**What do you like best about Gluu?**

Overall, Gluu is a user-friendly platform with a well-defined set of features.
What truly sets Gluu apart and makes it a worthwhile investment are its task management and case flow capabilities, which turns the passive process maps into valuable tools to carry out real work.
More advanced features includes API integrations (SharePoint, Power BI, for instance) which gives plenty opportunities to fit Gluu into the existing IT landscape.
While still in beta stage, the Gluu AI Assistance has proved to be a great help, especially in generating step-by-step guides for each of the process activities, and I look forward to benefit from its continued development.
The engagement from the Gluu support team is great, both in terms of solving bugs and taking input for future features and improvements.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

I found the initial setup and administration of user rights difficult, and figuring out the ideal content structure and level of detail took some trial and error. Buttons for navigation and menu layout are not consistently implemented across the various pages, which can cause some confusion in the beginning. Furthermore, the tool for creating process maps lacks basic snap-to-grid functionality in certain situations (compared to Microsoft Visio, for instance), which makes it harder to ensure a consistent, uniform layout across the process maps made by multiple persons.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizing, linking and carrying out processes, which helps simplify work.

Gluu has revitalized the critical process design and engineering space with an intelligent platform that pulls together visualization, documentation, automation, and data engineering into one platform. The platform is reasonably priced at scale for all organizations.

The tool’s innovative design takes a few extra clicks (time and effort) to orient to the process-centric perspective.

First and foremost, the integrated process map and work instructions feature is one of a kind and solves so many client issues.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

Make it simple or make it complex, Gluu can do both. It is the perfect starter tool for small to mid size companies with little or no control of processes to help draw the overview and build the manual for how to work.
Good user and role control with build in version and comment functionality that assist to release processes to the right staff.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

Everyone must have a license to view processes, even though they only need to check one process a year, that is a barrier for managers to see the value for all users to have a license.
It's hard to get the overview when you are a new user coming into a complex forrest of processes. 
If you are not careful and control the users, you can easily make double or overlapping processes.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With offices around the globe in different time zones, it's hard to keep people in contact and alignment on how to use various systems. Gluu can help as a manual and communication tool to keep track of processes and changes to same.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

It is very intuitive and easy to learn. The Gluu team helps with the introduction to learn the methodology. This has significantly improved the integration.

You can easily start and thus already benefit from initial successes. Subsequently, you can advance it much further, e.g., with tasks and thus guide users even more.

It is being further developed a lot and new options are being added.

We receive support within a short time.

The price/performance ratio is very good.

Practically all departments use it daily.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

Is only available online. It is being further developed a lot and new options are being added.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous process documentation was very static, stored on a drive, and thus not always accessible. Feedback came in very delayed. Ultimately, the processes were not followed. New employees could hardly orient themselves because these had already changed again.

This changes radically with Gluu. The processes are extremely well documented, audit-proof, and always accessible. With the comment function, improvements can be immediately incorporated to further optimize the process. Document templates can be very easily integrated with SharePoint.

It got just the right mix of function and feauteres. It adds value for all users including the day to day users of the receptiv processes. very easy to get started.

Document your company processes using one tool and keep track off all process relevant information, RACI, SOPs, etc. Tells me in a scalable manner who is doing what, where, and how. It keeps your IT solutions up-to-date may be applied for regression testing, and support continious process improvement, good Change Request flow, easy interaction between end-user and processowner. Simple case functionality including electronic forms, makes it easy for the users to automate Daily routines and maintain the information flow in the business, digitalize you processes.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

Gluu has great visuals and is indeed user friendly. It is intuitive and guarantees raising awareness and acceptance of process management with the company. 
Customer service is truly exceptional, thank you Louise.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

Up to now language settings are limited. Gluu provides Danish and  Greenlandic (as Danish company) and additionally offers English and German. While the most important language for us - English and German - are available, additional languages would be desirable.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our pain used to be high maintance, isolated process descriptions. Now we have a databank based tool that is highly interactive. While we are still implementing the software it offers loads more potentials in regards to managing processes.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

It is very intuitve and has a nice structure to it. The navigation is made super simple with a well-constructed proces-hierarcy. 

Regarding the proces-hierarcy, Gluu offers a lot of different options when it comes to cutmomization of view. This ensures, that your end-users/everyday-users can easily navigate to the processes and work instrution, that are of relavance to them.

When used every day, you quickly understand the value of documenting your processes. As for our specific case, proces documentaion in Gluu has helped ud a lot during the implementation of new ERP-system.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

Not much. The Gluu team is good at keeping in contact and has helped us a lot, if we have met any issues.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With regards to ERP-implementation it has helped us understand our needs as well as training new users.

In addition Gluu makes you understand and think about your business processes even more. It forces you to define a 'best-practice'.

One of Gluu's standout features is its holistic approach to process management. By integrating process mapping, task execution, and continuous improvement within a single platform, it ensures that employees have access to all necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.

This makes Gluu a system employees like to use and can see the meaning in using. Among other things, the ability to give easy improvement feedback to process owners.

As with any software that integrates multiple functions, there may be a learning curve for employees to fully utilize all features effectively. However, Gluu provides support through online training and workshops to assist with the implementation process. 

Overall, Gluu presents a robust solution for organizations seeking to streamline their business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Repeating mistakes and inconsistency.
- Confusion about who is responsible for what.

The system is very flexible, especially the drawing utilities.
I used it every day, and we have made it our primary Quality Management System
It is easy to use, but like every system you have to understand the basics and the features in GLUU.

I don't give 10/10 because of minor things as described in the dislike box, but I will recommend GLUU :)

The system is "general" and created to satisfy all users. Some of the functions are not necessary for my company, and i sometime miss mino changes. 
But the tech-team at GLUU are flexible and do their best to meet the needs and answer the questions in the process.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

What I like most about Gluu is the posibilities to document processes in the most fitting ways.
You could get inspired by predefined templates of APQC or you could create your  very own landscape. 

With some of Gluu's newest features, "custom fields" you are now able to ex. couple IT and processes way better than before, but as these fields are truly custom, you can define your own to fit your needs. 

Our Gluu representative is a great sparring partner, she is great to identify our needs and recommends solution within Gluu, that takes care of these needs.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

Gluu is in constant devolping and listens to their customers. Most of what we disliked about Gluu have been taken care of, and have improved a ton over time. 
Previously there have been som issues with the performance, been a bit on the slow side, and arrows in the editor having their own life. But these have been fixed and greatly improved.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gluu is our primary Business Process Management tool.

As a consultant working on end-to-end process optimization, I have used Gluu to visualize how process optimization would look when designing optimal process design(s). Linking data, documentation and systems into one overview enhances the ability to visualize and communicate the benefits in a seamless way.

Nothing comes to mind. As I am a happy user.

Gluu is incredibly user-friendly with an intuitive interface. Since we started using Gluu, our business processes have become much more transparent, and we use Gluu for everything from documentation and outset to optimization and overview of change impacts. Their customer support is excellent and works flawlessly with quick response times.

It can be a bit slow, but Gluu has made a lot of improvement in 2024.

What we enjoy most about Gluu are its collaboration features, which allow teams to comment, track progress, and stay aligned. The reporting functionalities provide valuable insights, making process management more transparent. Since implementing Gluu and centralizing our process documentation, we’ve significantly improved accessibility, especially in linking processes to systems and applications.

We haven’t found yet anything major that we dislike about Gluu.

Gluu is making our process management more structured, accessible and efficient. We now have a single source of truth, making it easy for our colleagues to find our processes. We can now link processes to systems, making it easier to highlight and understand dependencies.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

Of course evertime you use a new tool it takes some time to get used to it. But GLUU makes it very easy. 
The software is user friendly and straight forward. Within our company  almost everyone is now using it, with great succes for our processes. 

We managed to use it with implementing new processes or updating our current processes. 
While using GLUU within our organization we had some amazing (and personal) help from GLUU's customer support. 
If we ran into some issues we contacted GLUU and/or we had (multiple) meetings with them. 

I now use it almost everyday and it has great value within our organization.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

So far no dislikes, GLUU has improved a lot over the past years. 
It allready was a great product but it has improved more than we could have wished for.

Gluu is a great tool. It's easy to navigate and create processes, and Gluu helps both users and process owners to deliver on the process and activities.

At times I've been wondering why we should pay more for new features (that we didn't ask for)

Gluu is our entire process documentation tool all in one. All our processes and guidelines are collected in Gluu so we always know where to find them. Users like Gluu cause it's easy to use and navigate, and process owners get an easy overview of their responsibilities.

I like the ease of creation for high level instructions. Gluu seem to focus on larger projects and the creation of work instructions for larger businesses.

I wish Gluu integrated better with other platforms to create better day to day and low level work instructions.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

Gluu contributes to employees being able to easily standardize the organisation's core processes. The platform is intuitive and quick to learn to navigate and therefore does not require deep technical internal skills.
In addition, the platform allows all relevant process information - workflow, users and instructions, etc. - to be stored in one place.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

It is difficult to distinguish between the different process levels - whether they are main processes or sub-processes. Perhaps main processes can be marked with "bold" or similar, to create a better overview?

It is difficult to print the swim lane diagrams in a format that can be used at workshops etc. The print is simply of too poor quality.

It can be difficult to line up the various boxes and arrows so it is completely aligned and neat.

Gluu is an intuitive platform that provides a simple overview of the organization's business processes at department and business area level.

Gluu's like my trusty tool to guide my clients towards having those standard processes nailed down. It's brilliant to get their team involved and work together using Teams and Gluu online. Implementation is a breeze and with great customer support.

I would have said a better visual overview of an organisation's process hierarchy, but Gluu has just released such feature!

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gluu enables you to easily model and communicate your company's workprocesses. It also engages your employees through workflows and makes you more data-driven on what parts of you process is working better than others. The data and system enabled user feedback encourage and cates for an effective continuous improvement process.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

Gluu is an easy to use and still actively developed business process management tool with a reasonable pricing. After comparing many tools in the market, we choose Gluu for mapping and documenting our business processes. 

This tool is easy to use which enhanced the productivity of mapping, documenting and editing the processes we put into this system. It encourages the whole team to take part and contribute to the whole process mapping tasks. 

The business development team from Gluu is also helpful at each stage of our process management project. They understand what we need, sharing their insights, and answering our queries in timely bases. They even collaborate with us when they are developing new features.

I'm excited that I have found Gluu for managing our processes, and I would recommend this tool for anyone who starts to manage their internal processes.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

The tool is more internal based, it would be good if it has a portal for external users' participation. 

I'm looking forward to seeing Gluu has more integration options with other business systems.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Gluu to map and document the internal business processes, and prepare for ISO9001 certification. By using the Gluu, we have identified the area for improvement and processes we haven't identified before.
