I find Zoho People very intuitive and easy to use. I like that it is made in India and I can easily navigate across its modules. I really enjoy the leave management system; it's simple to log in different types of leaves like sick, casual, and earned leaves, and I can easily view leave totals, balances, and how much has been encashed. It's great that all this automatically reflects in the Zoho time entry module. The initial setup was really easy, with a good technical backend team to support the process. It should allow users the functionality to customize the screens so that they can choose which module to select in the main screen. Zoho People keeps all HR tasks in oneplace , so managing the attendance , leaves and employee data became easy and less time consuming. It reduced manual errors . I appreciate how Zoho People streamlines our processes, making things more efficient and less time-consuming. The structured environment it provides serves as an excellent repository for our data, centralizing our information in an organized manner. Additionally, I find it particularly useful for tracking shifts of our remote working employees, which is a critical feature for our team. This capability ensures that all employee activities are consistently monitored and managed, leading to better workflow management and accountability. Zoho People has made our daily HR operations much easier. The check-in/check-out feature is simple to use, and the mobile app works well for our remote team. Leave applications and approvals happen quickly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. As an HR professional, what I appreciate most about Zoho People is its onboarding process. Previously, we had to collect data from candidates ourselves, but with Zoho People, candidates can enter their own information, making the onboarding process smooth and allowing it to be completed within a day. I also like that I can access all the data and organize it according to my different business units. Another valuable feature is attendance approval, which managers can handle directly. This has made my job easier, as I no longer need to coordinate with managers, effectively eliminating communication gaps. Using Zoho People daily has truly simplified my work. The most important feature for me is its integration with other Zoho apps, such as Zoho Recruit and Zoho Payroll, which streamlines both the recruitment and monthly payroll processes. Whenever I try to reach out, it often takes a long time to get a response. There were days when I was stuck with errors and couldn't find a solution, which led to a particularly frustrating experience with Zoho People. This is my main dislike. Additionally, the mobile application is quite limited—I can't access most features on it, which is disappointing. When our firm was considering Zoho People, we started with the trial pack, but when we were ready to purchase, we found the pricing confusing and struggled to find the right fit for our business size. This tool has made handling leave requests from employees much easier, as well as tracking attendance, which is especially helpful during payroll processing.
