"Empowering Event Management with Intuitive Features"
What do you like best about Amego?

I like that the Amego team is easy to work with and highly motivated to make our event the best it can be. They delivered an exceptional mobile app on time and on budget, even under significant schedule pressure. The look and feel of the app are very intuitive, and the features are well designed and well executed, making the product easy for our attendees to use. The Amego team helped me come up to speed on their platform and provided extra configuration help while I was learning. What do you dislike about Amego?

Tighter integration with the RainFocus platform for private meetings is needed to ensure attendees can find their meetings and that meetings are displayed properly in the app. It would also be helpful if there were navigation to areas outside of the main event space. What do you like best about Amego?

This app has such a great Ux, helpful team to work with, very responsive, had exactly what we were looking for and understood what we were trying to do. If you've ever had an app issue 30 minutes before a keynote speaker goes on stage, you know how critical good support is. Amego’s team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your event running smoothly. What do you like best about Amego?

We've had a positive experience working with Amego as our mobile app provider. One of the biggest highlights has been our account team and the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to jump in and help when questions or issues arise. The user experience is also a major plus. The app is intuitive and easy for attendees to navigate, which helps drive engagement across our programs. From logistical standpoint, the app is simple to download and access, and we've received consistently positive feedback from our users on that front. We also really love the value the ability to fully customize the branding and overall look and feel of the app. This flexibility allows us to create a cohesive and elevated experience that aligns with the goals and aesthetics of each of our clients. What do you dislike about Amego?

There are a few areas where we've encountered some challenges. The CMS can feel a bit clunky at times, particularly when managing more complex builds with layers of visibility. Additionally the platform is clearly designed with meetings in mind, whereas a large portion of our business centers on incentive travel. Because of this we are often finding ourselves repurposing certain feature to make them work for our needs. While this isn't a dealbreaker, it does create some added effort on our side. We do want to acknowledge that the Amego team has been very open to our feedback and has expressed interest in expanding features and functionaltiies that better align with our business. What do you like best about Amego?

Amego makes it super easy to find, edit, and keep track of the events we're working on. The interface is intuitive, and both navigation and setup are simple. It's very easy to scale between larger and smaller events, and the EMS integrations help streamline and centralize our workflow. It saves time and improves team coordination. What do you like best about Amego?

Amego is a newer mobile app company, with some features still pending on their engineering roadmap. Because of this, they may not have all the features that Cvent or Rainfocus currently have. However, they have nearly every event mobile app feature you likely will need, and the ability to easily integrate other features if desired. They have an easy to use backend CMS that allows the build and implementation to go quite fast, a clean custom interface, smooth API integration across many different registration software platforms, and great customer service with dedicated account managers assisting along the way. The end user experience and interface is quite seamless and gets high marks from our attendee surveys. You're getting great value with Amego! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amego?

Amego's feature development seems to take longer than initially anticipated. Their session surveys are a little too limited for what we need, and they still have some kinks to work out with their attendee social feed. Their data analytics is all very limited. - Session Surveys: We offer 10 different question types to help gain insight from attendees. In addition to collecting session feedback, Surveys can be triggered at any specific time to collect feedback on the overall event. Reporting includes attendee-specific data to ensure you capture the insights that matter.

- Networking & Social Features: Our newly released Group Chat feature can be used as a social wall and now includes moderation tools, emoji reactions, and images for a more engaging experience.

- Analytics & Reporting: Our dashboard continues to evolve, and you can now pull Survey and Quest reporting—including attendee details—right from the CMS.

While we’re always balancing timelines, our development team consistently delivers new features and enhancements to meet customer needs. We’ve never missed a customer requirement, and we take pride in continuously refining our platform based on feedback like yours!

It scales well for various event sizes and includes great features like live chat, meeting scheduling, and gamification. In the back end, it would be nice to have more control over making changes ourselves easily - it seems like a lot of coding is involved so the average event planner can find it daunting to make edits without fear of breaking something.
