Implementation is currently in-process, but we see great potential to solve current work order process confusion and bring greater control to the process including visibility and analytics. Our current work order process is largely manual, so automating it and bringing visibility to all stakeholders will be a big improvement. Also, I was able to duplicate our current travel request process (currently in a different system) and build it successfully within less than 1 day even though the current system was built through coding by programmer and many hours of billable hours. Using Quixy, we have automated multiple departments but as part of Sales and Marketing team, we automated processes related to RFP/RFQ Evaluation, Bid Management, EMD Requisitions, Prebid query management, prebid attendance, travel management, Pre Qualification and Technical Evaluation Criteria. Pipefy has changed the game for our marketing agency. We now handle all requests for service through Pipefy. The intake form we built has allowed our agency to be more productive than ever. We can see and be notified of incoming requests in real-time. We or our clients can set deadlines for each project. The visual "Kanban" view is a game changer for me as a team leader. I can easily see where projects stand and with filters can see what each team member's workload is. The reporting tools allow us to analyze how many projects we complete each month and sort by client and other filters. This has allowed us to provide our upper management with better reporting. Since Covid-19 broke out, our team has reduced due to retirements and departures. Without Pipefy, we could not have been able to complete MORE projects with fewer staff. Pipefy has also prevents projects from falling through the cracks. I compared Pipefy to all the other major project management offerings, and it was by far the best fit. I personally think nintex forms would have extended capabilities of talking to web services. The error notifications of workflows are too generic, sometimes they just say error out and failed on start. While developing forms, the labels connected to items which requires validation shows red asterick with break tag in inproper format, if we develop the form in google chrome. Best tool for automation's, building forms for the people using default, microsoft infopath for doing that. It is way better than infopath in User experience stand point as well as features stand point. The new features from nintex with electronic signature is awesome. I have built lot of forms in nintex and automated lot of approval, id creation, reporting works in nintex workflow. The most liked feature in nintex forms is repeating section, using that i built a shopping cart functionality. In my opinion I do not have a negative point regarding the functionality of the service since it has allowed us to improve our stability in the search for new clients, the tools and each of the characteristics are fundamental and work together, however the system continues to be updated and improved at future adding new features in order to improve the system better and better. For organizations looking for a GRC solution or even to make a switch, LogicGate stacks up well and provides a ton of functionality. The biggest factor that sets LogicGate apart from other solutions is again the customizable option as well as the high level of support you will receive. We track many items in LogicGate, but the biggest wins for my team center around tracking of threats and mitigations. Having all of those items go through the same process with our custom notes attached has proven its value on multiple occasions, not to mention having the ability to quickly retrieve that information. Kinetic Data tools are precisely that... Tools. You must design your processes and data and work with stakeholders prior to deployment. The product allows you to do almost anything you need to do, but you need to know what that need is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using the product to automate service delivery and business processes. We currently deploy hundreds of virtual machines (VM) per month through customer requests while also managing internal processes with the software. VMs that used to take upwards of 3 weeks to deploy are now active and accessible in under 30 minutes. To tell you the truth, there is not much to dislike. We are currently implementing the Flokzu automated workflows in a Real Estate business and it is a walk in the park. It is great to be able to do it all by ourselves without programming or coding experts. We are in contact with Flokzu and any improvements required will be done based on our consultation and Client feedback but it will be adjustments rather than major improvements. Since this is still in development phase, there are some limitations on the functions of power automate and we need to develop a long flow chart than what can be done with one line. We have to be sure that the loop does not time out. By default the loop times out in 1hr. We need to make sure that the default has been changed in case we want our loop to work for days. Also currently the workflow or the actions can stay only for 30 days which is a less time for some long lead approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You need to take care of the default time out of the loop in workflow. It is 1 hr default after which the loop terminates abruptly. I have been using Microsoft Power Automate for various approval of document and forms. I was not sure whether power automate would do the things that I wanted but I spent some time on the software and was able to create a flowchart which has multiple approvals along with reminder. I don't like that there is not much you can do to move a field left or right on the form when using a dynaform.

We are able to process requests both manually and automatically while getting accurate information from the customer. Our company has such a variety of work intake tools, most of them inadequate, that people find PMG Service Catalog as a refreshing solution. The platform makes it easy to submit a request and then track it via status or by looking at the workflow. It sometimes becomes difficult to test everything working together with Camunda BPM as there are some callbacks involved and various services involved for complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don't integrate it just because you want to integrate a Business Process Modeler or just because you've heard of it. You should have a proper use case for it. If you have various services working together to get a task done and they need to interact with each other and you want get visibility into the flow at each point, then it might be a good solution. It helps in getting visibility into the tasks getting created for every order. It may go through different flows and involves multiple internal tasks. All of this could be managed easily using Camunda BPM and it can be understood by product managers as well as developers. It helps in debugging also if there is an issue somewhere in the workflow. We totally dislike like that all documentation is online. We realize that documentation changes, but it would be much more advantageous and efficient for us to be able to print out a point-in-time PDF, especially as we are trying to learn the tool.

Honestly, we find the software somewhat cumbersome to use and most of that is related to the fact that we can't print out what we need. We are trying to use Navvia to standardize our ITSM documentation using ITIL best practices. I say trying because we have not made much progress in the year that we've had the tool.
