The external sales team is happy with at ability to quote and send out data instantaneously to customers. They are able to assist customers with stock availability, se pricing on the spot and delays phoning into the office are eliminated. Form a Major Tech point of view, we are still not able to see and measure individual daily sales per customer per rep. this is very frustrating.
