What I love most about vFairs is its ease of integration (adaptation) and ease of use. They seamlessly integrated all our requests. Unlike other firms where Turkish language support was often lacking, vFairs delivered a fully Turkish platform and quickly implemented our customized features.

Crucially, your technical and PM support was outstanding. The entire team worked tirelessly, providing incredibly fast responses (day and night) which is essential for a time-sensitive application. What do you dislike about vFairs?

The main dislike is the import/export functionality. Exporting big data (Agenda, Attendees, Sessions) as CSV creates many issues, especially on Windows (language issue or ","";"issue). Switching to XLSX format would be a significant improvement. Additionally, exported files are not readily importable, as the headers between export and import processes are inconsistent and require substantial manual changes.

The second weak point is mobile management. While the core backend is strong, the administrative app is limited, offering little more than check-in features. Since the main backend page isn't mobile-responsive, event managers are essentially required to have a PC during the event for full control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simultaneous Session Management: It effectively solved the complex issue of directing and managing participants across 4simultaneous (total 20 session per day) training sessions in different halls, ensuring smooth event flow.

Localization & Customization: It overcame the widespread issue of poor language support by providing a fully Turkish platform and rapidly integrating every customized feature we requested.

Critical Communication: The system successfully handled our vital need for timely participant engagement through mobile notifications and email campaigns.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

Swoogo is a very easy tool to use and I love how can create as many events you want with unlimited registrants and only get charged for how many administrators we want. It is also very easy to create an event and use it for the mobile app. The implementation from registration to marketing is very intuitive. I also love how we can easily clone the event with one simple click since we have the same event every year. We can also create a "test" environment so we can test everything before we put it into production. We do this now for every event we create. I also like how we can get rid of discount codes and use registration types. Lastly, I love their support. Answers are back in hours not days and sometimes in minutes. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I really like how Eventbrite helps get my family festivals in front of people who actually want to attend. The personalized recommendations mean local parents and families see my event without me having to do a ton of extra advertising. It’s super easy to set up and track interest, too.

What do you dislike about Eventbrite?

Sometimes the recommendations don’t feel specific enough, and my event ends up listed alongside things that aren’t really family-oriented. It can also take a little time for a new event to start appearing in searches or recommendations.

I find Samaaro pretty user-friendly and easy to use, which is great for event management. It's simple for people to check in and get details, like menu information, on their mobile devices. The application covers most of the modules needed for an event, making the whole process smoother. It also helped us simplify and automate event marketing communications, manage on-site operations such as check-ins and meetings, and connect with other marketing tools we were using. The setup was very smooth and quick, taking just three to four days, and the initial setup was easy. The element I'm most looking forward to in future years is our team's ability to integrate Expo Pass check-ins to our Salesforce CRM. We only just transitioned to Salesforce 10 months ago, so we're still in our "minimum viable product" state. Further integrations are still 1–2 years away for us. What do you like best about Brushfire?

My favorite part of Brushfire is Matthew. Because of him being so patient and helping me out, he explains everything to me. I feel like I get that human experience where someone is really assisting me, not just a random person. I stay with one person, and they help me through the whole process, making sure the setup is correct before we even go live. All of that stuff is super customer-friendly. Do they help you out? What do you dislike about Brushfire?

I think if there was a way to make it so people could do payments instead of paying all at once, like if a ticket is $200, they could pay $50 and then later another $25. That would be nice for those who pay in parts. Another thing I wish is to bring down the price because the Brushfire fees and Square fees add up a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brushfire helps with selling tickets for our conferences, providing excellent support through someone like Matthew, who ensures no issues during the setup and ticket buying process. What do you like best about Glue Up?

We implemented Glue Up in early 2025 and it has been really useful for events, email campaigns and contact management so far. We were previously using Eventbrite for event registration, but Glue Up is much better as it is a CRM function and has allowed us to combine data from multiple places. The system is easy to use and there is training available. We use it for all of our major events and are starting to use it for memberships too.

What do you dislike about Glue Up?

It will take quite a bit of time to set up and configure your account. You may need to allow more time for the setup process than your implementation manager will want you to take, so keep this in mind when planning. Also worth noting is that you have an allowance for events and contacts and if you want to increase that, you will need to amend your contract with Glue Up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glue Up solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to combine data from multiple sources, and this has been a big time-saver. We also use the platform for membership management, which has made tracking membership expiration much more efficient than it was previously. Finally, the ability to manually approve event registrations is essential for us and we use it extensively for our largest annual event, which has also saved us a lot of time. What do you like best about Purplepass?

It is incredibly user friendly and their customer support is some of the best. You cant beat the pricing for the functionality and ease of use you get with the platform. What do you dislike about Purplepass?

The only thing I wish they had was the ability to have more than one user per account. We have multiple people that access our platform and I wish we had the ability to have unique user names for each person instead with access limits of one blanket user that has all access. We now have greater access to and control over our reporting, which has made a noticeable difference. The platform is also much more user-friendly for our patrons. I love that Goldcast integrates seamlessly with our MAP and CRM. This integration has allowed us to streamline our events creation process and generate more webinars on a regular basis. What problems is Goldcast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Goldcast helps us solve the problem of, "how do we build repeatable and scalable webinar and live event processes? " With the implementation of Goldcast we've been able to produce double the number of webinars in half the time. We've also bee able to implement it to manage in person event registration and attendance and that has cut our check-in time at events allowing our sales reps and other representatives to focus less on processes and more on people.
