What do you like best about Perk?

It is very intuitive to use and has a clear user interface. I use it for work bookings of trains, hire cars, flights and hotels on a regular basis as the platform of choice at the organisation I work for. The speed of booking is fast, with the options, timings and pricing clearly set out before making a decision. I have the app on my work phone and can quickly make the necessary bookings that I need for work travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk?

At times, bookings can only be made for 30 to 60 minutes in advance of the ticket needed (for example trains). Occasionally there is a shorter term option available in reality which is not possible to book via perk (probably due to the lead time to execute the booking and risk that the ticket will not be useable by the requester). This would be my only issue which is a small point. Flight cancellations can also be slightly bureaucratic if you have the ensure the original flight was refunded before you find the replacement flight option. Customer support is always fast however. What do you like best about Perk?

I like how easy it is to book your flights and also your accommodation with Perk. The user experience in general is okay, and I like the way we can find information; it's not that hard, so it's useful. I also like the updates, the way we receive them is fine. I appreciate the feature where you can see where other coworkers stayed before you, which helps in choosing an accommodation. It's useful because it validates how good a place can be and ensures that it's within the policy. It's also easier to get to the office or vendor locations after seeing where others have stayed. Plus, the service helps in booking trips not just for myself but also for coworkers, which is practical whether traveling together or separately. What do you dislike about Perk?

I feel there's not so much clarity about the booking prices. Flights seem to be more expensive than conventional ones, and I think it would be nice to have more transparency. Also, the prices could be a bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perk?

I like Perk because it is very user intuitive, and I appreciate its ease of use. I find it great to have all the process of generating a trip in a single platform, allowing me to directly look for all the details that I need. It's super useful to have everything related to the trip, like cars, trains, airplanes, and accommodations, in one place, which the company directly assumes, so I don't have to handle expenses and reimbursements myself. I also like that they managed to accommodate specific needs like better comfort due to my knee and back injuries. Overall, I find it quite convenient, even if sometimes it's not the best price. What do you like best about Perk?

I appreciate Perk's user-friendly UX, which is really easy to use and simple to navigate. I also love their customer service option where I can chat with agents on the platform, and they usually immediately reply, which puts me at ease. What do you dislike about Perk?

I think one of the things that could definitely improve is the choice of flights. If you're booking a flight and comparing it with something like Skyscanner, sometimes Perk doesn't have the flights or hours that you need. Having more variety of options would be great. It would also be beneficial if they could provide a comparison between what you get from other platforms to what they are offering. What do you like best about Perk?

I like that all of our employees can use this app to book their flights and it's on one platform. I like that the receipts and invoices are consolidated and automatically provided to us so they don't have to track their receipts and submit it to a third-party platform, where we reconcile it ourselves. Perhaps most importantly, I like the ongoing personal customer support from Ainsley K. that makes a huge difference in my experience with Perk because I'm not just dealing with a computer; I'm dealing with a person. What do you like best about Perk?

The perk platform is incredibly user-friendly, which makes navigating and trouble-shooting very seamless in my experience and that of my colleagues. Our account manager Maggie Penkoff has been a wonderful help and is has been able to assist myself and our companies travelers with all of our needs, keeping us informed and prepared for our bookings. Perk has been extremely helpful for managing our team's travel. It removed the need for a travel admin. I like that Perk will monitor and ensure compliance without constant oversight from managers.
