can roll updates glibally in days instead of weeks, which helps us reach international users faster without piling on extra opertional work.

**What do you like best about Localize?**

I use Localize every day and I can say that is a very friendly, time-saving, and reliable tool for translation. Also their Customer Support helps every time, implementation is really easy and integration with the actual website was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Localize?**

Honestly, there’s nothing really wrong with it. It’s just that sometimes I get a bit lost with all the buttons, but I can live with that. In the end, it’s more my issue—my memory isn’t the best.

**What problems is Localize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to keep our websites up to date with translations, and receiving emails with phrases to review and enter makes it easy to stay on top of updates. Then, being able to go straight into edit mode to modify the content is really convenient and genuinely makes my life easier.

What I like about Localize is how smooth and intuitive the interface feels—it’s super easy to navigate (UI/UX), and all the integrations just work without a hitch. The support and onboarding were helpful too, and the AI features actually feel smart and practical, not gimmicky.

Honestly, the only thing I’d say is a bit frustrating is that some of the advanced features feel a little hidden or take time to figure out (UI/UX). Integrations are great, but setting them up can be a bit clunky at first.

LocaliseJS just works well and enabled ClickSend to quickly implement localisation of our web application quickly with minimal and very low risk code changes. The only 2 changes required were:
1) Add a tiny JS snippet to our head tag
2) Mark html elements notranslate if we didn't want LocaliseJS to translate those elements

**What do you dislike about Localize?**

We were hoping for Crowdin native integration. We could work around this by calling the LocaliseJS and Crowdin APIs and automate it this way

**What problems is Localize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Localisation of our web application has enabled us to launch to non-english countries including France and then Spain this year. We have found our conversation rates significant increase by implementing French localisation

The tool is very easy to use, and the UI is well organized, which makes working in the system straightforward. I also had the pleasure of meeting our assigned Customer Success Manager, who was a great support and offered to schedule a session with me to go through any questions I might have had. As for ease of implementation and integration, I can’t really comment, since that part wasn’t managed by me.

I love how effortlessly Localize detects website content and keeps translations in sync without manual work. The central dashboard makes it easy to manage languages, review translations, and publish updates quickly. It saves a lot of time and makes the whole localization process feel simple and controlled. The ease of setup, reduced developer dependency, and smooth workflow are big positives. Adding the JavaScript snippet to the website was simple, and the dashboard made it easy to start detecting and managing text right away.

**What do you dislike about Localize?**

At times, the automatic translations need manual review to ensure accuracy, especially for context specific phrases. The pricing can feel a bit high for smaller projects, and managing a large number of strings in the dashboard can become slightly overwhelming. Improving search, filtering, and bulk editing options would make handling bigger translation sets more efficient. It would help a lot to have stronger search and filtering options, such as filtering by page, tag, status, or last updated time. Bulk editing and bulk approval of similar strings would save time when working with large updates. A clearer way to group related strings or organize them by sections of the website would also make navigation easier when the list grows very large.

What I like best about Localize is how effortless it makes managing translations. Everything updates in real time, stays organized, and doesn’t require constant manual work it just quietly works and saves a lot of time.

Honestly, there isn’t anything major, but I’d say some advanced features could use a bit more guidance or documentation for first-time users. Once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth but the initial learning could be slightly easier.

Localize solves the problem of managing content in multiple languages without turning it into a confusing or time consuming process. **What do you like best about Localize?**

The service was easy to integrate into our website and is very reliable. The translations are very good quality and are published basically instantaneously. All in all, a great service, especially for the price.

**What do you dislike about Localize?**

The nomenclature is somewhat counterintuitive and tends to confuse new users (people expect "approve" to mean approve a translation rather than approve to be translated and published). The workflow for QC'ing translations and "marking as human" could also be improved (perhaps automatically placing machine translations into a queue to be marked as human). While the translations for sentences and paragraphs are fantastic, we have run into a couple difficulties when translating words or phrases that are devoid of context (such as an employee's title on their bio page), especially with gendered languages. The workaround was not realistic for us to implement at the time, so we ended up blocking a few of those phrases and just leaving the source language. Lastly, the number of team members (3) does not seem quite enough for the number of languages in our plan (4), so we have not utilized all the languages because we don't have enough user slots for our translators.

Localize allows us to provide our clients and potential clients a Spanish version of our website, which saves us time and money, as previously this was a manual process and took up too much time for our limited staff.

I enjoy using tools like Grok, PMAI, Smartsheet, and PartyRock alongside Localize, as they help me advance my processes after I've started them with Localize. The initial setup of Localize was very easy, even though it required some training. Overall, it has improved my efficiency and integration of analytical processes.

I think the interface and the prompt assessment process could be delivered in different formats to make it more useful for integrating with other programs.

I really like how easy Localize is to use and how well it integrates with our websites and tools. It doesn't feel overly technical, so our dev team can use it without much hassle. It's also very fast, and we trust the translations it provides fairly well. I appreciate that it reduces the development time since we don't have to use other translation services, and it opens up access to a larger market for our products and services. The initial setup was extremely easy.

If it's possible to be dumbed down even further so that a non-dev person could use it, that may be possible. But in my experience, as a non-techie guy, it's probably easier just to give it to our dev team. So there's anything that could be done to make it even more simple for a nontechnical person to implement, that would be really cool.

**What do you like best about Localize?**

I like how Localize simplifies the entire localization workflow. Things are picked up automatically and everything is centralized in one place, making it easy to keep translations in sync across our products and website. The clean and intuitive user interface allows our team to be productive quickly. I also appreciate the balance between automation and control, as we can use machine translations to move fast but still review and fine tune important content before it goes live. This saves us a lot of time in general.

**What do you dislike about Localize?**

Overall, Localize works well for us, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The interface could be a bit faster with large projects. There could be more flexibility in the workflow and collaboration tools. Better reporting and insights about translation quality would also be helpful, as well as improving turnaround time. For workflow and collaboration, more customizable steps and approvals, and clear ways to assign and track ownership across team members and translators would be beneficial. In terms of reporting, simple dashboards showing translation volume, turnaround times, and bottlenecks would help us manage our localization process better.

**What do you like best about Localize?**

Adopting Localize was incredibly easy and it integrated seamlessly with our website. I've been particularly impressed by the flexibility of the tooling available. For instance, our workflow differs quite a bit from Localize's intended use cases, and yet the platform has adapted to our needs and allowed us to scale our localization efforts time and time again. On top of this, the Localize team has always been incredibly responsive and is quick to address any questions or concerns we bring up.

The minor drawback of using Localize is that it picks up a lot of spam phrases in the process of scraping content. However, the platform does provide mitigation tools that have allowed us to counter this issue and maintain control over our phrase count.

The solution is very intuitive to use. All you have to do is paste the URL of the page you want to translate, then update or edit the text boxes as needed. I’d say about 95% of the translations were correct, so there were very few manual edits to make.

The UI navigation could be a little confusing and it would be great if there was a library of content or a recorded webinar.

Localize was quick and straightforward to implement, and once set up, it runs seamlessly in the background. We also really enjoy working with Graham and team, the customer support is quick and effective, and Graham is very friendly and helpful.

We had to quickly find a solution to provide French Canadian language translations on our eCommerce website due to Bill 96 legislation. Localize was able to accommodate our rapid timeline and deliver the results we needed to ensure that we were compliant.

I use Localize to enable auto translations for my apps and it makes the translation process easier for me. I really like how easy it is to use. The API documentation and process is simple and accurate, with less troubleshooting compared to other apps. The initial setup of Localize was very easy.

I feel that maybe just the price could be better. It would be nice if it was cheaper.

Easy to implement and maintain. Localize delivers  accurate machine translations and makes it easy to modify incorrect translations. I only need to log in weekly to maintain the system.

It seems like a fair number of spam phrases find their way in, though these are easy to filter out during the manual approval process.

The software itself is very powerful and easy to us. Gave us a very fast solution for our Customers that we struggled to communicate with becasue of language. 

The people ar also amazing! The Localize team have been so helpful, they act like a partner, really focussed on our success! My CSM helps empower mu team with both knowledge on how to bes use the software and by sharing best practices. 

The rest of the Localize team has shown up to provide answers to our questions and solutions to any obsticles we run into.

**What do you dislike about Localize?**

The only area that can be a bit labor intense if the Closed Captioning process... But here is the good news, the product team has been very active in getting feedback from to continually improve the software.

Localize has transformed our CustomerGauge Academy from a one language solution for some of our customers to an international multi language solution that is impacting everyone from Executive Leadership to the Frontline. We now have translations for every course, document, and video we offer to our customers (and employees)

Its a very easy tool to use and implement changes live on site! Additionally, the support team is eager to help on any problem that may arise.

The only downside we currently see is in regard to SEO and how the translations are added to the page.
