## Qstream Reviews
  ### 1. Quizzing and Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brajesh S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

1. Qstream is a unique platform that imparts knowledge to the participants along with imparting knowledge as well. The participants can check their competence level on a particular topic, at the same time they get explanation on that topic as well.

2. It is an error free platform, after using for almost a year, never came across any technical glitches.

3. The reports generated are quite insightful, and gives you flexibility of analyzing the results as you want. It can be done question wise, score wise, participant wise, therapy wise, you name it and it is there.

4. The another great feature of Qstream is you can categorize the questions in different heads that enables you to analyze the way you want after completion of the quiz.

5. We get wonderful support from the admin (Cathal) in guiding and downloading customized reports.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The downside of Qstream is the timelimit cannot be fixed like if I want to assign quiz to participants and I want the timelimit to complete the quiz is 30 mins.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream is helpful in resolving the problem of explaining the participants that why a particular answer is correct or incorrect. The option of explanation is already there that we need to upload while preparing the questions. It also gives the option of uploading any pic/reference points etc.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Hi Brajesh, thank you for your review and we're glad that Cathal has been such a big help with reporting. The answer explanations are where the learning and reinforcement happens so it's important to have a strong explanation that includes text, images, video and other multimedia.

  ### 2. Great service by the team and fun way to learn for my audience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mylene l. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I like that the service team was basically there with me every step of the way. They are very responsive. When it comes to the actual tool, I love that my audience is able to see how they fare compared to their colleagues, I also love the ability to have speed questions and visual impact and repeat questions to ensure that knowledge is retained.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Because I had never used Qstream before, I was overwhelmed at first at all that i had to consider. The format in which to send my questions, the sources of the responses. I just was concerned about ease of integration and timeline . it seemed i need a lot of lead time to allow for programming etc. but in the end, the service team was able to make it all happen and I was able to deliver a Quiz to my audience in a timely manner.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we are looking to solve is to ensure that the sales force is well educated on complex data prior to launch of a product. Before our reps are in the field and talking with their customers they need to know the data inside and out. Having a Qstream makes learning fun and ensures retention. Reading pages and pages of data is not a good way to retain dry information.
in terms of ease of use from the audience POV it is extremely easy and fun.It is accessible on phones so that reps dont need to wait to be home to do it, they can do it while they wait to see a customer.
I dont know about the price, since our global team is footing the bill. Which means for me, it not only a great tool, it is very valuable since it is zero cost to me.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Hi Mylene, thank you for your review! We are happy to hear the positive experience you've had with the Qstream team and that your sales force can easily engage with training in the field.

  ### 3. Study smarter, faster, daily with Qstream!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I love that Qstream is designed 100% around the science of learning - and not just the "needs" of administrators or companies. We've been using Qstream for over 4 years now and have rarely encountered any issues. It was super easy to implement our learning objectives and content into the Qstream system and the team's customer support has been incredibly helpful anytime we needed assistance.

Users find the spaced repetition & learning to be very mobile friendly and highly engaging. Convenient push notifications & competitive leaderboard standings encourage both daily learning and long-term results.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The backend API options and support could be bolstered to allow for more integrations with other applications or software. It would also be helpful to have more control over an entire groups' notification settings on the administrative side - rather than having to individually alter users weekend notification settings for example.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Qstream enables general surgery residents and medical students to access daily high-yield review questions that help prepare them for their surgical exams and medical boards. Traditional question banks enable learners to cram or mass practice - but Qstream brings the science of learning into their exam prep practices now and really has been a remarkable study tool for surgeons across the nation.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Hi Jason,
Thank you for your review. The science is crucial and we couldn't agree with you more. We're glad to hear about your success over the past 4 years and wish you continued success with Qstream!

  ### 4. Amazing platform to play & learn!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge F. | Global Head of Vaccines Field Medical Program, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is really a great platform to be used in training. is really great ! Easy to use. look and feel also y very good. The dashboard also provide you an overview of the perfomance and opportunities. In general the platform is very useful. The methodology is quite interesting. I also want to highlight the support of Yasmin Bilmoria, she is always oriented to provide a great support, very efficient and expedit.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

In general all is good !
No major dislikes so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Dare to use this great tool!
Highly beneficial to your training programs !

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reinforce training knowldege, as parto of learning transfer. The main objective is to reinforce main learnings. Out teams are really happy with the tools and the way to reinforce reviewed information. After presenting relevant topics the use of Qstream is bringing important benefits to suppport the training, ensuring knowledge will be refreshed.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Hi Jorge,
Thank you for your review, we truly appreciate it! We are happy to hear that you enjoy using the platform and that Yasmin has been so helpful in providing support.

  ### 5. Engaging learning solutions for hectic business environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Merja L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is extremely useful in our global business environement. If offers me an easy way to reach my target audience learners quickly, with fresh content that does not take ages to produce. It is amazingly efficient way of refresh earlier learnings or rollout totally new learning program. I like the data analytics that if offers about proficiency mapping, engagement statistics, and coaching opportunity for managers. Learners like because you only need to use few minutes every now and the for learning and many enjoy also of the competitive edge. One key advantage is that it is fully integrated into mobile devices and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

If I could choose, I would like to have more opportunities for company admin of QStream to set some basic settings for QStream -for example allocate more manager role persons for one participant. That would be helpful specifically in our global setting when people can have local and regional manager - and it would be great to have both managers to see progress of team members and be able to support.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With QStream it is easy for me to deliver microlearning training programs for my global audience. It is quick to use both for admin and learner. Earlier we did not have any such microlearning tool in our use that would allow such a flexibility. It also creates a bit of hype because of leaderboard, and it would feel like community when people are clearly inside same program/challenge.

  ### 6. Excellent platform for bite sized learning & knowledge assessments supported by Cathal brennan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alen N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is an amazing platform to create continous learning and sequential progress for your team, the heat map offers you the ability to focus on needs development and give you instant funneling into the data you need to take follow up actions, it is easy to implement and easy to access, what Qstream offer as a top notch above all is the customer support from Cathal brennan that does not hesitate to guide and be present at anytime and never complaines

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

What we dont like is the complication of the reports
The terminology that is used and it is not easy to be self understood without the presence of Qstream support
The formulas and the way the numbers is calculated which is complicated

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream is solving the consistency in sharing knowledge , is solving the tech saviness, tjhe availability of reports and clarity of areas of knowledge development

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Hi Alen, thanks for your feedback! We are thrilled you love the heat maps and that Cathal is providing you excellent customer support.

  ### 7. Great support, easy to use!

**Reviewed by:** Emily D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The support from the Qstream team is great. The platform is easy to use and navigate from a admin side as well as from learner's side. It is also great that data insights are generated to see where gaps may exists in our training.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

All of the experiences I've had have been positive, nothing stands out as being negative.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identify gaps in the sales force knowledge base.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Hi Emily, thank you for your review! We're happy to hear that you've had a positive experience with the Qstream team and that you're using the analytics to identify knowledge gaps within your sales team.

  ### 8. A learning tool for learners and educators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I really like the instruction on improving my question writing skills, I found that so helpful.
The metrics is also really useful so that I can look at participation and knowledge retention. I haven't fully got integrated with the whole Qstream program yet I am just learning. I have only submitted 2 groups of questions so far. Though I like what I am seeing.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I do not dislike anything I find the word documents time consuming but thats it I think an interactive platform where we could log in directly enter the questions would be less time consuming.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to pre program the questions to be sent automatically. Ability to measure participation and knowledge retention.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! We're glad to hear that you've enjoyed the content writing sessions and analytics to measure participation and knowledge retention.

  ### 10. We love Qstream as a Micro-learning platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is a fun and competitive way to reinforce learning, especially on topics that can be dry like compliance and systems training. Our reps and managers are quite competitive and this tool has helped us in so many ways! They also have a new resource to make sure the questions are asked in a way that makes the most sense. They also partner with other vendors we use and this has helped us tremendously as well.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I do not see any downsides to using Qstream. Our administrator is super quick and helpful. Qstream is easy to set up and easy to roll out! I do not see any downsides to it and we have been using it for 2 years!

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really is helping with compliance and pulling through system rules as well as reinforcing learning with our product launches!

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Thanks for your review! We are happy to hear that Qstream is helping to reinforce knowledge for product launches and compliance training!

  ### 11. Qstream for Baptist Health

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Working with the Qstream team is amazing! They are very cordial and informative throughout the process. The forms used to create Qstreams are very easy to understand and simple for end users to adopt. Qstream is very efficient and provides great insights on learner retention and increases in proficiency.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Only downside is the reporting of completions back to the LMS. There are very specific data points that have to be manipulated for the LMS to digest.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying specific topics that users may struggle with and being able to extract that data. It allows the educators to poinpoint strengths and weaknesses for competencies and evaluations.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it! Glad to hear about your positive experience with the Qstream team and the tool's overall ease of use. If you're thinking about LMS connectivity, please be sure to ask your Qstream Consultant about integration options!

  ### 12. Reviewing Qstream

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

It is easy and quick to set up. Our rep does most of the work for us. There are a lot of reports, so I can see how much learners learned.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The interface isn't always intuitive; I have a hard time running reports for the data I want.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream engages our learners without them having to log in to our learning management system. They can easily participate from their mobile devices. This benefits us because the more we can engage our learners, the more they will come to our learning management system for educational programs.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> We appreciate your review! We are glad your Qstream rep has been so helpful and will deliver your product feedback to our engineering team.

  ### 13. Love the platform!

It is a great tool for testing & solidifying knowledge retention.
The team is great! Always speedy replies and super helpful.
It is a very intuitive platform and our learners love it!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

No major complaints. It would be great if there were more question types, but I know the team is continuously working on improving the platform.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to test the learners knowledge along with their knowledge retention.
This gives us the ability to find knowledge gaps in teams and/or individuals.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Thanks for your review! We are glad Qstream is helping you build knowledge retention and identify gaps. And yes, we will have some new question types in the coming months. Stay tuned!

Learners like Qstream Challenges. Appreciate that an app is available and that the timing of when a question is sent to a learner can be adjusted for their time zone. Have found my Qstream client services representative to be very helpful and responsive.

  ### 17. Qstream microlearning has been a valuable tool for education and evaluation of learning.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Participants get rationale for correct answers to reinforce their learning. Qstream also provides quantitative data for evidence of learning.
Yasmin Bilimoria was extremely helpful and the personalized assistance with the development and launch of our various Qstreams ensured success.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The downside of using Qstream is loading the participant data into the roster prior to every launch. It's an unavoidable task.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream is providing evidence of learning. This evidence can be used to promote the value of education provided.
Another problem Qstream helps is lack of engagement. Qstream improves user engagement and interaction with the content.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Thank your for your review. Yasmin sure is a rockstar, isn't she? We are so glad to hear she's provided excellent service to you and your team. We appreciate your feedback and have delivered it to our product team.

  ### 18. Qstream is a platform for all your training needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrés O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I love how you may use any format for your training needs, whether video, sounds, or images. Qstream can support any of them. They also have a very straightforward process for creating your content.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I wish they had bigger content library to use for training purposes.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We must comply with FSMA regulations, and Qstream helps us do just that when it comes to trainings. It is easily organized, and you have all the analytics you could want.

  ### 19. Q-stream has been a useful tool for our team to gauge knowledge retention

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajarvis C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Leaderboards and ability to resend questions that most participants got wrong. Being able to analyze the data afterwords for follow-up

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Inputting the questions and answers in the word document

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge retention for pivotal clinical studies and disease state

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Ajarvis! We're happy to hear your participants enjoy the competition and repetition elements, which are both key in the overall knowledge retention strategy.

  ### 20. Easy to use platform that does what it says!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I love the easy-to-use administrative side of this platform. It's easy to create content and the analytics are very detailed, depending on how well you tag the content.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The biggest thing I'd like to change is the ability to assign the length of the timer per question. (Currently, timed questions can only be 30 seconds.) Changing that timing would enable us to build streams that our learners would find even more valuable.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our learners are busy people! This microlearning platform engages them quickly and easily with just a few questions a few times a week. We've gotten lots of positive feedback from our learners!

  ### 21. As a fun, competitive learning reinforcement tool, Qstream is a great tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Learning Information Systems Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is helpful as a follow-up to training, after which you want to have time-spaced quizzes and reminders to reinforce what was learned for weeks and/or months after the training event. Qstream delivers helpful summaries of participants' progress in real-time and sends weekly summary dashboards. Participants can be easily divided into teams to make metric parsing easier.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Overall, Qstream is a good tool and has very few downsides for its purpose. It would be nice if Qstream had some more options around what types of questions, content, etc., can be utlized within the streams. More variety can go a long way in keeping information interesting.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After a training event, it can be challenging to keep the learned information in front of the participants as well as measure how well the participants remember what was learned over time. Qstream helps to solve both of these issues with their system.

  ### 22. Simple and Effective Microlearning

  ### 23. Full-service sales learning program with powerful analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The support team at Qstream was eager to customize our program and quick to respond to questions.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Emails from Qstream were filtered as "Other" in Outlook, not "Focused".

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to assess the knowledge of a diverse sales team and bring them all up to the same level with new information.

  ### 24. Nothing short but Great!

Helping educate healthcare professionals and making learning interactive and enjoyable.

  ### 25. Professional Learning and Avoiding the Forgetting Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The team has been extremely helpful and engaged in our nuanced use of their product and approach. We are working to ensure that the professional learning and certifications we offer our clients are not lost in the volume of new material and learning that they are doing over time. Qstream as a product involves both gamification and brain science into one offering.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

We do not have any negative interactions yet, as we are still working through the initial engagements and how to optimize the platform's impact. The team is active and committed to serving our needs.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working to ensure that the professional learning and certifications we offer our clients are not lost in the volume of new material and learning that they are doing over time. Qstream as a product involves both gamification and brain science into one offering. The forgetting curve is real and is evident in all professional learning situations where just because a professional has engaged with material does not mean they will retain it over time. This ensures that the business problem of forgetting is included in our approach and offering.

  ### 26. It was a great experience

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I am not sure if we can use QStream gamifications in Live Training Events

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge Retention

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! Repetition is key in the overall knowledge retention strategy and we're delighted to hear that Qstream is helping your participants achieve mastery. Qstream can be used in live event settings, please be sure to ask your Qstream Consultant about this!

  ### 27. Qstream is a great way for L&D organizations to support long-term knowledge retention.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Associate Director, Digital Training & Learning Technologies, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

My favorite thing about Qstream is that it is a great way to measure the impact your training has on your employees. It allows you to measure the "initial" level of proficiency after a training event or module, not just by overall proficiency but by each learning objective. In addition, it measures how your team's learning proficiency increases throughout your Qstream challenge allowing you to capture a direct ROI in your sustainment and pull-through strategies for training. Qstream takes data points and insights and converts them into an easy to follow dashboard so that managers can identify key coaching opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

This is not a downside of Qstream but more of a caution to others who want to use the solution. A lot of times I see internal stakeholders wanting to use Qstream as an assessment tool since it focuses on answering questions. As Qstream has that capability I don't think that is where you get the ultimate value from it. I like to reframe those internal stakeholders' mindset and explain that this is a "learning" tool that allows end-learners the opportunity to refresh their memory on key takeaways (in a "freedom to fail" way) that will aid them in their long-term knowledge retention journey and/or prep them for later assessments and certifications.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream is phenomenal when used as pre-work for a baseline assessment going into training or for leveraging as a pull-through strategy to support long-term knowledge retention (post-training).

  ### 28. When set up correctly it works wonders.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Very effective for the use of employee onboarding, product knowledge, and scheduled follow-up with known individuals in a very organized way.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Very manual, and some of the analytics tools could be improved for business insight. Specifically would like to see improvements on the scenario planning and application.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Longitudinal learning for individuals who engage in our company's educational products.

  ### 29. User friendly portal for learning and employee skill development tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijaikumar S. | Technical Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

It is a very user-friendly and easy-to-understand platform. Navigation between menus is quick and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I couldn't access the Android app. Every time I tried to login and it never open the platform.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried it with the Autodesk boost challenge which it will test our understanding of products with respect to their industry. It really helped me to get insights about the tool I learned.

  ### 30. Microlearning, spaced learning, learning scaffolding with great analytics.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cara D. | Director, Learning Design and Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The analytics are rich and visual. We have been able to intervene with learners when we see there are mistakes made in the Qstream. Our clinical team loved that the platform was founded by a Harvard MD and that there are clinical studies demonstrating performance improvement.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Deployment to a medium-to-large organization with an integration to the employee information system of said organization does not seem viable in terms of two-way integration.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Know your audience and work closely with your CSM for first couple Qstreams.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a small pilot we saw an 85% reduction in nursing administration errors of insulin in one unit of the hospital. It is currently rolling out to much of the inpatient nursing staff.

**Official Response from Kayla Sheldon:**

> Hi Cara, thank you for the review. We recently launched Qstream Connect which allows you to integrate Qstream with employee information systems and other tools across the employee technology stack. You can read more about Qstream Connect here: https://qstream.com/qstream-launches-qstream-connect-powered-by-workato/

  ### 31. Provided a report we couldn't get before

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James R. | Training NCO / Senior Human Resources Sergeant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I like the ability to be able to go back and ask questions about an event or topic to measure the effectiveness of the event.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The adoption rate isn't fantastic; there's room for improvement. I've been trying multiple avenues to increase adoption, but I'm falling short of where I want it to be. Qstream should have a best practice sharing site or maybe offer more suggestions through a regularly scheduled call. There was hand-holding for the first three months, then sink or swim happened.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Get an action plan from them from cradle to grave.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to understand information retention months after a training rather than the traditional at the end of training test out. It's good to see where a student was at the end of training vs. where they are three months after training.

  ### 32. Qstream Works for My Organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

By far I like the virtual roles plays which allow immediate feedback and are nimble training solutions that can be deployed situationally.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

My organizations delay in preparing content to use on Qstream. My biggest barrier is getting subject matter experts to prepare the content in a timely fashion and in the templates necessary to deploy. There is some fatigue with regular users and it appears some don't feel the AI reflects their success/mastery of the content.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Offer a service, maybe for an additional premium, where you take our content (in .ppt form) and create draft questions for us to review and consider using. Maybe this can be an alternate license tier? Can you help produce content (for virtual role plays)?

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to offset cuts in F2F training and to augment learning, post training. We also use it as a performance metric that can be added to annual reviews or individual development plans. Still primarily as a training reinforcement tool.

  ### 33. Great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

As a developer, I appreciate the way I can adjust the parameters for QSTREAM tests. Also, the data analytics are great. Finally, managers love to be able to see real-time reports.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Some of the more granular levels of setting up user groups and subgroups used to be a little clunky, but it’s gotten much better.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Great tool, useful data, stellar customer support. I can always depend on QSTREAM to get back to me right away with answers.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve used QSTREAM to facilitate both live training events and pull through review questions.

  ### 34. Useful for retention, but so much adoption

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I like that there is so much support from the team at Qstream in building and implementing.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

There aren't much variety of the types of questions you can ask on a Qstream. It was a little misleading what they had to offer.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am help sales reps become more consultative in their selling and build better long term relationships
with customers.

  ### 35. One of the best collaborations with an external partner that I have been involved with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Support tools available (pre-launch, comms templates, etc) and overall communication with the Qstream team beginning to end - great!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Nothing really, maybe as an idea - enriching the library with more industry-specific questions, I think this would be attractive for the Life Sciences clients

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

I would highly recommend incorporating Qstream in the mic of tools/systems used to drive learning application

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning reinforcements mainly, we achieved very high engagement and participation scores. Also managed to get managers' buy-in , especially when showing learning analytics and recommendations which derived from that.

  ### 36. Education Content Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | Education Content Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The best part about Qstream is their flexibility and customer service. Our case was a unique type for them but they were very helpful in setting it up for us and every step of the way through the process as new cases arose.

Yasmin Billmoria of Qstream is simply the best client representative I have ever worked with, hands down. She is incredibly responsive to my needs and always does a perfect job.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The only downside to Qstream is that we haven't gotten a chance to use the full rich capabilities it has to offer because taking a spaced learning quiz takes a long time and our clients are short on that time.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream is our microlearning platform that allows us to assess whether students at our Media Project partner schools are learning our material.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Hi Brandon, we've really enjoyed working with you and the Concussion Legacy Foundation too. Suggest to talk to your client services contact to review the progress and strategize on some ideas to keep the students moving through the course so you can make the most out of the analytical and coaching tools available.

  ### 37. Very impactful and transformational approach to microlearning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The support from the Qstream team to our requests

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Not much to dislike or anything important enough to make it a concern

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Change management is a definite need when introducing Qstream. Communicating the why is very important to reduce pushback to the product and process. Acceptance of the approach is very different for different regions in the world, with some countries requiring more change management than others.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are addressing our needs of identifying knowledge gaps in our field force and being able to use the data coming from Qstream to focus the actions needed to close those gaps.

  ### 38. Love Q-Stream

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerri-Lynne K. | Operations Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Q-Stream has been a great learning platform. It's fun and interactive. Love the reports and how they show progress .

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Q-stream behind the scenes in terms of uploading the questions can be time consuming.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to work on our scheduling across our region. It's helping people to become more confident in their skills and decision making.

  ### 39. Very valuable tool for innovative teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina B. | EMEA Digital Learning Manager | EMEACLA Network of Women and Next Gen Co-Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I would like to share what myself and my colleagues love about QStream:
from a learner perspective:
- engagement
- better retention
- challenges that stimulate a refresh
- being able to trigger change in thinking
- Healthy competition (individual and teams)

from an admin perspective:
- fantastic support while building the challenges and throughout the journey from the entire Qstream team
- useful webinars and tips and tricks
- strong analytics

from a manager perspective:
- coaching tool is very useful

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

This is not something that I dislike but I would love to receive additional tips and tricks to keep the engagement high (communication tools, sentences to call the attention of the different types of players - killers, socialisers, achievers, explorers...)
For people who do not like recording videos, I would think about suitable alternatives (like writing a lengthy answer to be reviewed by the manager)

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We launched our first three challenges and we saw great engagement and proficiency increase. If you can write effective questions, you will see the results. After 6 weeks we keep the engagement at 98-100%, proficiency increased by 83+% for some teams, managers had some interesting opportunities to start conversations with their teams and we could adjust our training strategy based on current needs.
It is very important to engage the managers to be successful.

  ### 40. QStream is a hit with all of our employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha R. | RN, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is easy to navigate and the representatives are friendly and detailed orientated. On multiple occasions my contact at Qstream has taken the time to walk me through the website as well as my stake holders. I also like how it doesn't take much time or effort to participate in the QSTREAM experience. That really drives participation.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The process of submitting a roster of participants can be rather time consuming. I would like a more streamlined, easy, process. It can be hard to ensure errors aren't made when you have a high about of users.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Qstream is an easy way to introduce micro learning to your employees. It provides you with the opportunity to create a healthy sense of competition through the use of the leader board and also remind people of important concepts. The agents at QStream work with you to determine what style of quizing works best for you and what type of reports your managers may want to receive. For example, would you like someone to answer a question once of twice etc.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How do you continue to teach agents new topics while keeping things fresh in a virtual environment? We realized that with Qstream we can do pull through training and make it fun! It is easy to use and easy to request one be launched.
Micro learning has become a hot topic in the world of training and we love that QSTREAM is fast and doesn't take much of their time. THe managers are also able to have access to reports that are very detailed to give them insight into how their districts are performing and that creates a healthy sense of competition between our employees.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Good to hear you are finding Qstream enjoyable Natasha and thanks for the review. Your feedback is welcome and I'll pass that along to the product team.

  ### 41. A great platform to support training and reinforce knowledge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge F. | Global Medical Learning and Capabilities Development Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

1. Platform is easy to use it.
2. team support is really great

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

All is great. I do not have any specific dislikes

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Platform is great. Process to implement it is easy. TEAM SUPPORT IS GREAT!

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the need to reinforce training sessions.
I have seen a very positive impact in the retention and users are happy to use this platform to consolidate learnings.

  ### 42. Great strategic partner!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ed F. | Senior Digital Learning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The staff at Qstream, from top management to the admins, are absolutely fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and "in tune" with their customer's needs.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Unfortunately I think the SaAS model is outdated and there should be a "pay as you go" option for licensing. Also, a mandatory service fee is charged regardless of the level of support you need.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Go for it!

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning retention, asynchronous coaching, a scalable learning model. The benefits of training and coaching a dispersed workforce are huge! Engagement of our employees is up year over year - specifically as a result of implementing Qstream!

  ### 43. Very nice and intuitive app to increase knowledge retention from trainings and update of new date

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

It is presented in a form of game and fun way
Leaderboard and heatmaps, as easy-to-dry KPIs
Great coaching tool as well

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Manager view and analysis is only done by the webpage, not the application.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Very good app, user friendly and very flexible, very easy to implement. Try to share the questionnaires across countries (e.g. developed at regional/global level). Very nice service in terms of account management.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training / information retention. Continuous learning of the team. Positive competition in terms of knowledge among peers and team members.

  ### 44. Love this type of learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | E-learning Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Short bursts of learning make it easy for learners to absorb the information.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

There wasn't anything that stands out that I dislike. I didn't have any frustrations running reports and they gave the opportunity for feedback to managers.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Great tool to train teams and retain knowledge.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training our group on thousands of products that we sell is hard. Retaining the information is even harder. This makes it easy to get small bits of knowledge.

  ### 45. Great Tool, but lacks efficiency

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream does a good job of reviewing your campaign and providing suggestions to make your questions/answers better. They also have pretty good insights that is useful to understand how your teams are doing. They also have an app for the sales reps to answer their questions on which is convenient.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The whole process of submitting, reviewing, then submitting again feels a bit outdated. Everything is done via Word / Excel docs and can feel clunky. The insights are great for general understanding, but there are some gaps and limitations when trying to get accurate and/or granular data.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Qstream to reinforce learnings from trainings and materials that have already been given to our sales reps. Although we don't have 100% engagement all the time, We have a pretty good amount and I think that the tool definitely helps.

  ### 46. The team love the competition and the insights are great so we can help beyond the Qstream

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The UI is pretty sleek, particularly in the mobile app. The analytics provided through tagging both our users and our content were very informative

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

There is a little bit of effort in getting the content perfect, and the appropriate tagging setup, although that could be said for any online course.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

The solution is great, but as with any of these things, what you get in is what you get out. Make sure you have a dedicated internal program owner, as an internal point of contact and responsible for content and program rollouts.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've seen challenges before adopting new programs like this with lower engagement. People loved this, and that high engagement gives more accurate/complete insights. That accuracy of data is hugely beneficial!

  ### 47. Urology residency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Convenience, ability to tailor learning, evidenced based approach to learning

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Website platform for navigating questions is bulky. When creating new Qstream the website is not 100% smooth with Chrome. Often have to push reset for the browser to see answers or edits.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Worth it

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Residency education participation

Has increased participation but not sure how durable or long it will last. We are in our 4 month of use

  ### 48. Great Customer Service and Easy Adoption of New Application by Employees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin B. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Students are able to take their learning with them beyond the classroom. The learning curve for the tool is high and easy enough for any user audience. We have an older sales force / learning base, but their adoption of the application was quick. The tool also provided meaningful learning experiences, especially when time was taken to make sure the questions were valuable. I also enjoyed the customer service from the team. They were willing to review and upload our questions to the platform, even though it was something the user could do on their end. It was helpful for someone who may be using this tool in an already busy schedule at their company.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The administration portal could use some work. It is not entirely user friendly. The data is robust, but the exportation of the data in a visual format is not easy. It would be nice to be able to share dashboard data visually with stakeholders by exporting visual aids, rather than screenshotting their data and sending it off.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

If you are looking for microlearning reinforcement after the course with a team of people who are willing to walk you through it, then QStream is right for you. Be prepared to spend some time developing meaningful questions. The learning can only be as effective as the way you frame the questions and provide feedback. Some of the participants take the competition aspect seriously, so be prepared to explain your reasoning behind "best answer" questions when they get disputed. Overall, it served its purpose while providing data. Making this data meaningful to your organization is another challenge that you will have to figure out.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You are able to reinforce the learning material beyond the classroom through competition. It helps reinforce some of the key ideas that were taught in our in-person class. The tool can also be used for other purposes, like pretests, or general microlearning of material essential to people's job functions.

  ### 49. Utilizing this program was very helpful for learning and retention.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The ease of access on a mobile phone. And assistance with retention of information

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Not always sure when a question show up on the phone

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

None

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge retention and the information is sticking for individuals when presenting during sales calls.

  ### 50. Great platform - a real success for me

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Support from the Qstream team was always great - made the process very easy

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Nothing. The system works well. New dashboard much improved.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

If you need extra touch points with your teams it is a great way

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge gaps with sales force
