At times, navigating the backend can be confusing. We have an annual user conference with attendees from all over the United States. Webex Events is the platform we use for registration and when attendees are on-site. It's a great way to get pertinent information (and not so pertinent information) to all attendees. Expo Pass allows our staff to spend their time doing other things at our conferences rather than standing behind the check in desk, passing out name tags. All of our staff used to be consumed at the registration desk. Now, we only have 1 person behind the check in desk, making sure that everything runs smoothly.

AND when we used to print name tags, we would have to manually make late attendee name tags. With Expo Pass, we just upload them to the attendee list and BOOM there they are! I think if there was a way to make it so people could do payments instead of paying all at once, like if a ticket is $200, they could pay $50 and then later another $25. Goldcast helps us solve the problem of, "how do we build repeatable and scalable webinar and live event processes? " With the implementation of Goldcast we've been able to produce double the number of webinars in half the time. We've also bee able to implement it to manage in person event registration and attendance and that has cut our check-in time at events allowing our sales reps and other representatives to focus less on processes and more on people. It will take quite a bit of time to set up and configure your account. You may need to allow more time for the setup process than your implementation manager will want you to take, so keep this in mind when planning. We have been able to combine data from multiple sources, and this has been a big time-saver. We also use the platform for membership management, which has made tracking membership expiration much more efficient than it was previously.
