The integration of it with our ERP system is seamless. I have also seen how easy it is to use it on a daily basis as all that is needed is for the device to connect to wi-fi or data. It was very easy to implement this app for our entities which makes it easy to support my users. **What do you dislike about Skynamo Sales Platform?** The challenge that needs to be noted is that the underlying data needs to be clean so that this app can produce meaningful results. Also, it also require sales personnel to put an effort in registering or capturing their movements. **What problems is Skynamo Sales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was an issue with the management being unable to have an overview of how the sales team are doing once they left the office. The management will not know who is visiting which customer and when. With this implementation, management can now manage sales team time and schedule based on business requirement. ### 2. They are able to assist customers with stock availability, se pricing on the spot and delays phoning into the office are eliminated. From a management point of view the call report are sufficient and we can see whether the team has planned their trips in an efficient manner. **What do you dislike about Skynamo Sales Platform?** Form a Major Tech point of view, we are still not able to see and measure individual daily sales per customer per rep. this is very frustrating. The app allows super-users to create user-friendly forms, trackers and surveys so that we can derive quick information required. From the back-end service, I cannot fault the Skynamo team at all. They all have been amazing! They have been super helpful from introduction to implementation. Anytime we've needed to set up a meeting for assistance, they've been there with speed! If you are a sales business with a team on the road and aren't using Skynamo, I suggest you re-evaluate your current sales-force tool and get in touch with the Skynamo team.
