“Easy No-Code Automation That Streamlines Workflows Across Microsoft Tools”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I like most about Microsoft Power Automate is how easy it is to automate repetitive, everyday tasks without needing any coding skills. It integrates really well with other Microsoft tools like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, which makes workflows feel much more connected and efficient.

For example, I’ve set up flows that automatically save email attachments to specific folders and notify the team when something important comes in. This alone has saved me several hours each week and reduced the chance of missing important information.

The interface is also quite user-friendly, especially for non-developers, and the available templates make it easy to get started quickly. I also appreciate that many flows can run in the background without constant monitoring. Overall, it has helped me streamline processes, stay organized, and reduce manual errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

One thing I find challenging about Microsoft Power Automate is that debugging flows can sometimes be confusing, especially when something doesn’t work as expected. Error messages are not always very clear, so it can take time to figure out what went wrong, particularly in more complex workflows.

Another downside is that while the interface is generally user-friendly, it can become a bit overwhelming when building larger or more advanced flows. Managing multiple conditions, loops, and actions isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

There are also some limitations with certain connectors and features unless you move to higher-tier plans, which can make it restrictive depending on your needs. In addition, performance can occasionally be inconsistent, with some flows taking longer to trigger or complete than expected.

Overall, while it’s a powerful tool, there’s definitely a learning curve when you start going beyond the basics, and improving clarity around errors and flow management would make a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Microsoft Power Automate, a lot of our work involved manual, repetitive tasks like sorting emails, moving files, and sending routine notifications. These processes were time-consuming and also increased the chances of human error, especially when things got busy.

With Power Automate, we’ve been able to streamline many of these workflows. For example, tasks like automatically saving attachments, updating lists, or notifying team members now happen without any manual input. This has significantly reduced the time spent on administrative work and allowed us to focus more on higher-value tasks.

It’s also improved consistency, since processes now follow the same logic every time instead of depending on someone to remember each step. In terms of impact, we’ve saved several hours each week, reduced mistakes, and improved overall response times, especially when it comes to handling incoming requests or important updates. “Streamlined Notifications, Seamless Integrations”
What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I find Jotform Workflows incredibly useful for streamlining communication between Slack and Gmail. The integration is a huge time-saver, allowing me to automatically trigger notifications in Slack and send structured emails through Gmail without manual effort. I love that I can eliminate manual follow-ups, which vastly reduces errors and saves me time. The drag-and-drop workflow builder is intuitive and lets me set up workflows without spending time on complicated setups. Once configured, the automation is reliable and consistently delivers notifications and responses. Jotform Workflows has significantly reduced my repetitive manual tasks, giving me more time to focus on important work. I appreciate the flexibility to customize workflows for different scenarios, like notifying a Slack channel or sending structured email updates. Plus, it seamlessly integrates with the tools I use daily, making it feel like a natural extension of my workflow. The initial setup was smooth and easy, with the interface guiding me step-by-step, connecting Slack and Gmail workflows effortlessly. The automatic logging of form submissions into Google Sheets has made tracking and analyzing data much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Integration depth: While Slack and Gmail connections are solid, some advanced features (like formatting Slack messages with richer layouts or handling Gmail threading intelligently) feel limited. Learning curve for complex flows: Simple automations are easy, but when workflows involve multiple conditional branches, the interface can get a bit overwhelming. A more guided setup or visual cues would help. Notification management: Slack alerts are great, but without fine‑tuned controls, they can become noisy. More granular options for filtering or batching notifications would reduce clutter. Error handling transparency: If a workflow fails (say, due to a Gmail API hiccup), the error messages aren’t always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Jotform Workflows to streamline communication between Slack and Gmail, saving time and reducing errors. It automates notifications and emails, eliminating manual follow-ups and repetitive tasks. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, allowing easy customization, and it integrates seamlessly with tools I use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Scalable low-code platform for managing diverse business processes”
What do you like best about Emakin?

Emakin provides a highly flexible low-code platform that allows us to manage a wide range of business processes in a centralized structure.

We actively use it for multiple workflows such as request management, document approvals, expense processes, travel requests, and ticket operations.

The ability to design and manage processes like:

Request & approval workflows (leave, travel, expense)

Ticket and demand management

Document and contract approval flows

Training and HR-related processes

Integration-driven operations

makes it a powerful platform for cross-departmental usage.

Another key strength is its integration capability. We can easily connect different systems and ensure seamless data flow between departments. The support team is also responsive and helpful, especially in complex cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emakin?

The platform has a learning curve, particularly for users without a technical background when building more advanced workflows.

Providing more ready-made templates (for common processes like expense, leave, approval flows) would significantly speed up adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emakin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Emakin, many of our processes were either manual or scattered across different systems.

Now, we manage a wide range of operations such as:

Demand and ticket processes

Expense and travel management

Document approval workflows

HR and training-related operations

in a centralized and structured way.

This has helped us:

“The most customizable and versatile solution we have ever used”
What do you like best about Cotalker?

The platform's ability to adapt to the real needs, problems, challenges, and requirements of clients is far above what we have seen in the market, as it has an absolute capacity to translate the client's issues into flows, customized instances of automation resolution, visualization, and process adoption among others. The truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by the tool, the team behind it, its robustness, and above all, how it is capable of centralizing multiple processes-problems-requirements into a single entity-platform, it is truly amazing, and for this reason, we have dedicated a special unit and vertical to sell and offer CoTalker, along with certifying people from our team to implement, provide support, and conduct pre and post-sales. Without a doubt, we are fans of CoTalker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cotalker?

The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. Once workflows are live, it saves a lot of manual follow ups and time, which is really helpful in a fast moving work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

“TimeXtender’s Free Training Academy Makes Adoption Smooth and Efficient”
What do you like best about TimeXtender?

TimeXtender is one of the most effective tools I’ve worked with, and a big reason is how strongly it prioritizes user enablement through its training academy.

The platform includes structured, in-depth training at no cost, which gives users the foundation they need to confidently integrate databases, configure the system, and manage deployment. That kind of proactive support removes a lot of friction during implementation and helps drive better overall efficiency.

Being able to prepare thoroughly before you even start using the product makes adoption feel much smoother. Overall, the level of support—and the clear commitment to helping users succeed—is genuinely commendable and very much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeXtender?

Without completing the recommended training, it's deployment process can feel fairly complex and hard to navigate, and it isn’t always clear what the next step should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeXtender solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeXtender is a robust platform designed to integrate with multiple database systems, including Microsoft SQL Server and other related technologies. Because it supports such a wide range of integrations, the implementation process can sometimes feel complex, particularly in environments that depend on diverse data sources.

The platform also offers strong security measures, including encryption of sensitive information both within the system and while data is in transit. This helps ensure that critical business data remains protected throughout processing and transfer.

In addition, its automation capabilities can significantly reduce manual intervention in routine tasks. By streamlining data integration, management, and governance processes, TimeXtender can improve operational efficiency and make day-to-day workload management easier. “Recent implementation and loving it!”
What do you like best about Flowingly?

The new Flowingly features have been beneficial for our organisation, particularly the AI Process Map generator and the process map file upload. With the new Process Map File Upload functionality, we can take old maps, workshop notes, or high-level discussions and quickly get the start of the map into Flowingly. This saves time on admin work.

The AI Process Map generator also provides a substantial head start on process mapping. It removes the blank-canvas headache and gives you time before a workshop to get your head around a basic version of the process, so you can start thinking through the edge cases earlier.

The Flowingly team have been incredible in their support to getting us up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

The main limitation for our organisation is no two step approval and publish workflow. In previous software we were able to send a draft for approval, once approved it would be sent for publishing. This workflow does not exist currently in Flowingly as it can only be sent for approval and publish at the same time. We have had to create a separate approval process that is not as streamlined.

In a process map, the arrow path is set automatically, which can lead to arrow lines crossing and makes the flow harder to follow. Also, you can’t add an additional recording to an existing SOP, which limits how you can update or expand it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowingly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowingly is our newly adopted process mapping software, it has been a benefit of our organisation as it is a user friendly interface saving on training effort and making uptake easier. We are still in the implementation phase and initial comments from staff have been very positive. Process Documentation has never been easier or more accessible to create. “Intuitive, but with room for improvement in power and accessibility”
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

PIX RPA stands out for being an agile and accessible solution, removing the entry barriers that other automation software usually have. I am impressed by how user-friendly its interface is for new developers; it greatly facilitates learning and allows projects to scale quickly and easily. It is, without a doubt, the most logical and powerful gateway to the world of RPA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

Although its design is functional, the interface has a classic style that could be modernized to visually match other tools in the market. On the other hand, being a growing platform, the online community is still small; this makes it a greater challenge to find solutions in forums or external tutorials for very specific errors compared to older software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This helps us manage our materials effectively and ensures that we always have the necessary ingredients. Additionally, Comidor's AI-powered forecasting tools provide accurate demand predictions, aiding us in ordering the right amount of materials. We can seamlessly connect our material ordering processes with accounting or inventory management, streamlining workflows and facilitating communication between departments. As a result, our overall efficiency has improved significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comidor?

According to some of my team members, setting up or configuring Comidor software can be challenging at first, which may necessitate additional training or support to ensure proper configuration. However, despite these initial small difficulties, we are extremely satisfied with the platform's rich features and high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Comidor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing Comidor, our material ordering process lacked efficiency. We relied on manual processes that were both time-consuming and prone to errors. “User-friendly platform for managing and executing processes”
What do you like best about Gluu?

Overall, Gluu is a user-friendly platform with a well-defined set of features.

What truly sets Gluu apart and makes it a worthwhile investment are its task management and case flow capabilities, which turns the passive process maps into valuable tools to carry out real work.

More advanced features includes API integrations (SharePoint, Power BI, for instance) which gives plenty opportunities to fit Gluu into the existing IT landscape.

While still in beta stage, the Gluu AI Assistance has proved to be a great help, especially in generating step-by-step guides for each of the process activities, and I look forward to benefit from its continued development.

The engagement from the Gluu support team is great, both in terms of solving bugs and taking input for future features and improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gluu?

I found the initial setup and administration of user rights difficult, and figuring out the ideal content structure and level of detail took some trial and error. Buttons for navigation and menu layout are not consistently implemented across the various pages, which can cause some confusion in the beginning. Furthermore, the tool for creating process maps lacks basic snap-to-grid functionality in certain situations (compared to Microsoft Visio, for instance), which makes it harder to ensure a consistent, uniform layout across the process maps made by multiple persons. What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visualizing, linking and carrying out processes, which helps simplify work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great process design accelerator”
What do you like best about Navvia?

It is easy to use and navigate. The process templates that they provide are really helpful when it comes to process design. It is a very smart tool and one feature that stands out for me is that if you make a change at one place, it automatically gets replicated throughout the process and saves you the time and effort of manually updating it everywhere.

Navvia customer support is also great as they have a very quick turnaround time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navvia?

There are many limitations when it comes to customizations that you can do in Navvia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using it for my rapid process design workshops to redesign our ITSM processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
