
We like the fact that the system is easy to use in terms of its interface; it's pretty intuitive to design and build surveys. Another thing we really like about the system is that it integrates well with other platforms; we use Zendesk, and Zonka is able to integrate very successfully with it. The AI technology in Zonka is also impressive, particularly the sentiment analysis that you can use to create different rules for surveys. The people at Zonka have been great to work with and very flexible when we mentioned things of concern. They've actually added some different attributes into their system and worked with us to get problems solved in a very proactive and responsive way. We also love the usability flexibility with Zonka, like the ability to design surveys in different ways, customize the survey emails sent out, and have many different options for the types of questions and even the icons that are used for rating scales (et cetera). There are some areas where some of the usability features could be tweaked, but typically, these are very small things. For instance, if there are more ways to mass edit rules or triggers that connect to your homegrown CRM software, that would be a very useful thing. Perhaps reporting could be a little bit improved within the actual product itself, but that's a very small quibble and generally their reporting is good and clear.
