I use Calendly to schedule meetings with potential prospects, which has helped me generate valid inbound leads and reduce the time to qualify drastically. I love how it automates meeting schedules with interactive quick qualified questions, allowing me to eliminate prospects without an immediate need. Calendly is user-friendly and easy to get used to. What I most loved was being able to create an interactive calendar link that integrates with any calendar (GMeet, Teams, or Apple). Both parties can see their available time slots and book a specific time slot based on availability. It overcomes constraints from different time zone differences and helps streamline the process irrespective of global presence. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy, taking less than two hours. We picked Calendly for its immediate functionality and professional look for our clients. This platform is a do-it-all solution. First I set out to use it to collect basic information for intake/onboarding. Then I realized it could create PDFs from input as well. I have used it to replace a number of other different software options (including Adobe) since now I can build PDFs along a branded template right in Jotform. I felt like the product is excellent for the price, my only qualm is that I wish I could add a colleague to the account without needing an enterprise subscription. The UX can be a little tricky since there are so many options, and several of the options relate to different aspects of the same form/task - for example it's easy to accidentally switch between the form builder and the pdf editor. All that considered though, if you get lost, the AI builder is excellent at getting you back to where you wanted to go in the first place. The AI can even take a stab at building pretty accurate forms, and can answer questions about conditional logic/intent. There are tons of helpful integrations as well and I am looking forward to seeing how Claude can be used with the new integration to enhance overall performance of this tool with regards to my daily efficiency. Very little honestly. Performance is excellent. As mentioned, I do think the only flaw is that there are so many features it's easy to get lost in a feature you weren't looking for - but that's opened my eyes to the platform's capabilities so realistically not a bad thing. For the free/inexpensive plans (I'm on the Silver plan) there's no real onboarding or account-based support team but the AI takes very good care of any questions you might have. Overall this has made our processes way more user-friendly for both internal and external audiences, and has saved countless dollars in overhead/admin time. It does everything and keeps me organized.

I really like pre-registering visitors. This process makes checking in visitors much more efficient. I believe that the visitors like it as well.

When I create the event, it gets added to my calendar so I know who is coming and when. The visitor receives an email and completes the registration via a link. It takes less than 30 seconds to complete. Everyone loves that it is quick because nobody has time anymore. It's great that I can tell that they have completed it. Once they have registered and receive their QR code, the process is seamless. If for some reason, they do not have their code with them, I can always print it and get them signed in that way.

When some visitors come back, they are considered "Returning" visitors. I don't always have them pre-registered so they sign in via kiosk using "returning visitor" selection. It does not always work. It is not a big deal, they just sign in as new visitor.

The fact that it's part of the Microsoft Suite of products on an annual basis helps tremendously. It saves me hours, and I’d never be able to do this manually. I've not used support. I do leverage AI integrations with Excel however. I can't imagine working without Excel. I appreciate that it is convenient and connects guests to the necessary people either via email or text, making it much quicker to alert someone that a guest has arrived. It's also easy for users or guests who come to the lobby and quickly alerts people that they have guests, making the process fairly seamless in that regard. The app seems to log out quite a bit. Sometimes I walk by the iPad, either in the morning or the middle of the day, and notice that we've been logged out. It might be an iPad update or something unrelated to the reception app, but I do find myself having to relog in from time to time, which would not be ideal if a guest came and they couldn't access it. What I like most is that everything stays organized in one place. Before manager discussions, I can quickly check previous feedback, pending action items, and goal progress without searching through multiple documents.

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media and online awareness sessions, so I regularly use surveys for patient feedback, weight loss consultation forms, webinar response collection, nutrition awareness programs and lifestyle related feedback work. Creating surveys, adding questions, editing forms and sharing survey links feels smooth during regular work. I use it frequently for health awareness surveys, consultation feedback forms and educational response collection. Different question types, rating options, survey templates and logic settings are useful because every health project and audience response form is little different.

I also like the reporting and analytics features because they help me understand audience feedback more clearly. It becomes easier to check which health topics people are more interested in and what type of educational content is helping them more. Response tracking and data export also helps while managing survey records and feedback reports together. performance has been good during regular use. Surveys load properly, response collection works smoothly and I did not face major problems while handling multiple forms together. Mobile survey experience is also good, so people can easily fill forms from phone during online sessions and wellness programs.

Features like survey branching, rating questions, multilingual support and customization are very helpful during clinic and educational projects. Customer support articles and help resources were also useful whenever I needed help for survey settings or form management. Sería estupendo incluir una función de escaneo de código de barras/código QR en Waitwhile. Tratamos con cadenas de números de seis dígitos que son engorrosas de escribir en nuestros dispositivos desde Waitwhile. Me gusta la facilidad con la que puede ser usado Userpilot, realmente es muy sencillo aprender y empezar a crear las soluciones que permite. Además, tiene un acompañamiento increíble para temas técnicos, siempre que solicitamos ayuda, su equipo de soporte está dispuesto a apoyar. Es muy valioso porque, en caso de dudas, consultas o apoyo adicional, nos contactamos directamente con el apoyo técnico y en pocas horas tenemos respuestas e incluso llamadas para solucionar las inquietudes. Eso es algo muy importante para no perder tiempo y aprovechar la herramienta al máximo. También me gusta que con pocos clics podemos crear onboardings, guías paso a paso o presentación de nuevas herramientas y medir su impacto en el usuario. La herramienta nos permite visualizar el uso y los eventos que generan los usuarios en sus sesiones, lo cual es verdaderamente útil para tomar decisiones y analizar los patrones de uso de nuestro producto.
