**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

I like how LeadIQ simplifies and speeds up my prospecting without affecting accuracy. It helps me quickly identify the right contacts within target accounts and capture accurate email and phone number data that goes directly into our CRM. It removes the manual effort of finding and verifying contact information, allowing me to capture data with one click instead of jumping around multiple platforms. The tool makes it super easy to build a clean, usable list within minutes, giving me valuable time back for more quality activities on verified lead data instead of doing manual data entry. The initial setup was easy, which was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

I wish I had more credits for a more competitive price. Data depth could be improved in niche and expertise accounts. It's a lot of generalized info.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

I really like LeadIQ's user interface and workflows because they seem more streamlined than any other tool I've worked with. This makes it feel more intuitive, and allows me to move faster. LeadIQ does a really good job of letting me work fast during the prospecting motion and efficiently add prospects to sequences, saving me from having to do it one by one. The workflow that LeadIQ has created for sequencing an account is really impressive and lets me add different personas easily with the extension.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

I don't have tons of feedback for LeadIQ other than potentially making the overall enrichment process easier. Sometimes, the refreshing aspect can be difficult, and there can be a lag. The LeadIQ extension isn't always talking to the sales map, causing it to lag and sometimes requiring a refresh or a restart to get back on track. It can be a bit buggy in terms of functionality.

**What problems is LeadIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadIQ allows me to work fast in prospecting, efficiently adding prospects to sequences in bulk. The workflow it creates for sequencing accounts is intuitive, saving time and making my process more streamlined.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

I really like the ease of using the LeadIQ Chrome extension. It works really well for us to add prospects to cadences and provides full visibility into what is in Sales Navigator, automatically reflected in the extension. It's really easy to navigate and add prospects to the correct cadence. Since migrating to LeadIQ, we've noticed better quality in the phone numbers and emails we fetch. These improvements make it super easy to capture the right contacts and add them seamlessly to the right cadences. Basically, the ease of use with LeadIQ is a major plus for us, which even brought us back from using ZoomInfo.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

I don't think their new AI capability called Lando is working super well. I kind of wish they had something better for us to capture information from the contact using AI and upload this information inside SalesLoft.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

LeadIQ has been a reliable part of my prospecting workflow, particularly for capturing contact data directly from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator without breaking my rhythm. The Chrome extension works well and syncs cleanly into HubSpot, which saves a lot of manual data entry time.

Email accuracy is generally good, though like any tool in this space there are occasional bounces. The ability to capture and enrich contacts in real time while browsing Sales Navigator is where it genuinely earns its place in the stack.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

Would love to see improvement on mobile numbers and European contact data specifically, as coverage there is thinner compared to US-based contacts. Overall it's a solid tool for SDRs working high-volume outbound and it integrates well into an existing sales tech stack.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

I think LeadIQ is really easy to use and it provides pretty accurate information for prospects in the United States. I like how it integrates with all the tools, making my job super easy when I'm building prospect lists for the SDRs. It allows me to get the right information in a really timely manner. The integration with tools like Salesforce and Nooks means we can push accurate information into the system and get them calling as soon as possible.

I think the platform itself needs a little bit of improvement. Prospecting inside of the LeadIQ platform is difficult and not very intuitive. I use the Chrome extension when I'm pulling information from Sales Navigator. That tool is great, but I think the actual internal platform itself finally needs some work.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

I find LeadIQ pretty lightweight and easy to use. I can quickly open it up, grab someone's details, and sync directly to my CRM without having to leave my browser window, which saves me time from manually inputting contact information. The ease of uploading .csv files to get details at scale while prospecting on LinkedIn is valuable, and the initial setup of LeadIQ was very easy. This has been my most positive experience with a lead scraper.

Sometimes the contact information is wrong, and I feel that I have to log in to it a lot which can be quite tedious mid-flow.

LeadIQ helps me find contact information quickly on LinkedIn and easily upload details at scale. It's lightweight, saves time by syncing directly to CRM, and I don't have to leave my browser, which is handy.

I use LeadIQ for data enrichment for contacts that I'm prospecting into. I like how easy it is to add people to flows from a LinkedIn page. I also appreciate that LeadIQ allows me to select which company to add a contact to when they have multiple companies listed. This is particularly helpful because other tools just add them to the most recent company, forcing me to add them manually instead.

I'd like some type of pop up saying that if I add someone to a flow and they're already in a flow, to let me know and ask if I'm sure.

I use LeadIQ daily for cold prospecting on net new accounts, and it has been a huge time saver as I no longer need to upload new contacts manually into the CRM. I love how it provides very useful insights on the profile in seconds, which I use to further customize my outreach. Its ease of use and quick navigation are great, as it works in seconds. The initial setup was very easy, making it seamless to start using.

Sometimes, I get a message that the contact has not been uploaded because it didn't meet the quality criteria. I'd love for the contact to be captured regardless because even without an email or phone number, I can reach out via Sales Navigator.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

I like that LeadIQ is fairly easy to use, especially with the Chrome extension. I also love the instant enrich feature that works with Salesforce. It automatically populates a bunch of information in about five seconds whenever a new lead or contact is added. This feature is huge for us because it speeds up our ability to have that information in the system quickly, without needing to manually find it. The information is fairly reliable, which helps a great deal since we can rely on it most of the time. It's also valuable because the team can keep their workflow all in one place without jumping between systems.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

I'd say for me, the one aspect that is maybe lacking compared to some of the other tools is the UI in the actual browser of LeadIQ. So if you're actually on the LeadIQ platform and looking for information, sometimes it's a little harder to find and maybe a little harder to capture as well. Tools like ZoomInfo and Lucia allow you to push that information to Salesforce a little bit easier. I'd say LeadIQ does a lot better job in one-on-one research prospecting, whereas some of the other tools might be a little bit better around bulk adding that information to the system.

LeadIQ has been a huge win for our sales team. The biggest standout is how accurate the numbers and contact data are. It’s eliminated so much manual cleanup and guesswork from our prospecting process.

With reliable information right out of the gate, we’re able to reach the right people faster, book more meetings, and keep our pipeline moving. Having confidence in the data makes a massive difference, and LeadIQ delivers on that every time.

If you’re looking for a tool that saves time and boosts connection rates, LeadIQ is absolutely worth it.

The Chrome extension is useful, but it can be a bit inconsistent depending on the page or browser session. Smoother performance and quicker load times would create a more seamless workflow.

Lastly, tighter integrations—especially around syncing to CRM fields and reducing duplicates—would help teams maintain cleaner pipelines without extra manual work.

Overall, LeadIQ has a strong foundation, but polishing these areas would take it from good to exceptional.

The Chrome extension is very helpful. Its one-touch capture feature for Outreach, along with the ability to copy any email or phone number, really saves time when completing manual tasks. I also appreciate how the extension can load details like email and phone number from a person's LinkedIn profile simply by opening their LinkedIn page.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

At times, when a contact is not in an active role, LeadIQ can feel quite cumbersome. It often fails to provide even catch-all email addresses or make reasonable guesses. Additionally, the accuracy of the phone numbers is not very reliable. The platform also does not offer built-in outreach sequencing or dialing features, so you have to depend on third-party integrations for those functions.

**What problems is LeadIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main advantage for me is the ability to fetch email addresses and phone numbers, which is extremely useful. Additionally, the integration with Outreach helps minimize the need for manual Excel imports and exports. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to capture and copy email addresses, phone numbers, Title and Linkedin profile and with just one click.

I like the accuracy of information. Its easy to use. Customer support is quick but I do not require it often. Credit model works well here but may not be as convenient if I didn't use it in tandem with other enrichment tools. I reconcile information from Leadiq with our other enrichment sources every day.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

Not sure if I could use leadiq without using it in tandem with other enrichment tools. Does not integrate with our hubspot because of security issues, which is a big problem for us which is why we have to use other enrichment tools on top of it. The reason we use it is because Cognism is not always as accurate in the US as it is for our EMEA team, so we need to verify across multiple sources. This is time consuming, especially because we cannot integrate with our CRM so we cannot directly export.

Reconciling information for enrichment across various data sources. Helpful, but does not solve for everything we need so we cannot depend on it solely.

We've found that, at least in LATIN America, the region I outbound to, LeadIQ is by far the best enrichment tool, with the most up to date information. This is definitely very valuable. I also appreciate how easy it is to export accounts to different applications we use, and create CSVs easily.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

Chrome extension fails critically very often, forcing us to reset Google Chrome completely, close everything, and sometimes even have to reset the whole PC. Quite frustrating, specially when speed matters.

LeadIQ helps us find and enrich contacts, find correct phone numbers, and email addresses. The benefit is clear, without data there is no sales motion, no sales motion means no revenue.

Lack of Native Outreach/Sequencer: LeadIQ does not have a built-in sequencing or dialer function (it relies on integrations like Outreach or Salesloft). This means your reps still need to switch between multiple tools for the full workflow, and you're paying for separate licenses, increasing overall tech spend complexity.

**What problems is LeadIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Problem Solved: Manual Data Work
The Issue: My reps were spending too much time copying and pasting prospect data between LinkedIn, the CRM, and the sales engagement platform. This is not selling time.

The Benefit to Me: Maximized Selling Time. LeadIQ's one-click capture frees up approximately 10-15 hours per BDR per month that can be reinvested into higher-impact activities, directly boosting our pipeline generation and ROI on rep salary.

2. Problem Solved: Low Data Accuracy
The Issue: Relying on stale data leads to high email bounce rates, wasted sequences, and missed opportunities.

while trying to obtain email addresses for business contacts, pursuing sales leads, and building my pipeline, I would often be denied access for "rules" and be prompted to open a paid account to pass this paywall and get access to the contact info, however, after obtaining the paid account, these paywalls were removed and the same contacts previously "protected" came up as empty or wrong.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

I like that LeadIQ has an extension that's easy to use in Salesforce and can pull contact information while in LinkedIn. I am almost always able to find a mobile number, which is the best way I've found to reach out and get a hold of people on the phone. Setup was instantaneous and very easy to use; all we had to do was download the LeadIQ extension and connect it with our email.

Sometimes for smaller brands, there doesn't seem to be much contact data, especially when doing it directly from the Salesforce page. So if there's a way to enrich that data and access more contacts, that would be very helpful.

**What do you like best about LeadIQ?**

LeadIQ makes it much easier and faster to find new customers. It's great how easy it is to get verified contact information from LinkedIn and send it to Salesforce and Outreach with just a few clicks. It saves me a lot of time every day compared to doing research by hand.

The AI writing and Scribe features are also great for quickly making messages more personal. They give you context and ideas that make outreach feel more relevant without having to spend hours doing research.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

There isn't a lot to dislike, but if I had to pick a few things, I'd say that the contact information can sometimes be out of date, especially for smaller businesses' mobile numbers or titles. It doesn't happen very often, but it can make you go slower when you're trying to go fast.

Before I started using LeadIQ, I spent way too much time looking up contact information by hand, copying it into spreadsheets, and updating Salesforce. LeadIQ took that headache away completely. I really like how simple LeadIQ is to use, and the fact that it can be a Chrome extension is a big plus for me. I find it great when I’m going through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as it allows me to capture all my leads directly into my CRM without having to do it manually. It makes the process of unlocking email and phone numbers really easy and awesome. It's also pretty straightforward to set up, just by downloading the extension and having it pop up on my side.

I just think with the certain symbols like the yellow or red or green, they could make it more descriptive. Maybe add some words behind that so you can understand what that is without having to go to a different site and do this and that.

Also adding a way to segment contacts by job role or department would also make prospecting even more strategic and targeted.

I appreciate how easy it is to export contacts directly to Salesloft, rather than having to export them to a CRM first and then to Salesloft. This feature really saves time, especially when managing a large number of prospects.

While using LeadIQ for prospecting, I encountered a recurring issue with finding contact information, particularly email addresses. Many of the contacts I attempt to export cannot be exported because they do not meet the export criteria due to missing emails. Additionally, I have noticed that not all of the phone numbers provided are accurate.

It's a very user-friendly tool for beginners, easily integrating with any CRM or outreach tool. It offers many features, such as finding phone numbers or email addresses and composing emails using Scribe. As an SDR, I use this tool almost every day in my work. Their customer support team is very responsive and helpful.

Sometimes I feel it’s not up-to-date because the prospect contact details are inaccurate or the numbers are invalid.

I personally pay out of pocket for this tool. It is the best tool and every BDR should use it because it is live scanning company / names / job titles. Therefore there is no guess and check since it has real time data access to LinkedIn. Then I just sort by verified email and i'm avoiding 90% of the time wasted getting bounce backs from ZoomInfo.

**What do you dislike about LeadIQ?**

Hard to think of anything specific. I think when it comes to dialing I did not find this as a great tool but to be fair I didn't really try. I just think you need to have a dialer as you go through a list you should be sitting here typing numbers in. I use Apollo for dialing. In terms of email prospecting this is by far the best tool.

Bounce back email challenges. Actual people. Actual up to date job titles. Real emails verified.
