What I love most about vFairs is its ease of integration (adaptation) and ease of use. They seamlessly integrated all our requests. Unlike other firms where Turkish language support was often lacking, vFairs delivered a fully Turkish platform and quickly implemented our customized features.

Crucially, your technical and PM support was outstanding. The entire team worked tirelessly, providing incredibly fast responses (day and night) which is essential for a time-sensitive application. This level of dedication is a massive advantage, as other companies often restricted us to their standard business hours for even basic communication. This is why vFairs is exceptional. What do you dislike about vFairs?

The main dislike is the import/export functionality. Exporting big data (Agenda, Attendees, Sessions) as CSV creates many issues, especially on Windows (language issue or ","";"issue). Switching to XLSX format would be a significant improvement. Additionally, exported files are not readily importable, as the headers between export and import processes are inconsistent and require substantial manual changes.

The second weak point is mobile management. While the core backend is strong, the administrative app is limited, offering little more than check-in features. Since the main backend page isn't mobile-responsive, event managers are essentially required to have a PC during the event for full control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simultaneous Session Management: It effectively solved the complex issue of directing and managing participants across 4simultaneous (total 20 session per day) training sessions in different halls, ensuring smooth event flow.

Localization & Customization: It overcame the widespread issue of poor language support by providing a fully Turkish platform and rapidly integrating every customized feature we requested.

Critical Communication: The system successfully handled our vital need for timely participant engagement through mobile notifications and email campaigns.

24/7 Operational Assurance: The dedicated technical and PM teams provided incredibly fast, around-the-clock support, a massive advantage that ensured our time-sensitive application ran without interruption, unlike competitors who adhered strictly to business hours. What do you like best about Swoogo?

I really like Swoogo's ability to use conditional logic and visibility settings during registration. Being able to control exactly what different audiences see and when they see it has made it so much easier to build a clean, intentional registration flow. Additionally, their customer service has been stellar. Anytime that I've needed help, I can put in a ticket, and I'm contacted quickly. They follow through until my question is resolved, and are even willing to jump on a call with me to walk through more complex situations. This level of customer service is much better than what I'm used to, and I truly feel like they're a partner in making sure our events are great and that we have a good experience using their product. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

There’s been a bit of a learning curve for us with more complex events. That’s understandable, but having a few more training resources would be helpful. They have a Swoogo University, which is very helpful, but the instructions and guidance aren’t as advanced or detailed as I’d like.

They also offer beautiful templates for website design, and for most groups these would be sufficient. However, if there’s a need for increased branding and deeper website customization, it requires coding abilities. Companies without staff who can code would likely struggle with those customizations. Some customization options feel like they should be standard, but currently aren’t. It would also be great if they offered more themes for website design.

Even with these limitations, I’m very impressed that they do allow the ability to add custom code and make more extensive customizations when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Samaaro pretty user-friendly and easy to use, which is great for event management. It's simple for people to check in and get details, like menu information, on their mobile devices. The application covers most of the modules needed for an event, making the whole process smoother. It also helped us simplify and automate event marketing communications, manage on-site operations such as check-ins and meetings, and connect with other marketing tools we were using. The setup was very smooth and quick, taking just three to four days, and the initial setup was easy. What do you like best about Momentus Technologies?

I like that it helps us to keep everything in one place. It adds to the efficiency of our entire team. I like that it has potential to grow with us as we continue to grow.

I'm not involved with the daily opperations, however I do use Momentus several times each week.

I do enjoy the customizations available. For our events, we can add staff in or out with ease, simplifying staffing.

What do you dislike about Momentus Technologies?

I would like to learn more, most of my dislike lies within my limited time to learn more.

Some things don't feel like they're in logical places. It's very robust & I feel like I have to look in multiple places to find the info I want.

What do you dislike about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?

While I love the platform, the mobile experience isn't quite on par with the desktop version yet. It works for attending, but as a host, I definitely need my laptop to manage everything effectively. Also, it can be a bit 'heavy' on bandwidth. If a speaker has a weak internet connection, their video quality tends to drop faster than on simpler tools like Zoom. What do you like best about Brushfire?

I like that Brushfire is customizable for our organization, allowing logo and branding consistency throughout. We can customize tickets, promo codes, discounts, ticket descriptions, and any add-ons. The customization offers a deep bench of information. We switched to Brushfire from Eventbrite because of its remarkable customization capability and amazing customer support. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the knowledge base is in-depth, making the platform pretty intuitive. Transitioning to Brushfire from other event software was seamless. What do you dislike about Brushfire?

I do find the reporting a little bit clunky, and even though you can customize your reports, that's a little bit clunky too. I feel like I always have to reach out to support for help with getting the data out of the system that I need. The refund process is a little bit unclear and I wish there was a way to customize the email that goes back to the person who registers in the event of a refund. What do you dislike about Canapii?

Unfortunately there is oan option in the "Chat" that allows you to select all of the attendees and send a message. doing so exposes all of the attendees and their contact details. This has forced us to remove the chat feature which is unfortunate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
