What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I love how easy it is to import all of the information into AxisCare Home Care Software. The fill-in-the-blank method for client and caregiver information is really helpful, and I appreciate the easy access tabs within each person's profile to add onboarding information. The software allows us to keep all of our client and caregiver information in one spot, which is easily accessible on our phones or computers. What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I really appreciate that Carepatron integrates all the services I need into one product, like note templates for clinical documentation, billing, scheduling, and an encrypted video platform. Carepatron is easy to use and intuitive, which makes everything a lot less stressful. It's affordable too, which is a big plus. All the features have easy-to-use commands, and there are simple videos available for guidance. This combination makes it quick to learn, streamlines my tasks, and saves me time. We had struggled with billing issues for years and could not ever get it to work on Sandata (now HHAX/HHAeXchange). Though worked from Day 1 on Verveware. Helps bill all IDOA, MCO (Insurance), DORS, Veterans and Private Client claims and also automatically tells when we get paid. Also shows rejections and allows us to reclaim from the platform.

What do you like best about ClinicMind?

I like how tasks go to specific work benches and the ability to do medication refills, which our previous EHR didn't have. The interface is simple enough, making it easier to use. Being able to refill patient meds from ClinicMind's system saves a lot of time and adds to my autonomy as a nurse. What do you dislike about ClinicMind?

Not being able to route a flex note to a provider and have them respond by routing back to you. Also, it would be nice to have certain nursing assessments built into ClinicMind, like a DISCUS exam. Not being able to have more than one patient's chart open at the same time. It will cut down the time and the number of clicks if a flex note/nursing documentation can be routed to a provider and have the provider respond and route back to the nurse. Built-in nursing assessments make it easy and seamless and timely. Right now, these assessments are done on paper and then scanned into the patient's chart, sometimes not the same day. What do you like best about Aaniie Care?

The helpdesk has been very good. After several email exchanges our helpdesk person called me to go over settings and make corrections to resolve (fingers crossed) our payroll issues. Our aides find it to be easy to use and we work in in it daily. As far as integration with payroll we had some issues with incorrect site settings that have hopefully been resolved. What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?

The training meetings would have been better if they could've been done as longer, more intensive sessions. It would also have been really helpful if, after getting the overview and basics of how Aaniie works, we could've "driven" during the training sessions and explained how WE work so the training could've been more focused to our needs. As it is, we learned after implementation that parts of the system were actually set up incorrectly, which created payroll problems as it was not auto tracking time. Our trainer was a first-time trainer, so he obviously didn't realize this. Our success manager, Badriah, was amazing in identifying the gaps and re-training us as needed. She demonstrated real interest in understanding our particular needs and helping me to shape Aaniie to fit our needs. She has the patience of a saint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alora has been an ideal software, meeting all the needs of our home health care agency. We have relied on them since our company was founded. I want to emphasize how user-friendly the software is for both clinicians and administrators. It offers a wide range of features that are straightforward to use, without requiring you to adopt unnecessary measures or tracking options you don't need. Many tracking options and features can be enabled or disabled, allowing you to customize the system to fit your agency's and individual clinicians' requirements. The help desk and support team stand out for their exceptional friendliness and expertise. They have training videos which I use to orient staff initially to the software. Overall it is a very comprehensive database that is easy to work with, complies with state regulations for reporting. Therap works to stay informed on state and federal regulations to continue to comply. Therap's support team is professional and timely in responding to the needs of their customers. Training, webinars, user guides and other resources are provided for users. Therap is continually looking at ways to improve the software, either updating or adding to current modules or creating new modules. The support that is given when attempting to use a new icon. I love that everything you can think of for Adult Day is accessible or in the works for using the app. I was able to create a daily sheet for all participants and a preadmission form. All the options to create it are on the site and everything you can think of is available. I enjoy being able to scan paperwork and drag the documentation into the files. I love that this app allows me to put everything in one spot, including med documentation or any changes that occur and that my CNA's don't have to chart on paper. What do you dislike about StoriiCare?

Sometimes not having something at my fingertips or forgetting how to add the tasks or forms. However, the great thing about storiicare is they have a chat where the help can come pretty quickly. They are making everything for adult day a one stop shop for all communication for the participants, staff and families. I no longer have a massive calendar at my desk with a list of participants, I can log in and go to the register to see who is attending on what day. When a family swaps a day it is easy to change in the schedule and in the billing. Just thought of another thing that may be helpful in billing is a way to edit it after a payment has come in. What do you like best about ModMed?

The most helpful thing about ModMed is having everything we need in one platform. It helps us keep patient demographics up to date by confirming details at every check-in, which is a definite plus since we always want the most accurate information on file. Klara also speeds up the check-in process by using our forms, and patients seem to like being able to complete the paperwork before they come into the office. On top of that, we save paper.

Compared to other EMR's, ModMed lets you verify insurance eligibility for the clinic day with a single click, which is a real time-saver for anyone responsible for checking eligibility. The schedule is straightforward as well; when you hover over the patient tab, it displays the information needed for clinic days, and the overall layout is simply amazing. Another bonus is being able to check a patient in without having to walk to the back office to let the medical assistant know they’ve arrived.

What do you like best about Phreesia?

Nothing at all, this is not designed to be efficient with vision offices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phreesia?

Everything. Half the medical insurances are unable to pull because they aren't compatible with Phreesia. The other half are inaccurate example Ambetter and Alliant. This software is not designed to be efficient in vision offices and frankly you all should know that and shouldn't have even entertained signing us up. The vision insurance was a disaster when Phreesia pulls it, inaccuracies and "not compatible" This program should be strictly offered to medical ONLY practices and even then I'd warn those offices to be very wary and make sure you double check everything. I basically have to do double work since we have had Phreesia because I have to go behind and check everything for accuracy. Our billers are working double as well. This program is a headache and we don't even use half the features because they're not accurate. I wouldn't recommend this to any practice. Don't get me started on the "training" we went through before we went live. We could not understand a word our instructor was saying because English is not her first language. We had to ask her multiple times to repeat things and even then, we couldn't understand. We basically taught ourselves how to use this software due to this. If you're going to have training classes you should have instructors that the practice can understand. If this were my practice I'd pay the thousands and thousands of dollars to break the contract but it's not, so we have the endure this crap system until Feb 2027. I think you'll find my whole team is disappointed in Phreesia and does not recommend this to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)?

They had a pattern of technological instability, no ownership of problem solving, and disruption that caused both staff and patient experience to suffer. There was lagging, broken workflows, improper patient visibility and privacy concerns that were reported and documented but never addressed, incorrect reporting. Tebra was given the correct timeframe and turned off clinical access to charts and billing for 8 days, charged us for an entire month, and caused a pileup of claims that we are still going through today, over 6 months later. After months of not using the platform, we have been receiving repeated and escalating emails and messages demanding payment for a system we have not used in months. There is no efficient way to reach anyone via email, and we can not lose more time than we already did communicating with the platform at this time. What do you like best about Compulink Advantage?

Compulink Advantage helps our Optometry practice with charting, ordering glasses, Electronic billings, and scheduling. It has a few helpful features that I use everyday but my favorite is being able to right click to save things. This tool is unbelievable helpful and time saving! Their support staff is stellar. What do you dislike about Compulink Advantage?

What problems is Compulink Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our practice uses Compulink Advantage to maintain our electronic medical records. This is a huge space saver for a small practice. We used to have gigantic filing cabinets all over the office. What do you like best about eCaring?

What do you dislike about eCaring?

The really only dislike i have is what most aides are considered about is its not always easy for them to clock in sometimes its a location issue when they are in the house. or when they show up to a consumers house and they are not home and they call the office and ask us to call and the client forgot to notify us they had an appt to go to the old system use to let them press miss visit or refuse visit they would like to know if there is a way of adding that because it happens to aides more often then you think. What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

We’ve been using Raintree Systems as our EMR at Circle Creek Therapy since 2021, and it’s been an invaluable tool for managing our clinic’s operations. One of the standout features is the "Follow Ups" system for billing and troubleshooting. This feature has streamlined our billing process by allowing us to easily track unpaid claims, outstanding balances, and any issues that need attention. It helps ensure nothing gets overlooked, saving us time and reducing the stress of managing billing.

The system as a whole offers a robust set of tools that make scheduling, intake, and reporting efficient. The scheduling system is flexible, the intake process is smooth, and the reporting functionality provides great insights into both patient care and clinic performance. We especially appreciate the transparency and insights the reporting provides, making it easier to track productivity and outcomes.

On top of all the great features, Raintree’s customer support is fantastic. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Carrie Myers, and her support has been outstanding. She’s always been proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, making a huge difference when we need troubleshooting or guidance.

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

While Raintree Systems has been a valuable tool for our clinic, there are a few areas that could be improved. One of the biggest drawbacks is the upcharging for new features. Some of these updates feel like basic enhancements that should be included as part of regular updates, rather than being treated as premium features that come at an additional cost. This can be frustrating, especially when the features seem essential for keeping the system up to date with current industry standards.

Another issue is the software's user interface. While functional, Raintree's design feels a bit dated—what I jokingly refer to as "Windows 95 chic." The interface isn’t as modern or streamlined as some of the newer software options available today. This can make the system feel less intuitive and harder to navigate, especially for new users who may be accustomed to more visually appealing and user-friendly systems.

Additionally, the implementation and onboarding process has been inconsistent. The support we’ve received during the onboarding phase has been minimal, and it hasn't always been clear or comprehensive. This creates a steeper learning curve for new staff, as there is no dedicated "Raintree Academy" or other structured training resources to guide users through the system. Instead, each individual company is left to develop its own training materials for every area and type of user. This approach adds unnecessary complexity to the process and can lead to confusion for new hires.

While Raintree certainly has its strengths, these downsides—particularly the extra charges for necessary features, outdated interface, and inconsistent onboarding and support—are things to consider for those looking for a more polished, modern, and user-friendly experience. Raintree Systems is solving several key business problems for us. By offering one integrated program for all departments, it streamlines our operations and reduces the need for multiple separate systems. This has helped improve our tracking and billing processes, ensuring that everything from scheduling to insurance claims is handled more efficiently. On the billing side, it has been especially beneficial in helping us track our fee schedules and alerting us when we are underpaid based on our expected rates, preventing revenue loss. The ability to easily find data and run reports has been a huge benefit, allowing us to monitor clinic performance, track outcomes, and make data-driven decisions quickly and accurately. What do you like best about AlayaCare?

I like that AlayaCare is convenient and well laid out. They continuously implement new improvements and have the UAT environment. I appreciate the Zendesk support and the community aspect, which is really helpful. It's interesting to see how others might do things differently from our organization. As we continue to grow, we want to utilize AlayaCare for different approaches to scheduling and services. What do you dislike about AlayaCare?

I find it challenging to connect with a manager or someone for help when I need clarification or during a learning session with AlayaCare. There's a lot in the back end that we don't see, making it difficult. Sometimes implementation takes a long time, or there are changes within the AlayaCare team, like a person I'm working with changing positions or leaving. The initial setup was complicated due to the need for back end structure, requiring a lot of data input, and things sometimes not triggering right away because of issues with the system settings.
