We would like our end users to share the data on excel template which can be imported through payeeweb and post which user can initiate the workflow to load the data into tables.
Within my company, I have gone through 3 positions. In two of them, I have used different flows and templates. I would like to delete many templates, but they are linked to a previous flow.
I must delete the flow to be able to delete the template, right? Is there no other option?

I am having difficulty using the HubSpot tools when there are more than one of the account in the system. It is hard to track who truly was in charge of each account.
