**What do you like best about Amego?**

My favorite aspect of Amego is that it allows me to create, manage and fill in timelines, assign tasks to my team, track projects, and easily communicate between different departments as a project manager. By using Amego, I can eliminate most of the challenges associated with managing a project.

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

I find that during peak times, there can be some lag in loading the program and I would like to see increased customization and flexibility with the advance project tracking capabilities available with Amego.

**What problems is Amego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By utilizing Amego, I have improved my ability to manage the organization of my projects by providing a central location for all of the project management functions, reducing conflicts or issues when working on projects with multiple teams and completing projects more quickly and with better organization.

I really appreciate the clear visibility Amego provides into team capacity and workload distribution, which is super important in fund services accounting at Morgan Stanley. Knowing who is available and how work is spread across the team is crucial. I also like how easy it is to adjust schedules and reassign tasks when priorities change. This flexibility helps us stay on track during peak reporting periods and ensures deadlines are met without overloading anyone. The initial setup of Amego was easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

One area where Amego could be improved is reporting and customization. It would be helpful to have more flexible options to generate specific workload or performance insights quickly. Another point is user interface simplicity. While the platform is functional, a more streamlined and intuitive layout would make it easier for new users at Morgan Stanley to navigate and adopt it faster.

I like the clear visibility Amego provides into team schedules and resource allocation. Another feature that stands out is the ease of managing shifts and assignments. **What do you like best about Amego?**

I like that the Amego team is easy to work with and highly motivated to make our event the best it can be. They delivered an exceptional mobile app on time and on budget, even under significant schedule pressure. The look and feel of the app are very intuitive, and the features are well designed and well executed, making the product easy for our attendees to use. The Amego team helped me come up to speed on their platform and provided extra configuration help while I was learning. Their event knowledge and experience greatly show in the design of the app.

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

Tighter integration with the RainFocus platform for private meetings is needed to ensure attendees can find their meetings and that meetings are displayed properly in the app. It would also be helpful if there were navigation to areas outside of the main event space.

I like how amego organizes all of our clients' inquiries and deal information, which makes everything simple and very well organized. It keeps all of our clients' info, deal updates, and communication in one place, making follow-ups more efficient since we can track previous interactions. I also found the initial setup quite easy.

Sometimes the interface can be better by making navigation more intuitive, especially while handling multiple deals together.

**What do you like best about Amego?**

This app has such a great Ux, helpful team to work with, very responsive, had exactly what we were looking for and understood what we were trying to do. And we liked that it was already integrated with Swoogo that we were already using, so we didn't have to integrate yet ANOTHER app.

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

The only downside is that users say the registration and log-in process take a while (it's really only a few extra minutes).

**What problems is Amego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to be able to do a 'scavenger hunt' type game and Amego solved that for us. We used this at a few different trade shows (with a few different types of audiences) and it works better with different groups, so now that we know that, we can gauge how to use it better.  But it's so easy to set up once you know how to use the back end.

If you've ever had an app issue 30 minutes before a keynote speaker goes on stage, you know how critical good support is. Amego’s team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your event running smoothly. They are patient with the inevitable last-minute changes and help troubleshoot complex integrations quickly.

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

The personalized session suggestions and networking features (AI matchmaking) are actually quite good. It helps shy attendees connect with relevant people and makes sure they don't miss out on important content just because they didn't scroll deep enough.

**What problems is Amego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amego gives you great real-time data on basic engagement (downloads, session clicks, poll responses), but if you need to pull deeply customized, multi-layered reports for post-event analysis, the current tools can feel limiting. We often had to pull raw data and crunch it ourselves in Excel to get the depth of insight our stakeholders needed.

**What do you like best about Amego?**

We've had a positive experience working with Amego as our mobile app provider. One of the biggest highlights has been our account team and the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to jump in and help when questions or issues arise. The user experience is also a major plus. The app is intuitive and easy for attendees to navigate, which helps drive engagement across our programs. From logistical standpoint, the app is simple to download and access, and we've received consistently positive feedback from our users on that front. We also really love the value the ability to fully customize the branding and overall look and feel of the app. This flexibility allows us to create a cohesive and elevated experience that aligns with the goals and aesthetics of each of our clients.

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

There are a few areas where we've encountered some challenges. The CMS can feel a bit clunky at times, particularly when managing more complex builds with layers of visibility. Additionally the platform is clearly designed with meetings in mind, whereas a large portion of our business centers on incentive travel. Because of this we are often finding ourselves repurposing certain feature to make them work for our needs. While this isn't a dealbreaker, it does create some added effort on our side. We do want to acknowledge that the Amego team has been very open to our feedback and has expressed interest in expanding features and functionaltiies that better align with our business. That openness to improvement and collaboration gives us confidence in the continue growth of the platform and partnership!

Amego makes it super easy to find, edit, and keep track of the events we're working on. The interface is intuitive, and both navigation and setup are simple. It's very easy to scale between larger and smaller events, and the EMS integrations help streamline and centralize our workflow. It saves time and improves team coordination.

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

Currently the dashboard updates the app with visual changes in less than a minute but it would be nice to have a preview of how the app will look while setting up the visuals in the dashboard

The app combines maps, schedules, and session info in one place, making it easier for attendees to find their way and stay informed during the event. From our end, it reduces support questions, improves the attendee experience, and makes it easier to deliver updates through the app.

**What do you like best about Amego?**

Amego is a newer mobile app company, with some features still pending on their engineering roadmap. Because of this, they may not have all the features that Cvent or Rainfocus currently have.  However, they have nearly every event mobile app feature you likely will need, and the ability to easily integrate other features if desired.  They have an easy to use backend CMS that allows the build and implementation to go quite fast, a clean custom interface, smooth API integration across many different registration software platforms, and great customer service with dedicated account managers assisting along the way.  The end user experience and interface is quite seamless and gets high marks from our attendee surveys. You're getting great value with Amego!

**What do you dislike about Amego?**

Amego's feature development seems to take longer than initially anticipated.  Their session surveys are a little too limited for what we need, and they still have some kinks to work out with their attendee social feed. Their data analytics is all very limited. This may be an issue for some if that data is important to gather post event, or comparing year over year.

**What problems is Amego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding moderation to their Social Feed.

- Networking & Social Features: Our newly released Group Chat feature can be used as a social wall and now includes moderation tools, emoji reactions, and images for a more engaging experience.

- Analytics & Reporting: Our dashboard continues to evolve, and you can now pull Survey and Quest reporting—including attendee details—right from the CMS.

We use Amego at all of our events and it's consistently reliable and easy to use. It scales well for various event sizes and includes great features like live chat, meeting scheduling, and gamification. Navigation is smooth, and integration with EMS platforms like Swoogo makes setup simple. The support team is patient, responsive, and reliable. Highly recommend!

No dark mode but I believe that's in the works.

In the back end, it would be nice to have more control over making changes ourselves easily - it seems like a lot of coding is involved so the average event planner can find it daunting to make edits without fear of breaking something. Would also love more reporting on things like booked meetings so that on-site staff can export it cross-reference while managing it on-site.

Amego syncs seamlessly with Swoogo, which is very important to us.

We couldn't see analytics on some app activity after a certain time period

Amego is very fast and user friendly which means our delegates have a good experience. Delegates can plan their day at a conference by saving sessions to their agenda which again makes the day more simple and organised for them. We can also gather feedback and ratings after individual sessions which is useful for our post-event analysis. Plus, delegates can scan each other's badges on the app to then connect and start a chat. Overall the features are brilliant and it works much faster and better than our previous event app.

What I like most about Amego is being able to manage events comprehensively, facilitating interaction and networking between the participants of our events. We also love how flexible it is from a branding and attendee segmentation point of view - very capable indeed!

That the app doesn’t yet have Lead Scanning, but the Amego team is launching this in April 2025, so we don’t have to wait very long for it.

Amego is particularly well positioned for the complexity that our enterprise customers present and so by having them as our mobile app supplier, they are an enabler for us to win in the enterprise space and they integrate with whatever registration system our customer chooses.

What I liked best about Amego was the support from the team assigned to my event, specifically Kendra. Kendra was able to help program items for me inside the mobile app that I needed help with. She also helped answer questions and troubleshoots issues onsite.
