Zoho people is easy for both administrators and employees to navigate, which makes everyday tasks like attendance, leave requests and timesheet submissions very straightforward. This interface is clean and user friendly. So new users can adapt quickly without extensive training. Setup and configuration were relatively simple with minimal disruption. Integration with other zoho products and external systems has generally been smooth, allowing us to connect HR data with payroll, collaboration and other business tools. While basic customization is good, certain areas such as form rules, automation logic and reporting lack the flexibility that more mature HRIS tools offer. I use Zoho People for my daily work life management. I find it really easy to navigate on the website and the app, and it is very user-friendly. I like its UI and the good colors. It's great for applying for leaves and tracking how many I have left. It also helps me track holidays and receive proper notifications both on the app, website, and email whenever HR posts or announces anything. I frequently use LeapTracker and the files section a lot, and it's amazing how I get notifications as soon as a document is shared. I appreciate Zoho People's highly customizable features. It lets us build custom forms and modify workflows, and even use their unique scripting language to enhance our experience. The onboarding process is incredibly easy and convenient, providing ample checklists to ensure everything is set up correctly from the start. I also like the seamless integration with other Zoho products and its robust mobile app. This app is excellent for teams to clock in and out using geofencing. Additionally, uploading and signing documents with eSignatures is easy, and setting up company handbooks that can be accessed before employees join is a big help.
