The ability to control access to documents, update links seamlessly and track time on pages has really helped to hone our content. I never send .pdfs anymore. **What do you dislike about DocSend?** The only change that I would make to DocSend would be to make videos playable within documents (rather than clicking on the link and then having a pop up appear. This would be a more seamless experience and I suspect that many people don't actually click the links so an autoplay option would also be great. **What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary problem that DocSend solves for us is version control. It has made my life so much easier and the consulting aspects of my position are now seamless, resulting in increased customer satisfaction due to ease of use. **What do you dislike about DocSend?** It's a bit pricey for our small business to get the advanced plan, which comes with much more in depth analytics. Although we are loving our Standard Plan, additional features and integrations would make this platform even better for our business. For example, I wish we could offer an eSignature application process which would (ideally) start an automatic workflow/process for new clients in which they could answer some simple initial questionnaires prior to reaching out via meetings. Surprisingly. **Recommendations to others considering DocSend:** If someone wants to be in control of their content, DocSend if for you. **What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving two major components: 1 - I am able to confirm who looks at our information and what pages they spend time on. 2 - We can easily update our document so no one is viewing stale information. ### 36. This application has made easier for us to share the documentations, now we are not using the traditional methods of uploading the attachments, but now we use links, which increases our security and provide control over file downloads, and also provide a turn off access anytime. One of the major things is that we do not have to edit a particular file and then to send it again. But what we do is, we easily make changed to the file even if it has been sent, and everyone has its modified form. We are in love with this feature. **What do you dislike about DocSend?** It has too much high price, which is justified by its amazing features but still it’s needed to be revised. Its interface is not that much appealing and sometimes its online web services takes time o upload and also the tracking of a particular document also becomes difficult with time. **Recommendations to others considering DocSend:** We will highly suggest this tool to all the organization s no matter what size they are.
