"Exceptional Support and Training with CareStack"
What do you like best about CareStack?

CareStack is a great option for cloud based software. We converted from Eaglesoft. The training process was great and the entire CS team was very responsive. The best part were the trainers. Huge shout out to Caroline, Ayisha, Abby, and Sharath (from VoiceStack.) They were in essence an extension of our team and super patient and kind with all of our questions and training needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and I’ll miss them the most!! Carestack definitely grew on me and the software is built to anticipate ans address the needs of dental professionals to truly aid in the success of the practice. What do you dislike about CareStack?

What do you like best about CareStack?

What do you dislike about CareStack?

The support team is extremely responsive and hands on. The training and onboarding were thorough, and the follow-up meetings actually addressed real concerns. They helped customize CareStack to fit our office workflow, including setting up patient onboarding forms. They also helped me manage scheduling in a more efficient and organized way. What do you like best about CareStack?

What stood out most was how comprehensive yet user-friendly the platform is. CareStack truly streamlines every aspect of practice management — from scheduling and billing to forms, notes, and patient management — all in one secure system. The reporting features provide valuable insights that help us make better decisions, and any bugs or issues we encountered were resolved quickly with outstanding customer support. What do you dislike about CareStack?

Honestly, there hasn’t been anything negative to report. The transition was seamless, and whenever small questions or minor issues came up, Geo and the CareStack team addressed them immediately. If anything, the only challenge was the natural learning curve that comes with adopting a new, feature-rich system — but with Geo’s patient guidance and thorough training, this was quickly overcome. What do you like best about CareStack?

I absolutely LOVE our trainer, Carolina. She has been patient, kind and supportive beyond her 'required' time with us. In addition, the ENTIRE Carestack team has been so DEVOTED to us. What do you dislike about CareStack?

What do you like best about CareStack?

Carestack has been a great PMS for our team! We have multiple locations and we specialize in extractions, implants, and AOX. Not only is Carestack the best software for such a specialized company like ours, but they are constantly asking for feedback and actually updating software based on the customer requests!

My Customer Success Manager is Mariangles and she, with Earwin, have been an absolute delight to work with! Not only has she shown me things I never would have known to do with the software, but she has taken my notes of frustration or suggestions and turned them to the powers that be to have the suggestions put into the software. Not like in 2 years, but like 3 months after it's been requested. Absolutely insane because anyone who has ever worked with another PMS knows that is RARELY the case.

As a former Eaglesoft girlie, I definitely recommend Carestack for practices looking to have a comprehensive PMS that listens and adapts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

What do you like best about CareStack?

What I like most about CareStack is that it's an all-in-one, cloud-based platform that eliminates the need for multiple third-party tools. Having scheduling, billing, clinical charting, insurance management, and patient communication all integrated into one system has made our workflows more efficient and consistent across locations. "Simplified Claims Process and Versatile Reporting"
What do you like best about CareStack?

I am still new to Care Stack but for me is the Claims process is made to be very simplified, and I am able to run reports there are many choices to prepared items related to my position. The Customer support is great; the transition was a bit rough but the Team at Care stack made sure to communicate things as we needed to prepare and we are in process of the day to day and with the weekly check ins and reviewing the functions to maximize the practice use is a great help. The ease of use from the training has helped but again the ease of implementation had some minor issues but the team at Care stack is there to support as needed and we continue to ease into integration day by day as things migrate over from our previous Software. What do you dislike about CareStack?

Even though there are many options, there is not a report that is inclusive to what our practices uses but the Care stack team has been trying to see about creating a report that is inclusive to an Executive summary report. Also when posting and not being able to remove an error and make corrections but as with a new Software is to find a work around an come up with the right fit.
