So many problems! We've been able to bring our registration management in house instead of using a custom website as we did before. We've had seamless integrations with our badge printing company and app company so the API will work instead of custom integrations. We have been using Eventee to help organise a Summer School. This app has improve our ability to communicate easily to our attendees, gives us a platform to share photographs of the event and allows live interaction with participants through the Q&A function. Some artificial points are obtainable- e.g. posting articles, no matter the content. Feels like point limits are arbitrary. Clearning notifications can also be challenging, there is no distinction between a new comment or a like on a post that you then have to seek out to clear the notification. Whova solves the challenge of keeping all event information organized and easily accessible in one place. Having the agenda and attendee list available at my fingertips at all times is remarkable. I can review sessions, take notes directly in the app, connect and network with other attendees, and even plan social interactions in advance. Rather than juggling printed materials, emails, and separate contact lists, Whova provides an all-inclusive, one-stop shop that makes attending conferences more productive, engaging, and enjoyable. Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. For a church budget, that adds up fast. We also found the learning curve steep for our volunteer event coordinators most are not professional event planners. Before Eventify, our conferences were chaotic paper registrations, manual check-ins, and confusing schedules. Eventify solved all of that, and our youth conference ran more smoothly than ever. My only issue that I've had while using Expo Pass is that uploading the attendee list into the system (because we use another website for attendees to register for our event) is very touchy. It usually takes me a few tries to get the list perfect for the system to take it and I would love to have a template to use for this. But it's not a make or break issue for me. Gther offers a one-stop solution in-territory for all of our event needs. The system is flexible, so it can suit many different types of events. The software is intuitive to navigate, and the built-in video guidance plus the chatbot/support cover most of the tasks you’re likely to want to accomplish. Even knowing that other platforms offer similar features, the one thing I’d add to my wish list is a short setup video with practical tips to help ensure the information collected flows smoothly through each stage of the process. Many parts of the system already align naturally to guide you toward gathering the right information, and since I’m still in my first year using the platform, I expect some of this will become even clearer with continued use. I’m genuinely excited about the upcoming mobile app launch, and I really value how seamlessly the platform brings together abstract management, program organization, and website features in one place. The built-in chatbot and online support have been especially helpful, making it easy to get answers quickly and keep up with a tremendous amount of information.

The only real downside is that some users say the registration and log-in process can take a while (though it’s really only a few extra minutes). We needed to be able to do a 'scavenger hunt' type game and Amego solved that for us. We used this at a few different trade shows (with a few different types of audiences) and it works better with different groups, so now that we know that, we can gauge how to use it better. But it's so easy to set up once you know how to use the back end. And we are just starting to set up the full conference experience, I'm excited to get that going. Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. As an organization, it solves manual coordination, poor attendee engagement, lack of real-time communication, weak analytics and disconnected event technology. Live music is an important thing in life for me personally. Getting as close to the front row, if not the front row, is where I want to be. Eventbrite lets me know about the shows I am interested in in enough time to take action to hopefully get the best seats in the house. Brushfire allows me to more easily market to our festival attendees and potential attendees, and it also helps me provide fast customer service. Since I run the social media for our company, I often receive questions like "I didn't see my ticket email" or "Can I get that ticket sent to me again?" With Brushfire, I can easily log in and search for someone's name, and hit one button to resend their confirmation or tickets. This saves me so much time! I have not found many negatives to the platform from a pre-show buyers end. Coming from a school that has very specific tracking requirements, everything I need to provide is easily accessible. One thing that could be useful is something more student centered. Having a way for students to sell individually and receive credit for the purchases made.
