Honestly I am in love with BIC Platform.

The best feature is it gives you a proper setup for designing your business processes, Rules etc. It gives alot of elements like risk factor , alot of shapes which helps in creating advanced processes very easily.

It even has a full documentary where you can read all the stuff about business.

What i love about BIC Platform is how clearly it gives direction to user about creating, optimizing and managing business processes. It gives a proper white board to create process hierarchies & Swimlane diagrams (To display roles & responsibilities). It has a multi-language support option too. Having more options to design not only flow charts, but also a variety of other processes as well as standard charts. When create a new process or chart, sometimes you need to take a step back and see the big pictures before jumping in. The implementation phase is easy to start because it involves an advisor who guides you through the entire platform in a very intelligent way, giving a perfect explanation. Afterwards, when I used it, it seemed very easy to use and I did not need any further training. It has helped me automate processes that are repetitive tasks and helps reduce time by being able to automate. It allows for better planning of the execution of the workflow. The user-friendly interface makes navigation easy, allowing our colleagues in more than 50 worldwide locations to efficiently manage and visualize our more than 600 processes and more than 8000 documents (global and local). In general, there are only punctual functionalities missing.

- Invalidation of documents (the archiving process of them is extremely painful)

- The versioning needs improvement and a split between versions due to workflow release or objects updates.
