# Is it possible to automatically call mobile and direct numbers

For some reason on the HQ numbs are automated, whereas you have to manually select other numbers to call

Hi Christian! In the instance of having multiple numbers, if it isn't the first selected you will have to select which number you want to call. 

You can select the alternative number you would like to dial by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the current dial pad number to switch to a different one.
