Sometimes, the UI can be a little less intuitive and if I wanted an additional approval step for say a third party and where the email will go out to that individual with information from the form isn't an option. IE, an employee does a site survey and determines what is needed based on that form, it would go to our quoting team who would develop a quote and then if we could send that information to the customer who then submits to approve, that would be a perfect workflow. I don’t have any major issues with it, but there is a bit of a learning curve as workflows get more complex. Simple automations are easy to build; however, once you start adding multiple conditions, approvals, or integrations, it takes some time to understand how everything fits together.

When a flow fails, troubleshooting can also mean digging through the run history to pinpoint exactly where the problem occurred. It’s not especially difficult, but clearer error messages would make debugging faster and more straightforward.

The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. There have been a few areas where we felt the software could be improved or better fit the way our teams use EOS. What has impressed us, though, is how responsive the Success.co team has been to that feedback. They have been very receptive to suggestions and, in a number of cases, made adjustments to the software based on our input. The initial learning curve for the more advanced AI features, like Seyarc AI, was a bit hard and sharp. Setting up the exact business rules for auto approval took some time and trial and error. The main problem was the delay and frustration caused by the manual review. Every application had to be read by a human, checked against eligibility criteria, and then routed to the right department. Cflow solved this by using AI to read the documents and evaluate the initial policy risk. If I had to identify a downside, it would be that once teams start seeing the benefits of Flowingly, demand for new processes and improvements can quickly outpace the resources available to implement them. Although its design is functional, the interface has a classic style that could be modernized to visually match other tools in the market. On the other hand, being a growing platform, the online community is still small; this makes it a greater challenge to find solutions in forums or external tutorials for very specific errors compared to older software. One thing I’ve noticed is that Workhall offers a lot of configuration options, and I’d encourage having a proper go-to manual that explains them in detail. For example, when I wanted to rename tasks within a flow so users could tell them apart, I discovered it’s actually done through system properties—something I would have preferred to learn from the documentation rather than by raising a support request. Workhall handles even complex scenarios very accurately — including workflows with many conditional branches — which makes it reliable for real business use cases, not just simple processes. A BPM platform often sits between other existing business systems, so if one of those systems hiccups, it can immediately affect the Business Automation layer.
