I couldn't manually cancel the subscription. I had to call in. Even then, it still hasn't been completed. Christian Quirino, Customer Success Team Lead, very unresponsive person. The automations are very helpful and finally consistent after months of trouble shooting and their developers fixing glitches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workiz? Nearly every system they have created is about 80% complete. Lots if good ideas and launches without testing if it works for day to day usage. Not one thing is 100% ready. Automations- No dashboard or settings options. Just a big jumbled nonintuitive system. When creating an automation it kicks you to the front everytime. You cannot choose to send an automation more than once, if somethings goes wrong with the first automation, you can't shoot it out again. No automations for Prevost customer had put a huge delay in our new systems. Leads - no option to make a customer report, does not recognize duplicates well, cannot book them on automated scheduling, just jobs) Calendar - No two way integration, jumbled mess when viewing all techs and jobs, time slots are not even exact so it's hard to see times that jobs start Jobs some statuses don't allow you to add sub statuses. No 30 day trash if you accidentally delete a job Documents- keeps the signature even when you edit it! Huge liability issue Pay system -only allows you to charge a 3.5% fee when charging thr card yourself but but cannot add when a customer pays themselves?? You can remove card pay once its added?? Our phones system have never worked and we continue to be charged. Text system is a whole book in itself. Estimates No real reporting ability Invoices- Can't change the date on an invoice once invoice?? There is nothing I can say is 100% great. Please take time to test you product with your team instead of firing eveyone who works for your team. We have had 4 managers fired in 6 months of fully using this product. Which means we truly get nowhere with large issue that arise. Our phone system is one of biggest reasons why we chose Workiz and we have never had the opportunity to use it due non stop glitches and issues and several fired managers working on the system. We are paying $130 a month, requested refunds multiple times, and we continue to get charged because the have been trouble shoot everything for 4 months. I'm just so very very disappointed with everything. We've invested thousands and thousands of dollars to turn back now unfortunately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The frontline customer service is as far as you will get. You get the same responses no matter the problem and seems like nothing ever really gets fixed. Basic functions like sorting do not work. Lots of bugs. They fix one and create 10 more. Constantly adding new features when they havent fixed the old ones. Mapping feature is useless. Workiz offers a great dashboard, streamlined workflow, all-around a GREAT tool. Employees pick up the workflow quickly, online, and jobs forms are a breeze to configure; payments were solid; however, that's where it hit the fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workiz? "WePay," their payment processor just up and dropped us with 1,000 in transactions being processed, got an email saying they would not take us as a client, which is a bit disturbing as we have not even had a dispute filed, all our coroprate information was accurately submitted. All we got as a response both from WePay and Workiz was that WePay's review was deemed proprietary, and no more information could be provided to us.. I dealt with a gentleman named Miguel in their support department, who did, in all honesty, work diligently on a resolution. Last Thursday, he did advise there may be a Stripe Solution. I was not able to contact them on the Friday due to an exceptional workload with projects. When I was looking for other solutions (systems), I did find an alternative, however before I could export any data from workiz and without advising me, my "sales rep" (whoever that may be) authorized closure of my account, even through there was a possible solution to the problem. It should be noted, that at no time did I ever talk directly to a sales rep from Workiz. So in short, Wepay cancelled over $1,000 in revenue, workiz couldn not even get information out of their payment "partner", tried to find a solution, found a possible solution and before anything could be approved, an account manager I've never dealtwith authorized the closure of my account without even the opportunity to remove any of my data at all. I would urge caution if you decide to jump down this rabbit hole! While the app is admittedly fantastic, their support leaves much to be desired, and apparently they cancel your account because it's easier to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Workiz: DO NOT PROCESS A SINGLE PAYMENT WITH WEPAY UNTIL YOU'RE 100% VERIFIED. OR ASK ABOUT USING STRIPE. We were using Workiz as full-field services and payment platform, and It did 100% streamline my business flow and freed myself and my management team up to focus on running a business and spend more time interfacing with current and prospective clients. It really does beat Jobber, RazorSync, and any other field services system I've looked into. It's hard to move away, but in reality, they took a client having an issue and pushed them out the door.
