What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I appreciate most about Power Automate is its new design and improved connectivity. The updated user interface makes it much easier to add blocks for connections and use them in a more intuitive way. I also value the Flow Checker, which alerts users to errors—this is an extremely helpful feature. In addition, the Flow Run viewer provides clear insights that make troubleshooting and monitoring much easier. The implementation of flows and their seamless integration with Power Apps have been especially beneficial, as I use Power Automate frequently alongside Power Apps. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I believe the AI implementation in Power Automate is very helpful. If a user encounters an error, it would be even more beneficial if the system could suggest appropriate AI tools or automatically recommend the required components. The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. What do you like best about Flowingly?

By nature, I find it challenging to create and follow process maps. In my experience, the typical static products available on the market tend to be used only once; after they are implemented, they are rarely revisited except when training a new person. As a result, these maps quickly become outdated as processes change. With Flowingly, however, the process map is actively used every time the process is carried out, allowing for ongoing, iterative updates. What truly stands out for us is its ability to ensure that everyone works consistently. We always know the current status of any project/process, and since most of our teams consist of just one person, if someone is unexpectedly away, anyone else can easily see their progress and what tasks remain. I also love the community of sharing - were are so busy across the sector sharing processes with each other not only cuts done significant time but also allows us to collectively brainstorm and imporve the way we all work. It's hard to know where to start, but one of the biggest advantages has been the resilience provided by one-person functions, especially since we can reassign flows as needed. This has been a huge benefit as it ensures that if someone is out sick, any workflows they were handling can be picked up seamlessly by another colleague. The consistency in how tasks are approached has also made a significant difference, reducing both time and frustration while improving our overall delivery. Multi-activity and multi-person workflows are now well tracked, with clear deadlines for actions and helpful nudges when needed. Training new or supporting staff has become much easier, as the clarity within the process flow leaves little room for steps to be forgotten, making the learning experience smoother for everyone involved. In my opinion, one of the main advantages of TimeXtender is that, when used correctly, it encourages you to focus on designing a solid semantic model rather than getting bogged down in code optimization. Incremental loading becomes a straightforward process, accomplished with just a few clicks, rather than having to build it from the ground up or risk inconsistent methods among different developers.

As you become more familiar with how TimeXtender works, you may find that you can replace or simplify views by using lookups and adopting a table-to-table approach. If you notice that you’re repeatedly applying the same transformations or building views in a similar way, it’s a good idea to turn that process into a snippet.

Finally, if you’re dealing with multiple data connections that share the same configuration, you can streamline your workflow by adding an additional source to your main source. As an NHS shared service working with eight NHS Trusts across the North West London area, FlowForma has been instrumental in standardising our processes. The implementation of FlowForma enabled us to create our first standardised process, significantly improving efficiency and output quality.

One of the key advantages of FlowForma is its integration with various Microsoft functions. For instance, its connection to the Outlook address book using the 'Persons or Group' and 'Get User Profile Property' features has reduced typing errors by approximately 80% when staff input email addresses, especially when assigning steps to different approvers. 

FlowForma's hosting on SharePoint has allowed us to create a central hub accessible to users from all eight NHS Trusts, despite their separate IT networks. This centralisation has simplified access and management. Moreover, FlowForma's flexibility has enabled us to tailor digital forms slightly for specific Trusts when needed.

There are some risks associated with FlowForma Process Automation for organisations or departments handling personal or commercially sensitive information. Since the app is hosted on SharePoint, the list view used to manage forms is accessible to all our stakeholders across the eight Trusts. They have edit-level permissions, which means staff can view and delete other members' forms and edit key functions like email templates. Even if these features are hidden, the 'search my site' function allows access to the backend of the app. Additionally, documents generated by the app and stored in SharePoint folders are accessible to all stakeholders. What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

FlowForma has significantly streamlined our operations by hosting a central SharePoint site accessible to all eight Trusts. One of our first successful automated processes was the waiver form, which is now widely used across multiple Trusts.

Implementing mandatory questions has been an audit requirement that was challenging to achieve using MS Word. FlowForma has simplified this task by providing various question types and data validation rules, allowing us to collect high-quality, consistent responses.

Each Trust operates under its own internal financial thresholds. The 'get list data' rule, connected to a SharePoint list, enables us to standardise processes while adhering to these thresholds. When a Trust name is selected, our digital workflows automatically adjust to the Trust's threshold values and approver details. This has greatly improved accuracy and compliance with Trust financial instruction guidelines, which had been a common struggle.

What do you like best about PIX RPA?

What I like most about PIX RPA is that it allows me to automate repetitive tasks in a very simple way, even without the need to program. What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

In my experience, the interface still has room for improvement. When the workflows are complex, usage becomes a bit more difficult. I think it would be very useful to have a visual canvas where you can see the objects and how they interact with each other, which would make understanding easier, especially for those who are just starting to use the tool. What problems is PIX RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?

PIX RPA has allowed me to automate repetitive tasks such as organizing and uploading scanned documents into the CRM. What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks?

This is a highly powerful and flexible application. It operates with great reliability and is backed by outstanding support. When working on projects, I have found their staff to be both knowledgeable and approachable.

We use the workflow engine quite intense and most likely for use cases it wasn't intended for. But despite the stress we are adding to the system it works like a charm and allows to easily build the most flexible and demanding workflows and wicket solutions! The interface is user friendly and become more moderns and easy to use with every new version Square9 puts out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square 9 Softworks?

Troubleshooting OCR-related issues can be quite challenging and often requires unexpected workarounds, which is surprising given that OCR is a core feature. While I am usually able to accomplish what I need thanks to these workarounds, there is definitely room for improvement. The audit log presents a similar situation. It records who performed an action on a document in Global Search, but it does not capture exactly what was done. I would appreciate an audit log that provides details similar to the version history feature in MS SharePoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Square 9 Softworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kissflow has been a solid tool for managing our workflows, especially in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. It helps us streamline everything from purchase requisitions to approvals, PO generation, and vendor payments—all in one place. The ability to customize forms and automate approvals has really improved our turnaround time. It’s easy for users across departments to collaborate, and tracking the status of requests is super transparent. What do you dislike about Kissflow?

it does have a few limitations. The reporting and analytics features could be more robust—custom reports aren’t always easy to configure. Sometimes, the platform feels too rigid for handling more complex or dynamic workflows, especially in the P2P cycle where integration with external systems (like ERPs or accounting software) is crucial. Also, user permissions and role settings can be a bit tricky to manage at scale. Lastly, the pricing can feel steep if you need advanced features or scale up usage across multiple teams.
