**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

If I was a larger practice with multiple Doctors and rooms and billed insurance this software would be great. But for my simple 1 Doctor walk in practice it is too complicated from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

How they sell it to you. It's like a car salesperson where they push you into a quick decision to receive any of their discounts. Then they make you sign a contract before you ever get to try out the software in real use. We tried it out for one weekend and it was too much for our simple practice so we tried to cancel our contract. We got no response to our left voice messages and with their chat support just kept hearing we will hear from a manager soon. It took 3 weeks to hear anything and they just said you signed a contract so try us out.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They aren't trying to help me out at all as I wanted to cancel within the first week after getting to practice on the software and they are holding me to a 12 month contract

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

Easy to use and navigate in the system without having to look too hard.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

You can't customize the reports and they don't all apply to what i need in a report.  You can't customize the patient check-in screen.  You have a to pay a lot to add on services that may be included with other EHR providers.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

This system is straight forward to start and switch to from any other EHR.  You can figure most of it out on your own, too, so i don't think you have to do extensive training to figure it out. They have good videos now that show aspects of the system that are great for staff training.  Which save a lof of time for other staff to train in new employees.  When you do have a problem, their chat feature is quick and easy and usually resolves your issues quickly.    This has saved me a lot of time using this program for charting compared to what i used with the old EHR.  I usually can get all my notes completed when in the room with a patient, which is huge.  Otherwise I was spending a good hour or more at the end of my day catching up on charting.  I also feel like our billing is much more efficient and we get a faster turn around time with insurance notifications and payments.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally started with ChiroTouch to help with Medicare Attestation.  That was very easy and allowed me to get the EHR incentive money that helped pay for the system.  Charting is very easy and you can customize your prompts for it too, which makes notes that are more complete and precise.  Integration of new coding is done with a simple update, which allows us to stay on top of it without having to manually type everything in.

I have not had any issues that we weren't able to figure out. It is a wonderful program.

The ability to configure my documentation my way with unlimited variables.  The support that I have received from Laurence Peppler has been outstanding

Not much - no practitioner likes documentation - CT has made this job more manageable

The ability for the front desk, the biller, and the DC to work seamlessly.  Previously I had different programs running different things.

The verification process for insurance isn't the best, but it does work. We see very few issues with things using ChiroTouch.

Tracking number of visits for each patient, text message reminder for appointments are amazing. Electronic billing is very easy & streamlined.

ChiroTouch is very easy to use! However if you do happen to have questions about anything, you can use their super nice chat feature to get help! I also have had the privilege of working closely with Joy M. She handles our billing. She is always so quick to respond. She also helps teach me new aspects of ChiroTouch so that I can answer my own questions and help my staff better! We've had some frustrations with certain incidents in our billing and Joy is the main reason we have restored our faith in ChiroTouch. Love ya Joy!

I don't really dislike anything. I'd like to be able to delete insurance types that we don't use anymore but overall it's a great software.

Currently there are no problems! We are a happy office!

Laurence Pepper at ChiroTouch Support.

I deal with Laurence Peppler on a monthly basis for general support questions I have regarding ChiroTouch. He is honestly the best team member you have. He is kind, patient, understanding and if he can't provide a solution he will always go away and find out. If it wasn't for Pep we would have given up and changed SW providers a long time ago. You guys need to look after him as he is the greatest asset to the team.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

The system is far too American. $ symbols are used and DOB is American. This needs to be changed for the UK Customer.
It is expensive, if you want help or support you have to pay monthly support fees.

I liked them starting out 10 years ago. They were decent back then.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

It is hard for me to write this as I have been a client for 10 years, but I feel a moral obligation and I hope this stimulates improvement. Year after year, the service as gotten worse, they add more products that don't really work, they focus on sales rather than actual function. I recently switched to in house billing and added their InTouch feature for automated retention campaigns and they still do not work. They keep saying the next update will fix all the bugs and it only keeps getting worse. I am looking into other options to switch my whole platform to. Stay away.

Look elsewhere.

None - they are creating more problems for me and support is not responsive and I prepaid for a year of it in advance. Terrible customer support.

Due to the fact that Chirotouch is a robust system there is a bit of a learning curve associated with However the customer support is the best!

Insurance billing however with CTProBill which interface with with Chirotouch resolved all your insurance needs.  Joy who is my clinic representative is the best in her field; anytime I have a question I am able to reach out to her and she will answer immediately.

Chirotouch made it easy to input user information and review basic billing information. The layout was easy to read and made it easy to find what you were looking for quickly. It also allows for easy switching in between patients.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Sometimes it  wouldn’t load and tended to freeze. When this happened, we wouldn’t view the schedule or know who was coming in/out for appointments.

Consider having an alternative way to view schedule in instances where it won’t load or freezes.

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I personally enjoy how easy the program is to handle.  The way it is programmed makes it convenient for all users. Customer service reps are usually very helpful in handling problems. I also enjoy the consistency of the program. Once you have learned how to maneuver through the system it becomes very easy to accomplish work quickly and efficiently. I like that everything is mainly completed from this one program. Besides exporting claims to TriZetto,  everything is directly related to Chiro Touch.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

I'm definitely not a huge fan of the frequent updates.  Although some of them can be beneficial, ones that give the program a "face lift" seem pointless and throws me off.  Once you get used to the changes though, the system continues to run smoothly and easily.  Occasionally the system tends to lag and I'm not sure if that's the internet connection or Chiro Touch itself, but the few times that happens can really slow down the flow of accomplishing things.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

Great company and program to work with.  Makes most work very efficient and quick. I would recommend using if you enjoy a consistent platform that has step by step guides and customer service reps. that are always available to help.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChiroTouch makes billing and correcting claims quite easy.  Due to the easy features and knowledgeable customer service reps, our overall revenue has only increased from claims going smoothly.  Appointment reminders are extremely helpful in keeping patients on their scheduled times.

Inconsistency in the programing, Currently has major issues with the iPad app for scheduling.

Make sure that you fully understand the ongoing maintenance agreement “requirement” that is an ongoing annual fee that is expensive.

Everything is integrated; patient records, SOAP notes, accounting, billing, credit card payments etc.

There are very few dislikes. They recently mandated a manual update that for some reason, made it impossible to retrieve any patient information. I was told that mine was an exception and the did work throughout the day until they had me up and running. My understanding is that the updates are now automated and seamless.

I am a single doctor office with no receptionist. i can easily go from treating the patient, to checking them out while maintaining a steady patient flow. I am a cash based practice ..only accepting Medicare insurance. My Medicare can be filed for the week with 4-5 mouse clicks.

I liked that all of the records and insurance information were all in one place. Many chiropractors have different systems for different things and this software was all in one place which makes it easier when dealing with the patients because all of the info is at your fingertips. I liked that the macros were able to be customized to our office and needs.

It was sometimes difficult to navigate when updates were made. I also thought the cost was a little high. And I disliked the popup screens.

This software is great and a beneficial addition to any chiropractic office.

We solved the issue of keeping hand written records up to date. This system allowed us to computerize all of our records and make it available to us with the patients and the billing person at the same time. It also mad billing insurance much easier.

I like that this system is easy to learn. I like the posting payments choices where you can save your process in the middle of posting to pick up later. I like the scheduling capability and how you color code your entries for different services. I love the chat capability in getting issues resolved.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

I dislike the connection problems you experience and when it occassionly freezes at the end of the day. I dislike that you have to remove the previous billing just 2 print out a paper insurance claim. I wish you did not have to have an admin to add already set up charges to a category. I wish you had some hot keys where you can program comments that you use over and over. It would save me a lot if time.

Be sure you are aware of all features available.

We're working with them on fixing our backup zip problem. It works for a while but keeps happening. We confirmed our backup is working but we still get the message our backup has not been done. The benefits are using a system specifically designed for chiro services. The fact that most chiro offices use the same system. The ease of regulating our fee schedules and making changes.Being able to hide past insurance policies so everything is current.

I really liked the ability of using a touch screen tablet for my daily note taking. The tablet was great in that I could be anywhere in the office and access patient files at the touch of a screen

The product itself is extensive and has more usefulness than I can depict. It enables us to pull up reports that spread anything, handle EHR issues and is redone to the necessities of numerous styles of training. With a stunning streamlined structure,it makes it easy to design patients, direct charging and collections,easy to examine tenacious record, assurance, record, make and print outline notes. Reports we use have most of the information on them for the most part. So far accounting seems to stay careful.

We haven't kept running into issues with ChiroTouch. Being the significant association that they are, in case anything occurs, we have been awed by their customer organization and advantageous responses when we have needed support.

It is a strong bit of programming. Strength is pleasant. Instant message updates administration is best in class. Chirotouch sparkles as a completely coordinated framework. It might offer more than should be expected however it's abilities are very astounding. The demo recordings give an awesome vibe for the various modules and parts of the program to help decide whether it meets your requirements. Generally, I think it is an extraordinary item.

ChiroTouch has fundamentally extended patient data aggregations and improved our DR notes. We do everything from major patient data,charging to master's notes in a single spot conventionally. It makes it simple to plan patients, oversee charging and collections,easy to peruse persistent record, protection, record, make and print diagram notes. Reports we use have the majority of the data on them generally. So far bookkeeping appears to remain exact.

I like that you can create separate fee schedules for different insurance companies and all of the internal reporting functions chirotouch has. They also have easily accessible and knowledgeable staff seemingly available at all times.

Chirotouch tends to have issues with each update, and the patches to fix the update based glitches are slow to be released. Chirotouch has a mediocre scheduling app, and the provider portal is clunky.

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

It is a basic software that allows us to take notes, manage scheduling and bill services. The same thing that other softwares do at a fraction of the cost.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Ridiculously expensive. You'll need regular support and they WILL nickle and dime you. Their user interface hasnt been updated in about a decade. Customer support is a complete joke. They'll have you waiting for hours and sometimes days just to resolve simple issue. Less and less offices I consult are using them in favor of other systems that give much much more value for the money. Chirotouch has one of the worst reputations in chiropractic seminars and forums. I would not recommend using them if the software was free let alone 7000 dollars!

There are plenty of other softwares that wont rip you off and that arent outdated.

Customer service could care less about issues, emergencies, or crashed systems. They'll get back to you when they feel like it and only after charging you a premium in addition the support costs they already charge. Very Shady business practices.

I like that there are separate apps which allows me to to work on notes and charges separately if i want to do so. What I also enjoy with Chiro Touch is that there is an online community that can help me with my questions. Chiro Touch also offers a great platform under the maintenance part of this software. I would say it's pretty easy to go in there and figure things out without the help of tech or software support.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Ease of use between platforms. It's a bit difficult when trying to integrate certain applications. I don't like switching back at times and that's why I mostly use the all-in-one provider tool. I don't like how I can't delete old providers. We have a practice where there's been at least 10-20 providers and it becomes to clustered and confusing when we have multiple providers listed. Just because they have appointments, I wish we could get rid of that so it would make things more clear.

Integration with Apple computers and easier signing in methods

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do great with scheduling but I don't like the option that I have to go through every patient and get that to automatically remind the patient for their schedule. To be honest, I don't really know much about how to even integrate that type of tool. The financial part of Chiro Touch is also tricky when it comes to the patient's financials. It's hard to create multiple cases if you're an integrated practice which we are.

ChiroTouch is very user-friendly, with a beautiful, streamlined design. It makes it easy to schedule patients, manage billing and collections, and create and print chart notes. It's an all-in-one software, with excellent customer support. It's great for onboarding new employees.

ChiroTouch is one of the pricier options, but it's worth it to have a platform that truly understands the need of chiropractic offices.

ChiroTouch is the best chiropractic software I've encountered by far. It's truly all-in-one, easy to implement, and really beautiful from a user standpoint. I have trained new doctors and front and back office staff, and it's easy to onboard all levels. The customer service is also top-notch! They helpfully recommend updates and do their best to install them during clinic downtime.

There are some things in the insurance tabs and accounting app that are hard to get around; it does not auto flag when fields required to bill are not filled out so it kicks out at a later part during billing and it is not very efficient to fix when in the billing process.

My top three concerns are easily taken of of with this software. Charting goes really fast, especially with the patient check in system that automatically adds to the Subjective section. Alerts on patients are easy to manage so as soon as I open their chart I can get a brief refresher on what the patient's special needs are (if any). Appointments are easy to set up as well and with the reminder system, patients can't use the "I forgot" excuse to miss an appointment.

Texts (like happy birthday) and emails still get send out to patients who haven't been in to see us in a long time, which makes it awkward when they've left on bad terms or have high outstanding balances.

Chirotouch bought out our previous software and so we were forced to make a change. We didn't have to go with Chirotouch but we did because the concerns that we had were assured to us that they could accomplish them. We asked them if it had mobile capabilities and they assured us that is does. Later, we found out that it does only if you pay your internet company for a static IP address every month. We asked them if it could be used by two providers and they said yes. We later found out that when two providers are seeing the same patient, like in a coverage situation, the previous note does not populate. In other words, the notes do not follow the patient, they follow the provider, which makes a huge problem in continuity of charting. With everything that we asked them if they could do, they misled us. It wasn't a full lie but it wasn't the full truth either.

The customer service is beyond awful. I think because they acquired an onslaught on new clients, they hired people in customer support who have no clue about how the program works. I think I had more training on the program than them. It's impossible to get through to a person on the phone without waiting on hold for over 30 min so we internet chat with them. It takes on average about 30 min for them to even understand what we're asking and then another ten minutes for them to tell us that whatever we are asking for is not possible with their system. We're not asking for much, just for there to be consistency with procedures and ease of use.

We are not solving any business, problems with Chirotouch, but they have made some for us.

ChiroTouch tries to be the leader in chiropractic software.  The support team was good.  I enjoyed working with CT for about 3 months.  The longer I worked with it, the more I was happy with it.

I disliked having to toggle between the Front Desk and Checking In screens.  I wished that everything would have been at my fingertips and at a glance.  It wasn't conducive with a one clinic doctor.

CT would be good for a multi doctor clinic.  For the clinic I worked in, (1 doctor)it was more than we needed.

The marketing tool would be a good tool in the future.  Also, the benefit of the Dr. putting everything in with dictation, documents, etc is outstanding.

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

That it shuts down.  Honestly, while it feels cheap, it does most of what it promises most of the time successfully.  It does handle whos checked in vs in the room vs done pretty well, and the scheduler handles multiple doctors well, as long as you are fairly careful scheduling.  

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Current issue (detailed after) serious enough to cause financial patient info issues aside,  They fail at most of what they do.  You cannot get a manager or help, I've been trying for 6 months.  The program is slow, clunky, and awkward. 
The scheduler scroll wheel defaults to changing doctors, so it misschedules people once every other day or so, and we spend time correcting it each day.  The checkout area pauses for 3-5 seconds every time you post something.  The patient management gets messed up if you actually click on the search bar instead of just typing.  Inventory cant handle more than 100 items, so if you do you have to scroll to the bottom, and it adds 100.  So for 500 items, you have to scroll to the bottom, wait, scroll to bottom, wait, 5x times. The new update changed the layout, except only cosmetically.  It now looks like html5's generic style.  No seriously, it looks about as good as a web form.  

As for my issue:  The internal payment system that they run messed up and took someone payment but applied a debt.  I can't change or delete it, and its been since august that this difference of $473 is on a patients account, and they won't change it.  They told me in september (30 days after, a dozen calls later) that its a known issue, and they are patching it and will update me.  Well, countless calls from my side later, they updated it a month ago, but it didn't fix the number.  We are now in 2018 and we still cant get an accurate report from the system because of it.  So, lets say they want a copy of their billing of 2017.  I cant give it to them without handwriting things on it, or recreating their entire history day by day, item by item.  I've asked and asked, and left messages, and never a call back.  Please don't support them, I regret our purchase.


**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

Unless you have a very simple-standard office, don't.  Its prickly, awkward, and requires learning of its quirks.  If you want some feature outside the normal bounds, supposedly they have it, but not in my experience.  
When talking to them, I would be very careful to ask HOW the software handles functionality x, y, or z. rather than accept a "Of course it does that!".

They are supposed to support our front desk staff with scheduling, billing, and reporting.  Scheduling is decent but has a lot of easy mistakes to make.  Billing functions well enough, glitch aside.  Generating reports is nice for the doctors, and it does well for printing, but it doesn't export data in excel tables, requiring a lot of cleanup.

The price. There are several other programs that do just as good of a job, but cost much less.

It is one of the top options in Chiropractic Software. Many doctors go with it because it is one of the most well known and technology forward options. It is great software but I would encourage doctors to look at their other options. There are several other options that can be more easily programmed to your needs, as opposed to the kind of cookie cutter approach of ChiroTouch.

This is the main software in the office. We do everything from basic patient information to billing to doctor's notes. It is nice to have everything in one place.

I basically love everything about ChiroTouch, but I would have to say my absolute favorite part would be how customizeable the program is. From short keys, to  charges, even the way the doctor codes this is customizeable.

Any problems that I have with the software have nothing to do with the actual software, it more has to do with the customization from my actual boss. The other thing that sucks is when we run updates we usually run into problems but they have great tech who always fix it.

Make sure to check the cost of the whole package, each individual app has its own cost. If you want to stay up with tech support and integration of software updates than be prepared to pay a pretty price! Although I would say its worth it!

I like that it is electronic. I like that it gives us different options to incorporate different things into the  way we chart. I also like that it is available on the cloud. I think that it has many valuable options. I just wish that it would continue to be made better to get rid of the flaws.

I do not like that it messes up so much. We cannot log in, sometimes all day. The customer service is awful and it seems like they get annoyed with how many tickets we put in. We cannot help that it messes up and they do not fix it. It seems to be the same type or exact same issues over and over again.

They need better customer service. They need to test their updates before they go live. They also need to make sure to change the needed areas in a more appropriate time frame. They need to test the updates before they go live. This would help alot with the issues we seem to have. We also do not need a form to be universal, if it is for one clinic we may not need it at another.
