"Empowers Adobe Workfront with Ease and Efficiency"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I use Whatfix to enhance the capabilities of Adobe Workfront, and it makes the product easier to use for both beginner and experienced users. I like that Whatfix is easy to use and provides several means of communication to help enhance the use of Adobe Workfront. It helps by providing self-help for users to watch videos, access project management documentation, run automated process flows, and request changes with just a few clicks. Once the initial setup is done, it is effective and very useful for the end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The administration of the product is hard to learn at the beginning but once it has been mastered it is a very useful and effective tool. The initial setup took some time because of all the useful features of the tool, however once the setup is done, it is effective and very useful for the end users. "Easy to use and very effective for user onboarding"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I like most about Whatfix is how simple it makes user onboarding and training. The step-by-step walkthroughs are very intuitive and save a lot of time for new employees or customers. It also reduces support queries because users can find answers directly within the platform. The analytics feature is another big plus, as it helps track user engagement and improve processes continuously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional In-App Guidance and Analytics for Seamless User Adoption"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I find most helpful about Whatfix is its in-app guidance, which offers users on-demand, step-by-step training and immediate self-help support. Some of the main benefits of using Whatfix are a reduction in support tickets thanks to AI-powered resource aggregation, quicker user adoption of new processes, and more effective change management through contextual tips and pop-ups. Additionally, its robust analytics empower organizations to make data-driven decisions regarding user adaptability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Currently , I don't have any specific dislikes about Whatfix,

as the product is constantly improving its new features and updates that contribute to better user experience.

One suggestion I would like to offer is to introduce a rule for the beacon so that it does not disappear when clicked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful platform with excellent support for teams ready to invest the time"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I value most about Whatfix is the Support and Customer Success team. They are attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist. Their follow-ups are consistent, their guidance is clear, and they ensure that nothing is overlooked or forgotten.

On top of that, the platform’s analytics, reporting capabilities, and AI-powered search tools are incredibly helpful for gaining insights into user behavior and driving platform adoption. Whatfix also provides effective ways to showcase new features and guide users through workflows, which significantly enhances the value of our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Certain aspects of the platform are not particularly intuitive, especially when first starting out. Many features seem to require technical support, making it difficult to work independently without some form of guidance. The onboarding process was also rather intensive and, at times, overwhelming, with lengthy training sessions and several handovers between different team members. "Powerful Features Marred by Complexity"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I use Whatfix for content creation and analytics. I like some of the dashboard features while building content. I also appreciate the live edit option and the ability to customize content on the live edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Translations process in the dashboard is repetitive and time-consuming. Targeted user deployment is complex. Debugging is not user-friendly. Usage of the studio is very limited, most of the work needs to be done on the dashboard, and even the preview option is not always available in the studio. The auto-click option when building a flow highlights the element selection to the user, which should be hidden. Creating a branch flow is complex compared to other DAP tools. Adding initiators to the flow is not as easily understandable as the visibility rules. There should be an option to save or create own templates for pop-ups. "Easy Integration, Rich Features with Cost Efficiency"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like Whatfix's announcement and survey features, as well as the smart walkthroughs. These features are easy to integrate and deploy, which makes the process smooth. The announcements help me notify users about important information, and the smart walkthroughs assist users in understanding how a feature works. Additionally, implementing Whatfix was straightforward as it involved just a couple of lines of TypeScript, making it an easy setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I have an issue with Whatfix because we are attaching announcements to some DOM elements. If the DOM structure changes, then it won't work. We need to go with a more efficient approach. Also, for the survey, there is not much flexibility to edit the HTML; we need to rely on CSS only, so there should be more flexibility for HTML as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Client Understanding and Saves Time"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like that Whatfix is very easy to use, and the UI is really user-friendly, making it simple to complete tasks. It's quite a good application from an enterprise perspective and very handy. I also find it very helpful for documentation and client training, as it makes it easy to understand product granularity and how functionalities work. Being able to prepare a complete video of a specific model in a product is very beneficial, saving a lot of time by avoiding repetitive work. This helps both our internal and client teams to have a better understanding of product modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I would like them to introduce AI. I mean, rather than doing the complete thing manually, they should get a scan of the complete product or through the code to understand how the functionality works. It would be more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Digital Adoption with Intuitive Guidance and Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has been a strong strategic partner to Cox Automotive, collaborating with us to shape their product roadmap while providing an intuitive, easy‑to‑use platform that requires no technical background. Its in‑app guidance—flows, smart tips, pop‑ups, and self‑help—helps our teams adopt new features quickly, streamline onboarding and training, and reduce support needs. Beyond the product, the Whatfix team consistently brings a collaborative, solution‑oriented approach that enables us to drive meaningful digital adoption across our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The biggest challenge we’ve had with Whatfix is adopting its product analytics capabilities. The reporting is not yet flexible enough for the structure and needs of our sales organization, which makes it difficult to measure activity and derive meaningful insights. As a result, there has been ongoing hesitation and lack of confidence in the data outputs, limiting our ability to fully leverage analytics for decision‑making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowered Digital Adoption with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really appreciate Whatfix's willingness to work with us on enhancements based on user experience and use cases. They always listen to any issues I have with the tool and provide me with timelines for those requests based on priority. It is great to have someone always available to help address any issues we encounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I find the customizability of Whatfix limited, particularly when it comes to aligning with our company branding and preferences. The integration with Salesforce is not as seamless as I'd like, and having more color options and shapes for launchers and beacons would help it fit better with the existing layout. Additionally, I've experienced issues with Whatfix working on Macs and in Safari, which affects a lot of our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable Platform with Outstanding Customer Focus"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

We have found whatfix to be a truly customer-focused organization throughout our long-term partnership. The Digital Adoption Platform is powerful and highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it perfectly to our product's specific needs. Throughout our collaboration period, their services have been reliably available, with nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

In general, customizing the popups could be a bit smoother. Selecting fonts for individual row items can involve excessive clicking, which can be a bit frustrating. While pre-built templates are available, adding more customization options to them would make the product even better. Also, it would be nice if the visibility settings for the popups could be sourced from stored configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
