**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Working with WhatFix employees has been a pleasure. They are responsive and partner with us to create effective solutions to our problems, taking the time to understand our requirements and wish list requests. The platform leaves plenty of room for us to create user learning experiences to promote customer self-sufficiency.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Not so much of a 'dislike' as an 'in process', but the appearance of the tooltips can be sped up. Some of the customizability places the onus on the user so there is a bit of a learning curve, but it is completely manageable.

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

It is a great tool. Have a vision for how to roll it out, and certainly ask your CSM about ideas that other WhatFix clients have done to drive user adoption.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I enjoy how easy it is to access Whatfix through the chrome extension. Since our product is constantly evolving, it's imperative that walkthrough flows are easy to create and edit. I am excited to explore the other features Whatfix offers. My experience interacting with Whatfix has been extremely pleasant, and they are always fast to reply and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I cannot always adjust the placement of the pop-ups so they are exactly where I'd like them to display on the page.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like to empower our clients to learn our product so they can be as successful as possible. The walkthrough flows have been helpful for product tours and tutorials.

The platform is very versatile in its use cases both internal and client-facing. It has a user-friendly UI. The level of service and attention from our account manager are very impressive.

Reporting isn't as intuitive and integration with existing customer behavior tracking solutions isn't as straightforward.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our marketing team is planning to launch new client onboarding, training, user behavior and lifecycle trigger programs.

Team effort to get us onboarded and working together to resolve key issues in the first few months.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The tool itself is challenging for the less technical people to use the tool, as you need to know the css classes to show flows and steps

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to make the tool work for segmentation and how we get the tool working for copy editors. With some of the new features coming along, we've managed to add flows live which we were unable to do so before, such as auto hoover.

Whatfix is easy to set up and the post-sales service is great. They don't forget about their customers after the money is transferred.

It does happen that expected behavior in the application isn't working, but that's always picked up on short notice by the support team.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

WOW! What a WIN for everyone!
•	Better customer service for and from your employees.
•	Less loss production time.
•	Software adoption time reduced.
•	Reduced cost with less printing. 
•	No wasted time trying to find the documents to help you complete a task.
•	Outdated training material – a thing of the past.
•	Training time cost with shadowing employees is reduced.
•	Reduced learning curve – I don’t need to know it all at first and then try to remember, this ushers in the new progressive way to train, learn as you go – with workflows providing the guiding hand – so you know it is done right the first time.

Whatfix is an incredible piece of software designed for business with the end user in mind. You don’t find that very often, many think it but few have pulled it off as good as Whatfix! We started with three platforms, quickly moved to five and about to add a few more. The biggest benefit is how easy it is for our employees to navigate through our systems and provide the correct information with the task at hand. 

The overall success has been incredible over the last 82 days as we launched it on a brand new human capital system. We expected lots of phone calls to our help desk from our employee population of 90,000 plus and staffed it accordingly. The average calls we received a day turned out to be 17, then it dropped to 10, we moved staff around where they would be more productive after the first two weeks. All this because we recognized we needed something different to make this system launch a success. Bringing Whatfix onboard, having the workflows for the task they everyone needed to complete, knowing everyone’s needs would be different, made this system an important part of our strategy and this system accommodated all the request. To witness this launch was inspiring and the short adoption time of a new system was mind-blowing and it was because we invested in the Whatfix solution.

The system itself is incredibly easy to use with some basic training and the support site that is in place. Having the ability to quickly create video or PDF copies of the material if needed is a huge time saver and what really the ease of designing workflows, smart tips, task list, etc. is amazing. 
The customer service is impeccable – the staff is very motivating, understanding, helpful, and just fantastic to work with. They go above and beyond to help us be successful and that includes helping us to think outside the box in varies ways to assist in communications to the field.
But, when I decided to start a Center of Excellence for the teams using Whatfix on our systems, the Whatfix team was so responsive and wanted to know what they could do to help. Apoorva Mittal has even had the fortunate experience to come speak to our new team. Listening, questioning and offering suggestions on how we might want to shape our future activities. Thank you Apoorva and to Shagun Vaish who keeps us going with our new system support every day. You guys ROCK!
There are so many great things about Whatfix – I am so excited to have them as part of our initiative to change the way we train on new systems. Thank you Whatfix and TEAM!

Change the "Click on" to "Select" due to the touchscreens and thanks for the Back button currently being tested on one of our systems.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The Customer Success team at Whatfix always responds quickly to our questions (usually within minutes), and in the rare case that they don’t have an answer to our questions, they bring their technical experts into the conversation without delay.

Whatfix enables us to create content without programming skills and deliver that content in line with users’ workflow (without them having to access an external resource, such as a knowledge bank or training course), without compromising the performance or security of the underlying application.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Whatfix has difficulty anchoring to elements in our system. Their Customer Success team helped us find a solution, but it requires some extra work for each step in each flow, including the need to identify CSS selectors for the elements.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Whatfix with our new, internally developed core ERP system. We have two trainers who provide job role training for new employees in two departments, so Whatfix allows those two trainers to provide support to all other departments, as well as provide post-training performance support. We’ve created 34 flows, 14 smart tips, and a guided pop-up so far, with more on the way. Creating the content is fast and easy, although QAing the content and ensuring it works as intended is sometimes a bit more time-consuming.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The walk through function allows a user to learn the steps while completing a task. 
Additionally, the Customer Support Manager we worked with (Kritika Kishor) was FANTASTIC and made sure that our launch was successful.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Clicking off the tool tips during a walk through can be a little disorienting for new users. 
Need a Previous Tip/BACK button in case a step was missed.

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

We've only implemented the walk through's (with great success and approval from our business users), and all of the flows have been created internally - definitely giving off a PoC vibe. However, we recently contracted with Whatfix to include Professional Services, so i am looking forward to seeing more polished flows and additional functionality for the users.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As long as the flows have been created correctly by SME's, this tool provides immediate instruction for new and/or infrequent users. The tool we currently use it with has a very high turnover rate so this is a great addition to our training program. 
We are hoping to make Whatfix part of our enterprise Digital Adoption effort.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix allows us to create in-system guidance flows and self help -segments that give our customers the help they need clearly and fast. Creating content with Whatfix is easy and if you happen to need advice or help, Whatfix customer service is excellent. Since our products vary in content and scale, it is great that Whatfix fits all needs.  

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

In some occasions visibility rules for flows and self help -segments are tricky to figure out. However, this is improved a lot with  'Intelligent segmentation'. 

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

Whatfix has very helpful customer service. If you are thinking of an onboarding service or a tool to give in-system guidance, give Whatfix a shot.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organisation provides cloud services for digital sourcing and contract management processes, all the way from planning to contract signing and management. Therefore we have plenty of products and features for our customers. To get most out of our features, we decided to use Whatfix to give our customers in-system guidance. Whatfix allows us to pinpoint cases where some extra help is appreciated, and create a flow to walk our customer through the process.

The Whatfix platform seems to be extremely powerful, yet flexible to fit our needs in on demand training of clients as well as onboarding new clients on our software platform.  Better yet, the customer support at this company is superior with great lines of communication, regular checkins and training updates, etc.

As with any powerful tool, you will need dedicated time to learn the ropes and continual use is key to keep fluent.

Work with their online sales and support team for online demos and examples, as this will give you a clear picture of suitability and possibilities with their solution.  They are pretty flexible and adaptable.

We use this platform primarily for clients to have on demand training tips when using our software platform.  Additionally, we find it useful for the onboarding process of new clients to quickly be able to adapt to our online solution become productive immediately.

Before whatfix, we do a lot of research which one is the best to use. We found that whatfix is the best choice, and we never wrong about it. Having good experience in content management, administrator, and any other feature, this one are the thing i like the best from whatfix :
- Smart pop up : it's really great to set pop up more than 1 times, and focus on specific page
- Content management : easy to create and edit the content 
- Customer success : the team is so helpful! with all of my team's limit, the team is always willing to help and solving our problem and guide us well
- Flow : The flow is replace our emergency contact. So we can direct the seller to know new release by creating any flow 

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

To increase the awareness, build up the communication, and increase the knowledge of our targeted user, whatfix is the tools you need to use!

We face the problem when the content we've created is not working well. We try to look for the solution but still can't find any of mistake in our development process. But, whatfix team are willing to help us to find what thing that makes the script is not working in our site. We found that our team isn't embed the script in all frame of our website. Because of this help, our team can fix our system faster. 

At the beginning of september, we have a lot of update on our feature, and we found that the tips we've create is not working. Seems like something happen from our internal process. then we ask for help to whatfix, and the team are so helpful and willing to solve this issue. 

The team are so helpful even the whole process is not done well by my  team. But whatfix team came to help and help us to solve any problem issue. Very good job! 

The pop up is also beneficial for us. we found that our main problem is hard to communicate due to our limited feature. but pop up whatfix is really good to communicate every knowledge. Our click is increase, our seller are giving a lot of question as we expected.

Whatfix customer service has been fantastic. I have yet to experience the implementation process on a new website; editing and adding to existing content has been easy and their product is user-friendly.

If there are slight changes to our application the flows can break.

We use Whatfix to offer our clients walkthroughs for various processes and feature tours. These can help reduce calls to support.

Make sure you understand what your companies objectives, environments and roles are before implementing WhatFix.

We needed something to provide in the moment of need support for web applications. We had another vendor that was bought out and removed our contract last minute. We needed to find a replacement. WhatFix is an all around better product than our previous vendor, so the switch worked out for us.

Nothing so far. There is room for improvement but with constant conversation and mutual understanding the use of Whatfix so far leaves no complaints.

Responsiveness and the timeliness of showing us new features that will improve our experience using WhatFix.

Our staff can independently learn to use our applications on their own, prior to training. This takes weight off of our workload, and allows users to become familiar with our applications on their own time.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The WhatFix tool has been used to deliver training material, guided walkthroughs of site functionality and helpful tool tips to drive conversion. It is easy to make, and publish, changes to users in near-real time -- without the assistance of IT. 

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There are some areas for improvements,including: 1) If individual users do not have the right/access to see a step, that step is skipped. That is to be expected, but the steps are numbered and the numbers indicate the user is missing a step -- unbeknownst to them. 2) I would like to be able to review/revert changes made before publishing changes.  

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving customer adoption and training problems, by building out a knowledge base of walkthroughs and guides for our users. Using the smart tips we have help drive conversion in unique scenarios.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The on-screen flows can be created as quickly as it takes to walk someone through the actual process.  Except with WhatFix, you create the flow once and never have to do it again, and it's available on demand for all of your users.  It's a win-win.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

It still requires that the person creating the flows understands the software for which the flows are being created.  In our case we had a limited number of system SMEs that could do the work.   Not a WhatFix issue, but you need to make sure that the flows are designed using best practices otherwise you'll perpetuate bad practice.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to have on demand training that is more effective that typical training because it is self directed, move at the speed of the user with direct user engagement.  It reduces the need of trainers.  Speed of delivery is almost immediate.

The tool is easy to pick up and most of the base options are intuitive to pick up, but the support team that we have worked with have been extremely responsive and helpful. The tool seems to be getting better as well and I am sure that any of the issue we have will be addressed in the near future .

The application (Oracle Cloud) that we use WhatFix in is not a very optimized web page and there are times that WhatFix is not able to anchor correctly to elements, but there are work around that we have found with help from support but this is more of the UI's fault than WhatFIx's. 
For Flows more options for step completion would be great, like data validation of another element or after a specific amount of time has passed.

We are using WhatFix to support our training solutions as an in app support that enriches the training the user has already taken. While the flows have been our main focus, Smart Tips have seemed to be the most helpful real time support.

We have been very pleased with the intuitive design of the WhatFix software and how easy it has been to apply it on our platform. WhatFix customer support is incredibly responsive and has definitely ensured a successful implementation for our use case. Feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive – a win all around!

Didn't like that there wasn't an option for users to reverse through a flow...but now it's been added so we're delighted with that!

Easy to create content and easy for users to access and find what their looking for. As a content creator here’s a few of the features I liked the most:

I really like Whatfix, it's a good tool to use, both on my website, as well as in the company's operating system, it integrates very well, it has the ability to be handled by any user, it does not tend to become slow and that I love it, because I can work fast. It's nice to be able to count on an application so effective in many aspects of my company, both with the clients and with my staff.

One of the functions that caught me on this platform is the design of useful content, quality, for the explanation of products, programs, projects, and others, which has been very useful, I am also very satisfied with your support team technical, has helped me a lot, in all the requests I have requested.

There are so many things! Everyone is so great to work with and always willing to help. We put Whatfix through the ringer before signing a contract to make sure it would work with our applications, and they stuck by their product and were more than willing to give us the trial time we needed to prove everything out. Even during the short trial we were able to learn how to use it because it's so intuitive.Once you understand how to create content, it's super easy to navigate and manage. Anytime we've needed help, our Customer Success Manager is ready to get on a call and help us figure it out. Really great customer service and product overall.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Whatfix is still on the newer side, so there's some room for improvement when it comes to the user experience. However, they are more than willing to take enhancement requests and work to make improvements in their product.

Whatfix will go the extra mile to get you up and running. It's a great product and you will not be disappointed in the support and customer service. Their product is user-friendly and easy to deploy.

WhatFix does what all the competitors can but with better training, customer service, and price.  I have worked with other "walkthrough" programs and WhatFix is far and away the best.  The editor is easier than any other I have used.  However, it is not short on features.  WhatFix can do what the others cannot.  The ability to utilize intelligent segmentation and the ability to have the walkthrough in multiple formats was a game changer for us.  The training team is always available to help and very friendly.  They have let me go at my own pace and understand I have a full time job in addition to implementing this solution.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I have had zero issues to date.  The onboarding experience has been great and allowed me to go at my own pace.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have various proprietary web based systems with users all over the world.  Onboarding and releasing new features can be very labor intensive.  WhatFix allows me to push out Onboarding content as well as our newly released features directly to users within the application.  This cuts down on not only training but helpdesk inquiries as well.

Easy to navigate and build. Creates a solid learning environment for subscribers. Search features are great for new users and ongoing training. Managing call volume while implementing a CRM is complicated. Using whatfix allows us to make sure the calls are not due to a lack of training or available content. We dedicated a week or so worth of hard work to build content around our entire platform. It was work, but it allows us to have a fully comprehensive training option that was well worth the time.

Branching could be more user friendly. We do have to ask for them to build the flow order for some branching concepts. It would be nice to do this alone. That being said they are always quick to respond and resolve the need. Search-ability has improved since we first started, making it even easier for customers to find and take advantage of content.

Onboarding and ongoing training. we use task lists for our onboarding team. This helps up guarantee that companies who go live with us have accountability to know how to use the software and we can ensure no gaps in knowledge. This cuts down on post live support needs. We also have a solid library of content for existing users to putt from quickly after hours or during the day when they are too busy to call in.

Whatfix has revolutionised how we work with a particular system. The feedback has only been positive and we can't get self help flows out quickly enough to meet the demand, which considering how easy they are to create, tells you something about the demand and uptake of this software.

Navigating the editing pages could be made simpler but it does the job.  It could also do with a short description on it's user guide to explain what the different items mean to help with terminology.

I've been a Salesforce Admin for a little over 2 years now and I feel Whatfix was both easy to learn and easy to use. I was creating my own walkthroughs and content after just a few quick guided sessions. Lastly, Whatfix is very cost effective compared to competitors and offers a lot of flexibility since it can be used on any web browser. Whatfix is exactly what we were looking for!


**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Nothing that I've come across to dislike thus far. If anything, it sounds like they're still developing their mobile app, but it's not something we're looking to adopt at this time. 

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I created a very robust user guide that no one ever looks at or utilizes since it lives outside of Salesforce and in a Word doc (boring!).  So we were really looking to  minimize the number of process and usage questions our small team receives while empowering users to find their own answers from within Salesforce. What I've also discovered is that Whatfix provides an easier way to update content within the platform itself. No more scrolling through a long Word doc trying to ensure all changes are made properly and timely. Now all content lives directly within Salesforce in a much more user friendly way that the user can search for. 

Whatfix also provides a lot of training and communication benefits for both new users and existing users. We can now utilize Whatfix to create mandatory or optional tasks (like completing guided walkthroughs or watching training videos) for new hire learning or rolling out new features. This especially helps with ensuring our users are aware of new changes or enhancements that they may not have read in our latest release communication.

Some of the initial configuration was not easy or clear and it took some work with the advanced tech team at Whatfix to get it working well with our new systems. This was quickly overcome with help from our Whatfix CSM and their talented technical team.

We used Whatfix to help with the end user training and adoption of two new group-wide software platforms. Whatfix benefitted us by creating a familiar interface and channel for delivering training and just-in-time tips to our end users.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

WhatFix offers companies a way of targeting users that have questions or issues with your site/product but will never call or email in regarding them. Instead of relying on them reaching out they can simply use the self-help widget to answer their question. 

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There is not much to dislike about WhatFix. However, if you have stringent security protocol or the clients you serve do it may be harder to take advantage of all of WhatFix's offerings. That is not to say you can't leverage WhatFix, it just means it will be more difficulty to leverage all of the features seamlessly. 

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped our clients and users better leverage our system. Specifically, it helps new users become comfortable with the system without needing a training.
