# How do I transfer or patch over a call from our main WorkIz phone number to the next available extension/number? Also, Is there a way to sync the WorkIz work schedule to any of our other Calendar apps such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly??

1. If I am already on a call on my main Workiz number and get another call at the same time, is there a way to pass the incoming call to another available Workiz extention or number? 
2. How/is there a way to sync my Workiz calendar with any other of my calendar apps (Google, Calendly).

Hey, Raymond!
We’re happy to help! Workiz does have an integrated phone system with tons of capabilities. You can easily set up a second number on the call flow for your calls to be sent to. You can create and customize your call flow however you want! 
As for calendar sync, you can absolutely sync with Google Calendar, as well as Apple, Outlook, and other calendars.
