**What do you like best about Revegy?**

The first thing, i would like to  drag attention why I got attracted towards Revegy?

I worked with my clients in my career specially Fujitsu, Comcast, AMS and few others using Revegy. It influences me to use Revegy. When I started my Business Startup that covers Cloud Telephony Industry, I used Revegy and literally i get outstanding results.

In terms of client building it's best, It helps a lot to understand client needs thoroughly. for me or my team it's like a relationship liason to catalyse client relationship and obviosuly it results in revenue too.

Aesthical performance review and reporting feature is also a speciality. Even we dont much need to use customer support but yes it's awesome. rarely we used to be in touch once or twice but the experience is really pleasant.

If i say in a single line Revegy is like a inhouse sales man for a company who uses it.

Though I don't think there is anything that i I dislike, Yeah! but everything needs improvement all the time. 

Timely R&D is very important and make it more and more user friendly.

Initially we were very cautious about performance review in terms of sales. Sales is always a backbone for a company. Hardly matters up to what extent your product is good, The thing that's most important is that... up to what extent we are selling. To generate more and more revenue sales tracking is very important.

Revegy's sales funnel and opportunity scoring gives a great picture to understand the exact market situation, our capabilities. In short it does SWOT analysis in a one go. Revegy's visual representation makes everything so easy.

Revegy has transformed our account planning and sales processes. The visual account planning features are amazing, allows us to map out complex strategies and understand our accounts better. We use it daily.

Initial setup and learning curve is a bit steep, took our team some time to fully understand and use all features effectively. A bit overwhelming initially, the User Interface could be a bit more intuitive.

Revegy helps us effectively manage and strategize on our key accounts. It allows us to visualize account relationships, identify stakeholders, and map out strategies in a way that's easy to understand and follow. Greatly improved collaboration.

The best part about Revegy is that it provides complete sales solutions. In Revegy, we don't need extra CRM or Excel tools to manage leads and check data, and it is highly modified as needed.

Revegy makes you go through a structured process and creates artifacts that can continue to be reused by you and others who take over accounts after you.   It can be very thorough and makes you think through the selling process and not skip steps that you are tempted to glaze over in the rush to make a sale.  It also is integrated into our opportunity management system so that the common data automatically populates Revegy.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

The user interface and ease of use of the tool leaves something to be desired.  It is functional and usable and you can learn to use it, but it is not the most intuitive interface.

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account planning and management.   The biggest benefit from using Revegy has been that it forces me to answer questions about an account and an opportunity that I need to qualify or fully flesh out a plan to work with my clients.

**What do you like best about Revegy?**

Documenting and collaborating on strategic account plans and near term tactical opportunity plans is the only way to determine where gaps and barriers are and how to create action plans to overcome them.  The components in the Revegy plan really highlight that.  The red/amber/green coloring on relationship health and qualification scorecards is an excellent visual on where trouble areas exist.

I also like the customization of the tool to the needs of our company.  It adjusts to the needs of the size of the company and their sales process.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

The only downside I can think of is inconsistent use across the sales organization.  It's difficult to measure impact when managers don't coach to the tools or require certain tools be completed.  So that's not really a Revegy issue, but an adoption issue.

The one area that can be improved, not visible to the user, but to me as administrator is the back end user group set up.  Member, owner, both, etc. are confusing and challenging when groups/organizations change.  A lot of the layers of grouping seem unnecessary.

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've operationalized the sales framework in place with tools that people can use to give a full view of their account strategy and opportunity execution.  The most used tool, and biggest benefit, is the stakeholder map.  Expectations for a map of stakeholders and our relationship with them is now a standard.  The consistency of use provides a common language when discussing people at the prospect/customer.

**What do you like best about Revegy?**

I really like the relationship maps and how they integrate with Salesforce.  They are easy to learn, easy to edit and easy to share across our teams.  These become very useful when we are building and expanding our account across Sales, Support, and Customer Success.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

The notifications for team objectives in the plan don't send reminders to team members when new action items are assigned or updated.  If we are not on a call together and don't send follow ups manually, team members are not receiving updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Revegy:**

Not all the modules are intuitive to learn so if you have someone that has used it previously, it can really accelerate getting up to speed.  Once you have been through it a few times, you will be very proficient.

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking our understanding of the organization, where we have relationships, and where we need to develop them, has been a great benefit.   Also, documenting customer strategic objectives.   Lastly, tracking all of our team action items and objectives in one place.

The possibility to customize views and maps. The repository and team management is also very useful. To me, the best feature is the export option to prepare presentations of the fly. The amount of time it saves me is astounding.

The maps could be a little more developed. In this area, I would suggest something more dynamic like Visio, where elements can auto adjust.

The biggest is consolidate information about the account and the possibility to export this information to a powerpoint or pdf, for example, on the fly. The amount of time it saves me is really invaluable.

**What do you like best about Revegy?**

Nice idea in theory however if the entire org is not onboard and consistently driving review of deals on Revegy then it is simply a slice in a point of time reflection of reality and therefore limited usefulness. 

Too many other competing tools or information sources we use to drive deal reviews from. Revegy can be at times, just an alternative option but requires far more inputs, and limited audience. 

Stakeholder map tool can be useful in creating quick and informative org charts of key contacts.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

Lengthy setup, maintenance to update relevant data,  and not delivering the value as promoted - oversold value to us. Would benefit from more reuse of info from company systems.

Mandated and forced nature of it has put off many other users in my company.

**Recommendations to others considering Revegy:**

Allow users to use it openly and creatively instead of forcing upon users where it will feel like additional admin. Be honest about its value and where it can help - it wont do everything for us.

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limited benefits. In our org the use of Revegy is mandated upon us.

Has on occasion been helpful to draw org charts and to visually onboard execs onto a deal situation. Does require far too much input from deal owner and does not seem others contribute to building the revegy case for the deal.

It is super easy to use. We were using excel sheets before which was taking considerable time to maintain. With Revegy, it is very quick to reach business plans, agreements and all historical data. Integration to Salesforce also make it faster to decide during plannings.

Tasks are not very useful. Maybe I could not get how it works properly.

The interface set as a object on an account and having a custom data view of related KPI's are critical. When looking at an account with Revegy you get immediate insight without having to access a separate application.

If you don't have admin rights you can not customize the layout but if you do then you can design exactly what you want to see.

Ensure how you want to tie in your data to the account with a primary key and build your KPI view in Revegy. Your usage of this tool will help save you time and grand you a best case visual on your data.

Currently, the segmenting of administrative tasks between their legacy and new Admin applications makes the administrative role more challenging and more difficult than it needs to be.

The use of Revegy has enabled a more globally-consistent use of a standard sales methodology and process.  For those leveraging the planning tools provided, it has sharpened their critical thinking and focused their sales efforts. In some cases, this has led to shorter sales cycles, and in other cases, larger deal sizes. Generally, a more customer-centric consultative sales approach enabled by Revegy has led to discovery of more pipeline.

**What do you like best about Revegy?**

Revegy is a simple to use solution that allows us to account plan, specific to actions that are likely to drive a sale to close.  Additionally, the hierarchy tool is extremely easy to use and helps to understand the org chart/structure of the account in question.  Since we are in a team selling environment there are often situations where team members are thrown into opportunities with no background and this allows them to quickly get up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

The tool for assigning required next steps and actions can be a little clunky to use.  On larger, more enterprise like opportunities you will often have different stakeholder groups involved and this tool works well in those situations.  With smaller opportunities with only one or two stakeholders there is less value.

**Recommendations to others considering Revegy:**

If you work in the mid-market to enterprise space this is a great tool, may be overkill for SMB.

In a remote workplace situation it is important that all team members be aware of the current status of an opportunity and their required actions.  Revegy helps you better understand your specific role with each opportunity.  This has given us the benefit of improved speed of execution, and fewer errors.

Outside of a great product that checks all the boxes for account/opportunity planning, Revegy clearly cares about their customers. Having been apart of a few different companies implement Revegy now, it's apparent that Revegy wants you to be successful. From immediately coming to the rescue to resolve problems that surface periodically or collecting/iterating on the feedback we provide, Revegy is company that strives to make sure their customers are taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

There's really not much to report here. If we're nitpicking, the only thing i'd say would be that they could improve their documentation guide(s) around how to navigate/administer the platform.

The stakeholder map - this allows a place to accurately map the contacts and co-ordinate an engagement strategy, also integrates nicely with SFDC.

Management can tend to use this as a reporting tool rather than a sales acceleration tool.

Very easy and useful product. 
Good graphical user interface, 
Very easy to use, 
Full integration with CRM solution

Do not have any cons yet. Still in the implementation process. Some of these tools need to be set up correctly so they it won’t show false positives

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account planning for both sales and support to mid market account and our big enterprise ones.

The links of who reports to whom and the entire org map in infographic format with ability to mark neutral, supporters etc in different colors

The number of question on why would you win the deal could be shortened.

 As the account I was managing had over 100 touch points, the info is easy to digest from this tool and it is extremely detailed.

**What do you like best about Revegy?**

This tool is best for large, globally disperse teams that are working on multiple project with the same client and many different touch points. Templates steer teams to discover the information they need to progress both relationships and projects. Work can be assigned and tracked to share the effort among your global resources. Progress can be tracked towards agreed goals. managers can review and comment on the progress of their teams. 

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

Only real dislike is that it can perform slowly if you don't implement with enough horse power. I'd recommend checking your implementation architecture and agree performance service levels to ensure your teams are not disappointed by slow performance.

**Recommendations to others considering Revegy:**

Check your performance SLAs otherwise your teams will be disappointed and you'll be dealing with user resistance from the get go. Work with your sales team leads to agree the account and opportunity templates. Remember participation leads to commitment.

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem this solution helps to solve is what format do we use for planning to ensure consistency across multiple teams and opportunities. Next I'd recommend Revegy to solve the problem of coordination of global teams in different time zones working on the same project and with many of the same contacts.

**What do you like best about Revegy?**

The flow of the account planning strategy relating to customer goals against their strategy/vision and positioning internal projects to deliver a positive mutual outcome. Developing the program to enhance Salesforce integration and alignment of specific opportunity planning/closing plans. Team presentations are now delivered via WebEx. One source which others can access.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

Currently integration with Salesforce is not aligned. Development is in place. Automated task alerts and positioning against specific opportunities rather than objectives would be of great benefit. Task alerts are currently not available to delegate with an automated navigation. This will enable management to action and monitor deliverables from the team.

**Recommendations to others considering Revegy:**

As like many, account planning, call plans, close plans are held in multiple formats with conflicting information if not validated/input correctly. Revegy solves this in a professional easy to understand way. Enabling webex presentations to the team from one source.

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables organizational structure chart development without the assistance of the client as it is satisfying to complete and makes you drive out and separate between board, account, company etc. Understanding the power base and delivering the right messages to the right people.

**What do you like best about Revegy?**

One consistent, shared application for account planning.  The interaction between Revegy and Salesforce makes contact and opportunity management a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

Only complaint is the clunkiness of the Relationship Map and the Strategy Map.  Should have a way to expand out to full screen view.  Also - important - while contacts and opportunities are integrated to Salesforce, Tasks from the Internal Plan of Action are not.  These should be integrated into Salesforce, or better yet, Outlook.

**Recommendations to others considering Revegy:**

If your organization is using home-grown account planning tools, which are likely different across teams, Revegy will bring the planning process into a new focus.

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting newly identified Major Accounts. This is the first tool we've had to really dig into account planning in a consistent way across teams which gives us a common language with discussing accounts.

There are so many things that I like about Revegy - below are just a few
Easy to use
Intuitive
Quickly can see what you know about account/opportunity or don't know
Easy integration
Eliminates duplicate entry
Shows quality of deal/account - CRMs tend to be more about quantity but when working big complex deals, you need to be able to map out who you know in order to identify what you don't know and fill in the gaps.  Revegy lets you do jus that.
Can purchase stand along and embedded, can implement hosted or behind your firewall

**What do you dislike about Revegy?**

Not much.  The product works as advertised and does so much more.

**Recommendations to others considering Revegy:**

Not only is the product strong  -  so are their services.  

**What problems is Revegy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding more about account goals/opportunity outcomes and priorities from the customer's perspective with the ability to both internally and externally collaborate - minimizing guesswork with clients..  In addition, it allows us to better understand if we have identified all key stakeholders and how well we know them/need to get to know them (specifically to identify what each key stakeholder is trying to accomplish and their top priorities).  Deal size went from $500,000 to over $3,000,000 due to solving priority business goals for clients.

Easy access to all relevant information, you can get an overview on where you are with a sale, who are your influencers and key personnel. What you have done to date and plans leading up to close the deal.

Can bit time consuming to set up and is only as good as the information you put it, it must be updated regular in order to work for you.

It is good when looking at strategic planning is forecasting.
