We are having trouble with Salesforce recognizing bounces in and exiting prospects from the cadence based on the bounce. Any others face this issue/have a solution?
There is the function of sending a text message directly to the phone via SMS. However, in Mexico nobody uses SMS and it would be incredible if this could be done via WhatsApp
Im trying to figure out how to get a groove email in gmail. The labs/plugins for gmail aren't working for me, but my peers have a pretty green button under their gmail submit in gmail app.

I can only see my VISIT FREQUENCIES/OVERDUE VISITS on my phone when I am logged in but it would be a great help if I could access the same when logged in on my computer..
I wanted to know if there are a certain amount of days that a cadence should last, because sometimes there are contacts in that cadence that were not reached out yet, so i wondered if there are any strategies to approach these costumers by creating a different cadence.
For example: if in my steps, I create an email with dynamic fields, sometimes the dynamic fields need to be edited but it can be hard to see where they are. I think if they were highlighted it would be easier to find and another reminder to check the dynamic fields for editing.
How do you combine duplicate records, ie, same person entered with 2 emails, and need to track all the communication from both records, combine for ease?
Is there a way to have them appear next in line only if they are in a time that is relevant?
I.e. I don't want US calls to come up on my list of calls to make when it is before 9 AM for that part of the US.
It seems like we have so much going on and so many different products we sell and so many people do so many different things and the system seems to be black and white in most areas and for the most part, we need the grey area and cross over.
