It cannot be considered as a dislike or weakness, It is more like my personal issue. Maybe it is just because that I am quite new to Instapage, but I find it difficult sometimes to deal with problems such as custom domain settings and DNS records kinda thing. Good UX:

- Instapage allows us to easily design beautiful yet concise landing pages that are optimized for capturing leads through social media & email.

- It's also pretty easy to grasp, and new team members without any prior experience have gotten the hang of it very quickly.

Great with Integrations:

- The built-in email feature allows our clients to get instant emails as soon as a lead is submitted.

- It has apps built into Zapier so I can easily connect our Instapage through automations in Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.

- It also integrates directly with Wordpress so I can easily host a landing page right on my client's Wordpress site.

Customer Support:

- Whenever I've needed help troubleshooting something, their support team has sent me detailed videos & explanations to resolve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- There is a limit to how many landing pages you can have, and we often find ourselves at the limit given how many clients we have.

- We use the "Experiments" feature a bit differently than it was designed, and mostly use it to save multiple versions of one page (particularly with certain events, sometimes we have holiday versions of a page, etc.) Doing it this way works, but it makes it a lot more complicated than it theoretically could be. I enjoy using Instapage. Instapage allows me to design beautiful landing pages without needing a developer or coding knowledge. I can quickly create stunning and highly-converting landing pages with simple drag-and-drop capability. There are more than enough templates for every sector or necessity, making it simple to design your landing page with the page content cues already in place. Interacting with email marketing, CRM, and other systems is pretty simple. The A/B testing function is handy and very efficient. If you have ever worked with a landing page builder, Instapage is similar, but a bit more user-friendly. My favorite part about them is the customer service is FANTASTIC! I ask lots of questions, and always get extremely prompt and helpful answers, often even with screen recorded demos. Building for mobile is sometimes frustratiang. Showing and hiding elements can get confusing, and especially cumbersome when you need to update an element that is hidden on desktop. Frustrating at times, but also not horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instapage is great for hosting landing pages and integrating with other software. Their support documentation and support teams are incredibly helpful if you have a question or need support in integrating with a software that is not already built into the Instapage product. The UI is intuitive and simple, but also allows for complexity if you want to code your own html or use a webhook to integrate with other software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
