YC deal is good and keeps the price low for one year. it seems like it has the right integrations. it is pretty intuitive in terms of UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DocSend? cannot send docs to specific emails and must use the link or CRM integration, which is dumb. Also, the regular price is so high compared to docusign, hellosign, etc. After the first year, it makes no sense to have this service because docusign is literally the same price. Recommendations to others considering DocSend: use docusign instead because docsend doesn't have the emailing feature directly from the platform and it costs way too much. other options include hellosign and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you? sending contracts to users and to customers is the biggest problem. Why do I have to use a link and not just send it directly from DocSend. Isn't that the point of the name DocSend? Maybe I'm missing something, and, if I am, that tells you that something is not intuitive for the user. The problem of sending the contracts should be as simple as possible.
