# How would we be able to download the visit frequencies or see it on the desktop platform?

I can only see my VISIT FREQUENCIES/OVERDUE VISITS on my phone when I am logged in but it would be a great help if I could access the same when logged in on my computer..

Hi Kirby! For a faster response, please contact support@skynamo.com in future. However, you can download your visit frequencies as follows:

1) Navigate to the Calendar tab
2) Download the "Visit Frequency" Import:
This is only available for account managers, but if he is a field rep then he can ask his account manager to download it by going to Settings->Imports->Import Visit frequencies -> Download all (.xlsx)
3) Click on the customer itself to see his visit frequency as well, both on the web and on the app.

I tried to include some images to help you but am unable to via G2. If you need more help, please contact us via support@skynamo.com and we can email you the images for the above to help you further.

thanks! Hope this has been helpful!
