What do you like best about Zoho People?

I appreciate Zoho People's highly customizable features. It lets us build custom forms and modify workflows, and even use their unique scripting language to enhance our experience. The onboarding process is incredibly easy and convenient, providing ample checklists to ensure everything is set up correctly from the start. I also like the seamless integration with other Zoho products and its robust mobile app. This app is excellent for teams to clock in and out using geofencing. Additionally, uploading and signing documents with eSignatures is easy, and setting up company handbooks that can be accessed before employees join is a big help. What do you like best about Zoho People?

I used Zoho People as our HRMS for storing the employee database, biometrics, and performance management, and much more. It made storing employee details so much easier compared to our previous manual system. Managing attendance and connecting biometric data was easier too. I really like the performance management system; it was pretty much automated and made things easy for us. The simplified yet perfect approach, from custom forms to manager reviews and peer reviews, stands out. It's easy to see an employee's full review with just one click.
