DocSend is absurdly easy to use and understand. The learning curve is short, and once you've got it down, you can be sending out docs and gauging responses with almost zero effort. We love being able to check in on whether or not a piece has been viewed, and even tag up docs for different campaigns to gauge how well our other outreach or strategy is working. What do you like best about DocSend?

I used Docsend regularly to share and sign files, and it allows me to work with a variety of file types easily. DocSend makes gathering e-signatures quick and seamless, avoiding confusing email chains with multiple attachments. Since it's a reliable name, I also trust it for the security of sensitive work documents. The cost for plans that include key features like unlimited signatures and analytics are reasonable. What I like best about DocSend is how easy it makes it to share sensitive documents securely while maintaining a professional look. I can control access, see who viewed the files, and track engagement in real time. What do you like best about DocSend?

It has always been very easy and comfortable to send documents while keeping things secure, with the ability to track who opens the documents opened for them through sender DocSend. What I really love are the very detailed analytics for viewers-how long a person spends on each page, which is valuable with sales and fundraising. Some features are advanced and only available on higher-tier plans, limiting the flexibility for smaller teams. The mobile application version could be better optimized for reading longer documents. Before, files would be sent as an email attachment, and the sender simply hoped the recipient would look at it.
