"Measuring & Improving Sales Effectivness"

What do you like best?

Supports the concept for the way people best learn through constant reinforcement and testing in a way that requires no more than 5 mins per day

What do you dislike?

Can't think of anything right now as overall very good tool and service

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Qstream allows you a 360 view of who is not only able to learn but more importantly, who is willing to come out of their comfort zone and apply new ways of workings. It supports the concept for the way people best learn through constant reinforcement and testing. Allows you to work out more quickly who is in the bottom 20%, middle 60% & top 20% based on not only performance but also potential for you to then coach up/coach out or for the top 20%, set stretch goals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows you to work out more quickly who is in the bottom 20%, middle 60% & top 20% based on not only performance but also potential for you to then coach up/coach out or for the top 20%, set stretch goals.

"A Great Tool For Tackling Large-Scale Product Knowledge"

What do you like best?

The QStream platform is intuitive, collaborative, and visually engaging. Our organization has used QStream to combat the forgetting curve with our course content. I have personally seen it be used extensively for teaching and maintaining product knowledge or learning/practicing complex situations.

What do you dislike?

I believe that as an organization QStream has gone through some difficult times from a direction standpoint. This appears to be under control as of 2019, but the direction of the product roadmap and the future of the features are still unknown. I'd like to see a more clear path forward from the organization on what the product is meant to be.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure that you understand how you want to measure the objective prior to purchasing a solution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We utilize QStream as a sustainment solution for our clients as well as internally. Our course material can be difficult to retain as it's very heavy on behavior change. We use QStream's platform to continuously engage learners and check for incremental improvements overtime.

"3 years of excellent learning engagement"

What do you like best?

Qstream has enabled us to carry forward our sales team's development plan with a greater understanding of their knowledge and also their coaching needs while providing one of the most engaging reinforcement platforms that we have experienced. The service that Qstream provide is exemplary, from the content creation assistance to the running and reporting.

What do you dislike?

The only downside that I can see is that I have to create the questions for each Qstream, which takes me a great deal of thought, but this is my shortcoming and no fault of Qstream, but it is part of the process. Losing the Coaching hub was a disappointment as this, and its integration into salesforce, was going to form a strong foundation for our coaches to build upon. We have therefore had to come up with another solution which is not as effective as the coaching hub would have been.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to reinforce and follow up learning with a field sales team, then I have seen nothing better than Qstream to help you here. If you also want to do a one-off assessment of knowledge then using a "short" Qstream has proved invaluable, just prior to a classroom session, to ensure all needs are covered in the training session. The support that is given from the Qstream team is exceptional. I never have to wait long for a response to a question or for assistance when creating the content.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are currently developing our sales teams against set competencies and Qstream enables us to ensure that their knowledge is embedded and that their managers are given coaching prompts. Without the data provided by Qstream this task would be far more difficult and would also be less data driven and more anecdotal.

"Excellent reinforcement tool with excellent customer service!"

What do you like best?

Qstream is very flexible in terms of the content we can put in to deliver to our clients for an outstanding learning and reinforcement experience.

What do you dislike?

Participants should receive an email when they have received feedback on their videos. Managers should be able to provide feedback and complete other management functions in the mobile app.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do a discovery call with them. It will show you exactly if this is the product for you. They will show you the onboarding process and the features and patiently take time to answer all of your questions that are most applicable to your situation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Qstream helps us provide excellent pull-through and application with the sales and marketing teams we are coaching. It allows us to walk alongside our clients during the implementation and application phase, which clearly differentiates us from our consulting competition. Qstream truly helps to position us as a unique partner that provides practical application of content and processes we have brought to their sales and marketing teams.

"Qstream for Life Sciences "

What do you like best?

Ease of use and time spaced learning. Qstream also provides a great deal of support to its partners. Pricing is simple and straight forward and allows us to focus on implementation with our clients and not haggling on cost per user.

What do you dislike?

Communication templates and plans should be baked into the product, not separate documents or PDFs.. Relying on customers to internally share all the instructions and key dates can be challenging.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work with your customers to plan to timing and question frequency well in advance.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Knowledge retention. Life science companies spend a lot on home-study and workshops. After these are over they need tools like Qstream to ensure that the learners can recall all the has been learned quickly. Clients love the reporting features to quickly see what areas need further training and do deep dives.

"Paycor & Phil, LOVE Qstream!"

What do you like best?

As a sales organization that takes learning very seriously, our ability to blast out actionable and valuable, bite-sized learning to a busy salesforce is awesome. Qstream enables us to gamify, turn learning into a contest and make it fun as well as productive!

What do you dislike?

Nothing comes to mind that's a major dislike. More reporting visibility on the back-end, perhaps benchmarking analytics against Salesforce performance to tie Qstream learning to sales results in greater detail. We'd have a huge ROI if we could do that. Beyond that Qstream is perfect.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have a strong handle on what you want to accomplish, from there Qstream takes care of the rest!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Micro-learning for our associates, both sales and non-sales. We're also making learning fun. Finally, we're tackling product and process related learnings and bettering our associates in doing so.

"Good at quizzing, but limited in scope"

What do you like best?

Our sales reps really like the built-in competition. We give prizes regularly for the top ranked ones.

What do you dislike?

The UI for managing users and adding new questions is really clunky, old-school. You can't even change a question type from single-choice to multiple-choice. You have to make a new question in another browser tab and cut and paste the question and answers from one tab to another. It's those niggly things that take away from what is an excellent end-user experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider whether you only want a quizzing tool or a more full-featured enablement platform. That's a choice you need to make for your own organization. Can't generalize about that.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Making sure reps are up to date with new product or competitive information and feeding it to them bit by bit. It doesn't solve the bigger problems about enablement, meaning verifying they are actually competent on a subject matter.

"QStream helps build skills"

What do you like best?

The Qstream process was very easy, and support was excellent. Most importantly, our users liked it and successfully enhanced the skills they learned in class.

What do you dislike?

I am not sure that I would say that we disliked any part of the experience. Perhaps the ability to accelerate the question delivery for those who procrastinated to allow them to finish.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My only concern was with our folks willingness to participate, but they did and really enjoyed it. Ultimately, the proof was in the skills improvement results.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Live training can be very effective, but with any new skill, repetition and practice is necessary. Qstream allows the learner to thoughtfully practice their skills in an engaging way and improves the ROI on the learning event.

"Features and benefits"

What do you like best?

The dashboard which able to capture the progress of the team performance and the coaching tool that can directly link to the specific individual . This help the manager to coach the individual in specific area to improve on. The Dashboard is good to measure and identify the individual that has weakness in which area. This also enable us to distinguish whether this is a general issue across the team or a rare case specific to that individual. This can tell us if the content or training method need to be improved in order to improve the learning and knowledge of the sales team.

The user tagging is very good to have a deep dive analysis to understand more on the user behaviour and team performance so that we can identify the top performer vs those that have gap that required more support to help them to improve further.

What do you dislike?

I still not sure on how the campaign being set up and it is a little confusing when I tried to get a deep dive

Recommendations to others considering the product:

To map out your requirement in order to have this truly help to achieve the goal.

Incorporate gamification and internal challenge for prizes in order to increase the engagement from users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to focus in the following:

1. Retain the knowledge after the training

2. To capture what's working and what's not working so that we can improve the training content, material, technique and method in the future

"Consistency and Analytical Report"

What do you like best?

The dynamic and flexibility of the dashboard. It helps the individual to analyze the dashboard in a more detail depend on the user tagging. The analytics are great but would be helpful if can export out to excel and do pivot as sometime we need certain view or dynamic dashboard which might not be found from the existing pre-determined dashboard. Probably there is a way to do it but I wasn't aware of.

What do you dislike?

The user tagging and the reporting structure by region is a little confusing. I was having difficulty understanding about how the challenge being set up. I just had trouble reading the dashboard instead I just go to the report to understand more of each challenge.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's good to have this platform but need to be clear on the objective of each challenge.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We tried to reinforce the learning and retaining the knowledge in a large geographical area. We benefits from this by saving costs of travelling to attend class room environment type of training and reduce amount of time in speed to market.

"Qstream an Effective and Fun Way to Reinforce Training Content"

What do you like best?

Qstream has been an incredibly effective way to reinforce our training content following our live workshops and it's been wildly popular among our clients ever since we implemented it. The competition aspect drives high engagement, and the managers love the robust reports. I've also been impressed with the very responsive customer service reps at Qstream, who consistently answer questions with detailed explanations, in a timely manner.

What do you dislike?

There is really not much to dislike with Qstream, but it would be helpful if there was a way for administrators to log in as a particular user to see that user's "view" when trying to answer a question or troubleshoot an issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a professional training & education firm whose main product is live training workshops, one of the challenges has traditionally been getting the content to "stick" after the workshop. Participants tend to move on quickly and forget what they learned, falling back into bad habits. With Qstream, the content instead remains front & center for weeks and months following the workshop. In turn, clients are more likely to see our training as effective and worthwhile, which often leads to more business.

"Our customers love Qstream"

What do you like best?

Qstream is an actionable tool for assessing skill gaps, reinforcing knowledge and coaching on-the-job. Very valuable for field sales but getting also lots of traction from HR for other application areas.

For participants, the leaderboard has a very stimulating effect, boosting engagement and adoption. For managers, the most striking feature is the hit map with the initial and current level of proficiency.

What do you dislike?

Navigation has improved with the latest user interface but I still sometimes lose my way between the frontline manager view, the dashboard...

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reducing/avoiding the forgetting curve

Getting sales out of the field for trainings -> on-the-job learning

Not able to measure the impact of learning programs

"Qstream is an OUTSTANDING Innovative Mobile Effective Training Tool"

What do you like best?

Qstream is so easy to implement and train a vast group of colleagues globally in a fun, efficient positive manner. I love the concept of reinforcing the learning by asking the question twice, mixing in some timed questions, getting positive competition going and really supporting so many diverse ways to teach a topic. The accessibility on the mobile devices is a huge benefit indeed !

What do you dislike?

Only downside is to make sure you, as an administrator, have an accurate distribution list because you will hear it if you leave a colleague out of the game and they wanted to get points for their team :)

You can always add them in later so that's good.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its so reasonable and what you get in return is so worth every investment !

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Many benefits include, training a global force remotely, identifying specific areas for additional training, sending fun prizes to winners.

"Great reinforcement of concepts"

What do you like best?

Drives competitive engagement from reps while reinforcing the key concepts of the messaging and framework you are rolling out to reps. Interactive nature and ability to report and score so that gaps can be identified.

What do you dislike?

We were only able to use a limited set of functionality for Qstream due to our license through Growthplay. Would have been nice to extend this into the other areas that Qstream offers

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ensure that you understand the full potential of the software and define your use cases upfront before implementing. This will ensure you are using the software for the right reasons and able to extract maximum value from the services on offer

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ability to reach reps globally from a central platform while gaining insights into how reps are adopting messaging, taking book knowledge and actually apply it in the real world. It has also helped us see where the gaps are which gives us guidance on where to focus our enablement and coaching efforts more efficiently

"Concussion Legacy Foundation"

What do you like best?

The best part about QStream is their flexibility and customer service. Our case was a unique type for them but they were very helpful in setting it up for us and every step of the way through the process as new cases arose.

What do you dislike?

The only downside to Qstream is that we haven't gotten a chance to use the full rich capabilities it has to offer because taking a spaced learning quiz takes a long time and our clients are short on that time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Qstream is our microlearning platform that allows us to assess whether students at our Media Project partner schools are learning our material.

The methodology is quite interesting. The support of Yasmin Bilmoria is really great ! Easy to use. look and feel also y very good. In general the platform is very useful.

Sometimes for me the Dashboard is a bit difficult to navigate. In general all is good ! No major dislikes so far.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Dare to use this great tool!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reinforce training knowldege. Teams are really happy with the tools and the way to reinforce reviewed information. After presenting relevant topics the use of Qstream is bringing important benefits to suppport the training, ensuring knowledge will be refreshed.

"Qstream drives appropriation"

What do you like best?

Versatile: convenience and direct access to reps while progressing. The interface is instinctive and ready to be cooperated with in speedy additions as opposed to long elearning.

Instructing: gives coordinate bits of knowledge into who is adapting and who isn't so enablement endeavors can be engaged.

Gamification: gets reps associated with ways that keep it fascinating while at the same time acquiring components of rivalry.

What do you dislike?

Authorizing: we got to qstream through Growthplay so just approached restricted highlights. Might want to see this broadened with the goal that we could really encounter the majority of the qstream benefits.

Announcing: we just approached a portion of the reports so would have jumped at the chance to see more detail and can make custom reports.

Content Creation: we were not ready to make our own inquiries and streams yet needed to depend on the outside group. Self-creation and self-coordinated streams would have been best.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Qstream is awesome when utilized for fortification of preparing directed. Particularly when that preparation is point by point or complex, Qstream will insert key ideas and drive selection while guaranteeing reps are collaborating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are utilizing Qstream to insert key learnings around deals approach in all our go to advertise groups.

"Orla Wall- Quality Manager"

What do you like best?

Quirky, generates lots of interest ,Love the competitive edge that it brings out in teams

Enlightening as in its a very successful way in knowledge retainment.

The downloadable Graphs are a great aid in reviewing understanding and interest and competency in the topic.Altogether a brilliant and well received educational tool.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the questions would freeze in time if they were not answered within a timeframe. The leadership board should have a mechanism to hide/unhide results

Recommendations to others considering the product:

try it out and modify to your requirements

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using it to reinforce knowledge especially after having expensive training carried out.A summarised MC Information set can be regurgitated and brought into meetings with customers so that the knowledge associated with that particular customer presentation is at their fingertips and our sales force feel extra confident in communicating the sale

"A great tool for learning"

What do you like best?

I like the delivery schedule settings and reporting the best. I like how an admin can adjust the frequency and the rules for repetition. The reporting is very useful. It helps provide a glance at engagement and progress.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a way to change the delivery schedule settings after a Qstream launches. Once you launch a Qstream, your participants are stuck with the settings you've set. It would be nice to be able to increase the number of questions being delivered after a certain time period to allow slackers to catch up and finish with the cohort.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're using Qstream to reinforce learning of changes happening in the company or in their role. The way a Qstream question can get mastered and retired is very effective. I like how the retirement of a question is up to each individual's skill level.

"Qstream Review"

What do you like best?

I like that we can view the engagement and proficiency of our field team. This provides coaching opportunities by our direct managers as well as our professional experts that help the team.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to have some of the same functionality on the app with viewing the team's scores/engagement. The app experience is good for answering questions, but not as a manager.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are many opportunities to use this tool to bring the level of knowledge up with your team. This is really easy for the end user to do and to learn. I wished it was a little easier for the admin side, but the end result for the field team is all that matters.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are working to educate our team on the different technical aspects of our products. We will start to work on the sales aspect of our business to improve those parts of our team.

"Qstream provides flexible reinforcement and training delivery"

What do you like best?

We like that Qstream can be used to both reinforce the key elements of a previously delivered training event/program, and we've also found value in using the tool to be the actual delivery channel for some training topics. The flexibility to do this is very valuable.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything about the tool, but a potential area of improvement would be an admin interface where we could be more self sufficient building/updating questions and making adjustments to participant rosters.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem solved is our previous gap in a mobile accessible tool to deliver microlearning content in a non-intrusive format to our field based Sales teams. Another key benefit we've seen is the engagement of Sales management using the tool to coach their teams.

"Qstream Innovation"

What do you like best?

The best part of Qstream is how I can measure the proficiency of my audience over time and target where additional training interventions need to occur.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a web based interface where I could launchand run my own streams instead of going through a person to get it all set up., It would be much more efficient for me to control that myself. I'd also like that platform to show me how many streams I have left per my subscription. It would make the administration of Qstream much easier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are attempting to increase efficiencies with a new approach to how we expect people to behave and make decisions. Qstream helped us address these new performance initiatives.

"Excellent support from the Stream Team and a great product"

What do you like best?

Qstream provides an opportunity to refresh on Sales' skills with product messaging, positioning and differentiation;. The explanation of the answers also offers the ability to learn more. We have used Qstream to provide new information to our Sales Team.

What do you dislike?

Some of the metric reporting on performance of the participants is not intuitive and the ability too drill down in the data is sometimes a bit awkward.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great platform to work with from a product standpoint as well as a support standpoint.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Wear re able to reinforce the product features/benefits/value with a consistent message to the global sales team. The we want to provide some additional new information, the Qstream platform works well.

"QStream - Convenient Way to Retain Knowledge"

What do you like best?

easy interface for uploading/rearranging/editing questions - it doesn't feel very backend when i'm inputting informatino. it's also organized very clearly (we can separate out by client easily by just changing the url domain name slightly, and there are a lot of options (choosing multiple choice, all of the above, just A and B, etc.).

What do you dislike?

once you've created a specific qstream set, it's not the easiest to keep them organized (as far as I can tell). if you name them slightly similar things (which i often have to), you have to click through them all to ensure you find the right one, which is a little inconvenient - there should be a way to organize already completed qstreams/drafts by different criteria or personal preference.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

definitely do it - it's very easy to use, and our clients have expressed how much they love it/how useful it is. make sure to make use of the comments feature, as that lets participants express their feelings about how things are going/if you should be altering anything to make their experience better

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we are a sales training company, so qstream helps us help clients retain their knowledge of what we have taught them; it's helped our salespeople sell more because they can position to clients when they buy our materials that we have a way to retain their participants' knowledge for months aftwerward. before, we had a really outdated system for this, and qstream is much better.

"QStream as a reinforcement tool"

What do you like best?

We love the ability to create quizzes and tests on newly trained topics or items needing reinforcement. The dashboards to track results and trends is excellent as well.

What do you dislike?

The interface could be a bit cleaner, but that is really nitpicking. Less clicks to accomplish the same tasks would be welcomed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to test for understanding outside of actual use and waiting for sales results helps put a step in place to identify weaknesses earlier.

"Improved Sales Results "

What do you like best?

I have used Qstream for almost 5 years in two different companies. There is so much flexibility depending on your needs. We have used the "Lightning" round when we want a quick way to test for knowledge. We use the traditional Qstream when we want to review new product knowledge where they see the questions several times to increase retention. It has been used for review of pre-work and post-work review after a sales meeting. The sales representatives love the competitiveness of the Leader-board. We have had competitions between the sales regions and individual competitions and it is always talked about for weeks afterwards on how fun and engaging Qstream is. They love our Qstream Challenges!

What do you dislike?

There are no downsides to using Qstream,, none at all. There is a tremendous amount of data available from our Qstream Challenges for our sales managers to review and provide individual coaching but the coaching rarely or never happens. Sales managers get too busy to provide the coaching with the data that is available. I love the data but am frustrated that the data is not used for a coaching opportunity.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What gets measured gets done at our company. Our sales reps are better prepared and taking each Qstream seriously because of the Leader-board or rankings. They are learning the material and looking to always place in the top ten. We have found that the sales reps are studying and learning the material because they know they will be getting a Qstream to measure their knowledge.

"A convenient, fun and learner-focused approach to sales learning and development."

What do you like best?

Its very flexible and has the potential to be extremely effective for the fact that users are more likely to be engaged. The foundation in neuroscience and thoughtful approach to features and functionality are great, but without engagement, all of that could have been wasted. Qstream works because users actually enjoy the experience.

What do you dislike?

From an admin/manager perspective, the quantity of notifications can start adding up. I was happy to learn that the Qstream team is already working on this, so it shouldn't be an issue for much longer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Invest the time to ensure you get the most out of the platform. Qstream provides great documentation and guidance to help, but do expect to put in some work in preparing your content and developing high-quality questions with related media/assets.

Also, have a solid communication plan to create the right amount of awareness and excitement prior to the launch of your Qstream challenge.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We attempted to reinforce critical content on sales and business strategy that would otherwise be quickly forgotten. The spaced-learning model supported stronger retention and left participants asking for more. Now we have a ready audience who looks forward to other opportunities to learn.

"Excellent tool for follow-up and strengthen the learning for sales people"

What do you like best?

Since the questions are repeated, including explanations and figures, the tool "forces" the participants to repeat the messages and main topics and by this enhance the learning.

It is easy to set up and the Qstream team offers excellent support!

What do you dislike?

The Roster file was a bit complicated to understand, but with help from Leigh it was no real challenge.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is an easy way to engage and strengthen the learning. Excellent support offered by the Qstream team.

"Qstream has been really enjoyable"

What do you like best?

Qstream is easy to navigate and the representatives are friendly and detailed orientated. On multiple occasions my contact at Qstream has taken the time to walk me through the website as well as my stake holders.

What do you dislike?

The process of submitting a roster of participants can be rather time consuming. I would like a more streamlined, easy, process. It can be hard to ensure errors aren't made when you have a high about of users.

"Qstream keeps our reps engaged."

What do you like best?

Our sales reps enjoy the fun gaming element Qstream brings to our education initiatives, and this makes delivering the knowledge they need much easier. Answering Qstream questions is quick and easy and allows our field sales team to learn on the go, where they are, rather than at their desks at the end of the week, squeezing education in before an arbitrary deadline. The Qstream team is fantastic, too -- they're always available to answer questions and provide feedback that helps to improve our approach to testing, and they work with us to configure the dashboards and reporting that make sense for our business.

What do you dislike?

There's not much to dislike with this system. There was perhaps a bit of a learning curve to understanding the best way to tag user rosters to achieve the reporting I need, but the Qstream team is knowledgeable and willing to help, so this is a very minor thing, and something I'm confident we'll overcome quickly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problem we've addressed is the need to educate sales where they're at: in the field. Our previous approach to e-learning required our sales team to be in front of their computers answering 10+ questions at once. This sometimes time-consuming approach could be frustrating for our busy salesforce, and didn't exactly drive engagement. With Qstream, they're answering two or three questions at a time from their mobile device before hopping on a plane, or wherever else they find a few minutes to learn.

Another benefit is the ability to provide our learners with immediate feedback, not just on whether they've answered a question correctly or incorrectly, but also with additional detail to reinforce the correct response. This extra level of detail helps to ensure that when they receive the question a second time, they're confident in their response.

Qstream reporting has given us the ability to identify the gaps in our sales team's knowledge, and where additional coaching is required to reinforce our messaging. And the ability for our sales team to provide feedback within the application helps us to get better at educating them -- they can tell us when they find a question confusing or the answer choices misleading, and we can use that feedback to improve our approach to future Qstreams.

"We used QStream to help us test education knowledge retention for new hires"

What do you like best?

The automated process of sending the questions was great. We could really rely on everything to go out as needed with no issue

What do you dislike?

While the reporting that existed was well done, it would have been helpful to allow for custom reporting, and automatic data downlaods for our own internal analysis.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend narrowing your focus to specific topics when using QStream, instead of trying to test knowledge transfer of information across an entire curriculum.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were trying to solve and validate knowledge transfer for new hires. Since so much information is given to them in the beginning we want help them retain information as well as validate that the information retained.

"Awesome stuff. "

What do you like best?

It’s brilliant! The reinforcement science & gamification are great. The analytics, even better!

What do you dislike?

I love the visuals of the dashboards, but I'm not crazy about the report capabilities. It's a little confusing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

That last question - is Qstream headed in the right direction? Totally.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm driving a project to modernize my organization's learning process. Qstream helps me put training literally in the palms of my learner's hands. And it's making it fun!

"Exceptionally Happy Client"

What do you like best?

Qstream has been a wonderful reinforcement tool that we utilize to enhance the memory recall of the information taught at our training workshops and classes. We utilize Qstream with our Business Advisors who have just completed their Level 1 and/or their Level 2 training. We also have used Qstream at conventions and large meetings as well as with our Certified Business Program. The customer service is exceptional with our Client Account Manager and he is always ready to answer any questions we have even if they are time sensitive questions during the roll out of a Qstream involved over 450 users! We love Qstream and the easy, user friendly platform within the app and website!

What do you dislike?

Couldn't say we dislike anything, however we would love to see the backend of which users have registered with their password or not - just for accountability purposes. Also, perhaps a scheduler that varies the Qstream launches as they are launched vs. being by the exact hour- for the intial launch. We'd like to set the continued questions to be at different times rather than the same time as the initial launch.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're reiterating information within the classroom that has been learned which leads to our Business Advisors receiving the information one more time - gaining confidence as they get the information presented to them once more.

"Manager, Design & Development"

What do you like best?

About Qstream? Their reinforcement approach to learning retention. And the mobility aspect. We really like the dashboards as well.

What do you dislike?

I have no dislikes that come to mind. It serves our purpose

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Recommend a trial period to understand the functionality before purchasing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I wouldn't say problems are being solved but we enjoy the benefits of being able to deliver Q's to the entire sales organization at a moment's notice.

"Directed Learning that is FUN and ENGAGING!"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, quick and a fun element. Also, ability to change the themes of Qstreams periodically. We launch next week, but like that it will be an additional training element to reinforce key items. We will also make it competitive which the groups will respond favorably to.

What do you dislike?

Not all the way sure yet, maybe ability to do video answers back? We launch for the first time next week.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are merging two business units together, so we are building 1 group. We want the groups to learn about one another. We will also use Qstream to reinforce training from Global Commercial (Sales) Meeting as well as other learning initiatives. It gives another platform for adult learning, "microburst" training.

We launch Qstream next week as the first week.

"Recent adoption of QStream"

What do you like best?

QStream keeps knowledge fresh and helps develop competency with things our employees should know confidently and accurately.

Quizzes are fun for our team.

What do you dislike?

We have had a few issues with video recordedrole plays uploading when completed. Our sales team was a little frustrated by that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are using only for QStream quizzes, you will love it. We are still working through a few things with the video role plays, but the support has been good.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our sales team somedtimes forgets about solutions that we do have for customers. QStream helps us keep things fresh so our resources get higher utilizatioon.

"Thoughtful product, delivers on value prop, incredible service"

What do you like best?

Functionality and UI deliver on a simple goal- to engage users with a few questions each day to reinforce learning objectives. Our rep, Bridget, is incredibly responsive and supportive in helping us achieve our goals and timelines. I like that it works just as well on mobile and desktop. The gamification aspect is a great driver of engagement. The product is designed around learning principles, and the people at the company believe in how they are helping people learn.

What do you dislike?

There are some limitations. For example, it is capable of doing surveys, but only with anonymized data, so for surveys we had to leverage google or survey monkey. Also, they have competitors who will do a more custom approach to understanding your learning objectives and developing your curriculum for you, so if that is your need then you may want to explore other vendors.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are helping our sales team learn new material more quickly and stay on top of their game through reinforcement and gamification. We've seen reps ramp faster, learn new material faster and more thoroughly, while keeping morale high.

"Associate Director, Training and Clinical Education"

What do you like best?

The participants find this platform to be fun, easy, quick and competitive. As an administrator, I appreciate the behind the scenes support from the Qstream staff.

What do you dislike?

Nothing thus far - we are in our second full year (after a successful 2015 pilot) and we continue to see improvement in knowledge retention with Qstream.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend the time up front learning as much as you can about what Qstream has to offer. Request a pilot program - that was my way of proving to my internal stakeholders that this was a program worth the investment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our training department realized that there was a gap between initial new hire product training and the ability to ensure that the information transferred in the classroom was being applied in the field. We wanted to find a way to keep product, market, competitive and key messaging information current and in the the minds of the attendees long after the initial training "event" occurred.

"Great experience"

What do you like best?

Fantastic support, received in all phases of the QStream. Excellent overview of all performances, great insight on what is understood and what is not from the participants

What do you dislike?

Some reporting features are not easy to understand (but, luckily, the human support help solved all issues)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With QStream we have understood which are the topics that are more difficult to be understood by our sales force, and we have understood how to shape the agenda of next trainings. Further, those who have not participated or participated only partially, gave us a clear indication on their lack of proactivity, that will be discussed with their managers during next calls.

"an amazing compliance tool"

What do you dislike?

nothing at all; i have not experienced any problems

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Documentation of learning in situations where proving retention is beneficial. This works great in compliance

"Advancement program"

What do you like best?

The ease of use. I was not familiar with qstream before starting to use it and everything was pretty simple to work through, great support from the qstream team during development and launch and ongoing support

What do you dislike?

It is more in line with what I was not aware of e.g the look is quite plain unless you add pictures I didn’t add enough pictures pictures.

The dash boards are quite plain too with little instructions or definitions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Management of the ongoing learning and knowledge check for the teams

"Both web and app keep learning and training fun and easy to engage with"

What do you like best?

The tracking of leaderboards and scheduling of questions means that it keeps a mix of questions coming without boring repetition. The mastery of a question idea also helps reiterate answers to memory without losing any emphasis.

What do you dislike?

There are limitations for polls and surveys, really is best as a training and development tool through questions and quizzes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Set against teams and locations with a reward structure for 1st and 2nd place.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Training and increasing knowledge of sales team from new hires to existing staff with lightweight easy to digest questions over a period of a quarter.

"Great tool to ensure reps know what they should know"

What do you like best?

Easy for users to adopt. The teams really like it, especially the competitive aspect of it.

What do you dislike?

Video coaching is still immature. You can't have multiple reviewers, you can't customize the areas for feedback and you can't make a user redo it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Qstream has helped us to ensure our reps are knowledgeable about topics we have covered in calls, training and other mediums. This reinforcement is the key value we put on Qstream.

"Learning Manager - "

What do you like best?

The QStream drip feed style of learning is a sustainable approach to learning, information retention and its application.

What do you dislike?

Changes can take time to implement due to the time difference between Australi and the QStream office

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ensure that the timing of the QStream is released straight after a learning session to maximise retention and ensure relevance.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

QStream helps us consolodate learning and is typically used as a follow up activity after a face to face or blended learning session.
