**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The fact that Whatfix workflows overlay our actual system is extremely helpful in training new and existing users. Instead of separate step by step guides, users are guided through how to utilize the system within the system itself.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

It can be difficult to keep Whatfix Workflows up to date with continuous system enhancements.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix is helping to train new and existing users (with workflows), as well as keeping users up to date on new releases and bug fixes (carousel popups).

Whatfix is easy to use as an administrator with a lot of capabilities to make using the target system easier on the end user. Their Support is top-tier!

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I Have not found anything to dislike about Whatfix.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding training for the system. Tip reminders at specific places in the system that are filtered to match data in the record. One tip added to the system increased user action by 50% over previous.

The implementations and support teams have been excellent. They have always been very responsive and patient when helping work through issues.

The initial installation wasn't as customizable as I had hoped, but that may have more to do with the previous DAP software I used.

Being able to add in-app user guide content without relying on development resources. And tracking our user actions through detailed analytics.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix is a success platform not just a Digital Adoption platform. It offers an integrated solution that supports end users and brings the development side use metrics. This allows the training teams to evaluate the success of the training and where it falls short as well as offering feedback to the development team to improve the product. WhatFix is also an agile company. they understand that their platform must evolve as the industry evolves. Folding AI into the platform to streamline customization to meet the needs of their clients keeps the management and implementation of changes easy to deliver. You can say all you want about a product but in the end it is the people that make the overall experience both successful but also pleasurable. I have found at every level that the Whatfix team is engaging and eager to understand and help deliver the best possible experience for our company and the many associated we serve.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

In all business relationships there are positive and negative scenarios and many times you have to look at the balance sheet to determine if the relationship works in your favor. This has not been my experience at all. From the start our relations ship has been one of mutual success. Their products may not exactly meet our companies need as it comes off the shelf. One could ask that it be modified to meet just our companies need. However, if you step back and look at your need through their lens you see a solution that benefits their platform and your business needs. This is how we have worked together to meet in the middle to the benefit each. What do I dislike? I dislike that it took so long to begin working with them.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have developed a hospital operations platform to serve over four thousand hospitals across the globe. To offer the best possible medical care for our patients and the best possible quality of work life for all of our associates. We are tasked to deploy this to the many business units that make up this network of hospitals over the next three to five years, while the platform is also being developed and modified to support the many different hospital types, languages, cultures, and environments. Being able to train and harmonize usage of this platform under these constraints can only be achieved through a readily available “at the elbow” training and change management system like Whatfix. Gaining usage metrics as the system is being developed is key to its success.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The flows are easy to understand, which can help our Support Engineers, New Hires, Customer Support, and even tenured employees who need a refresher. The pop-ups can help the engineers with the latest updates or any important announcements.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I think the flows aren’t working properly, and we need to check or re-send the flow. However, this is only a minimal situation wherein the flows aren’t working, and it can be addressed properly.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My only experience is when one of the flows I added doesn't work after sending it to production. However, Whatfix support handled it properly, so after a few troubleshooting sessions, the flow worked properly. I didn't know the exact issue, but I think it's a permission issue, and they allowed it on their end.

Admin user experience was not very intuitive for me.

We can use Whatfix to reach the masses: we use NPS survey to survey all end users of our product; we are able to get documentation to our end users where they are, at the point of need. Next, we'll be using it to advertise other learning content located in our LMS to bring additional awareness to all the great learning and documentation tools/content that are available to all users not just those that are in the process of implementing our product.

The whatfix web extension is an valuable tool to build and test content outside of a content managment system.   Whatfix also has a comprehension learn platform with users can self learn the tools features at their own pace.

Like alot of software companies, I wish there was more insight and direction on the implementation and discovery process. Having a clear understanding on what is expected & deliverables.

From back-office engineers to Customer Sucess Managers and the daily front-line technical support team, everyone I work with is dedicated to making the system work, and us successful. We chose Whatfix as the platform with the capabilities we needed, the lowest learning curve, and the quickest implementation. Their team was with us on day 1 and has been there to support us ever since. As a company, Whatfix is extremely receptive to our feedback and uses it to evolve and improve its product line with every release. I couldn't ask for a better partnership in the digital adoption process.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

We use a very complex customized business system, highly adapted to our customers. To be effective, Whatfix has been required to create a customized system to meet our needs. This naturally creates bugs that must be worked through. However, their willingness to meet us where we are, discover what's required in our solution strategy, and build it, is what makes them a great company to work with.

Attrition is the bane of business, and we use Whatfix to meet the new employee on day 1, ensuring that they have the tools needed to integrate into their team and their role. This action doesn't stop after the initial onboarding but continues as we can provide contextual support built into the applications that the employee uses in their everyday work. Successful employees equal gains in productivity and reductions in attrition. Whatfix is supporting us in that mission.

I like that we can meet our end-users where they are at and we can address their concerns live in our Salesforce application making their support needs on-demand.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The product and analytics can sometimes be very frustrating. It is not always intuitive, support's solution often requires CSS which we  were told was not necessary to know to use and sometimes the flows will randomly break. I also wish there was an accurate way of knowing how many of our users have downloaded the browser extension.

We are using it as an in-app guidance system for our users to learn and use the products we develop as well as host our support documentation.

Often maiking a production facing change can be cumpbersome involving other team member's time and efforts. With Whatfix I make the change myself. No Coding. No Waiting.

I have to really think on this one....Perhaps, the inability to have SmartTips as a Searchable item in the Self Help Widget.

It can sometimes be difficult to attach steps to elements in Flows.

System is omplex and processes have many steps that are hard to remember and require long time to train. Whatfix has reduced our training time from several hours to less than 2.

Easy to setup and implement on your site, Whatfix has a comprehensive set of features available including interactive tours, popups, beacons and surveys. It also offers a fantastic range of analytics tools that provide valuable insights into user behavior and engagement. This makes it very effective for user onboarding and training our users on our system with minimal intervention. Overall, Whatfix streamlines our onboarding process, making it easier to guide users and track their progress.

Whatfix offers so much functionality that it can be difficult to navigate and fully utilize all the available tools. Additionally, having two different analytics dashboards can add to this confusion, making it harder to consolidate and interpret the data efficiently. I truly appreciate the variety of learning options in Whatfix. It empowers users to find information quickly, Users can explore at their own pace with the self-service options, or get clear, step-by-step guidance through the 'How To' features. It makes learning on Bullhorn accessible and engaging for everyone. This reduces reliance on formal training sessions and saves valuable time for both learners and trainers.

I can't think of any major drawbacks to Whatfix. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, creating content becomes quick and easy.

This is our first time using a digital adoption platform, and Whatfix has been a game-changer for creating training content! We previously struggled to keep our team engaged and informed about process updates. Now, with Whatfix, we can easily link materials from our existing repository and leverage the incredibly helpful pop-ups and Smart Tips to deliver targeted information directly within the workflow.

The thing that I like most about Whatfix is their proactive and ongoing customer support. We use Whatfix's DAP software to highlight flows within our SaaS patform. There is a great deal of functionality, so having the ongoing support to continue rolling out more and more sophisticated messaging is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The only downside of Whatfix is the content creation platform, which can be overwhelming until it is mastered - but again, the support team are comprehensive in their assistance with this.

Whatfix allows us to create and manage messaging direct to users on our platform, without having to `go through our development team. This enables the business team to manage our messaging more dynamically, resulting in quicker and more effective communication with our clients, whilst also reducing demand on our dev team.

I love that we can deliver micro content to our clients in the workflow to help them better utilize our products. The beacon feature is excellent for notifying them when we have added enhancements so they optimize their experience. Integration and implementtion is easy, and the reporting features are useful in showing us how much our clients are using the tool (frequently). I greatly appreciate  that the relationship we have with the WhatFix team is very collaborative. They have helped us create a success plan and are always open to our feedback about what we'd like to see on the roadmap.

When we first learned about Whatfix, we thought it was too good to be true. I can tell you, that Whatfix has far exceeded our expectations and has been a valuable tool for our user base. Our dedicated CSM keeps tabs on our metrics, ROI, assists with new feature implementation, and has created custom solutions for our needs. We recently deployed point-of-need content to 1,500 users for a new paperless automated electronic workflow process. Whatfix was integral to the success of our project.

This isn't a downside for Whatfix, it's a limitation for the application we are using it with. Due to a technical complication with the applicaiton we are applying Whatfix to, users must download a Chrome browser plugin to see the Whatfix material.

It is very easy and user friendly to get an initial set of content up and running. It is easy to customise and configure to our use case and the ability to use a combination of guided workflows and videos is important.

The fact we can tailor the content to different regions has also been very helpful.

We had a couple of issues with deploying the guides across our multiple domains but the support team were very helpful and swift in getting those resolved.

There is a quirk in the Task list that if new content is added but a user has completed the previous items o nthe list then it will not show for that user. This was unexpected and was hard to figure out why it was not showing for some users but was for others.

The Whatfix Studio UI is easy to use and provides a very rich feature set to drive product adoption—we're able to customize onboarding flows and add specific tooltips per tenant (account) and per user. Especially, the ability to identify specific elements in the product (we use AG grid which makes it tricky) is critical for us and Whatfix was the only tool among the ones evaluated that delivered that. 

Their implementation is hands-on and well managed. Also, the continuous checkins and support from their team is great! Recently integrated GitBook  (our knowledge base) based on their suggestion and this has made the user experience more contextual based on the action they're taking.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

One area for improvement would be the learning curve with the functionalities related to identifying elements via CSS. Their support team was very quick in helping us here, and we do this by ourselves now, but the UX flow for this could be made easier.

We've been using the product for 2 years now and Whatfix is critical to onboarding our users and giving them a top experience. We're able to identify problem areas our users face, give suggestions to our engineers and also specific actions based on the analytics. Our engagement rates have really improved since Whatfix!

It is a great tool for new associates to your company.  It can improve their time to proficiency as well as assure your customer experience will be strong regardless of time with the company.  Existing associates also find it helpful when getting to random calls  that you only get a few times per year.  Having WhatFix self help allows the associate to quickly find the information they need in their moment of need.

Whatfix is so versatile as a platform. From training and onboarding, to communications and analytics, it's helped bring our business into the digital age.

It's easy to use - I could make flows and widgets from day 1 of using it. It's very intuitive and the whatfix team have been incredible with their support and expertise!

There have been a few teething problems, such as certain elements not latching properly. The Whatfix team have provided workarounds and are very quick at finding solutions. 

The other issue we've had is around a mobile app - we're unable to design as the app has a different configuration to the desktop version

We have implemented a brand new system. Our employees aren't used to using anything advanced with a lot of functionality, so adoption so far has been slow. There are fields that they must complete but aren't mandatory, and prospective customers that they need to contact but don't.

Whatfix helps us by provided self-help - step by step flows, videos, and troubleshooting, all over-laid onto the live system, so users can complete tasks and learn all at once, reducing training time significantly.

Where we have single-person dependencies, if that person is absent, anyone can step in and pick up their tasks using whatfix.

Using Smart Tips, we can ensure that fields are completed in the correct way, meaning our data is clean and complete.

We can nudge sales reps based on their action and/or inaction on the system; meaning we can remind them via a pop-up to contact prospective customers.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The best thing about whatfix is the support and community. Whatever is my concern, I've got them all sorted by the support team and got awesome ideas from the community.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There haven't been a situation where I was like I wish Whatfix had this feature. The success managers follows up on events that myself have forgotten and provides amicable insights.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Change management and communication is one of the core niches that we use Whatfix for. Furthermore the user action analytics helps us to identify the usability of existing features as well as the adaptability of new features.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The Account Manager and DAA consultative support enhances our ability to explore and implement new ways of engaging with clients through the interactive content we create. The team is continuing to improve the product.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

One challenge is assigned resource turnover which requires retraining, which disrupts our ability to improves routines and increase productivity. New team member onboarding requires time for the new hire to acclimate, activated on systems and knowledge transfer causing workflow interruptions.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix helps us bring awareness to new features and capabilities.  Whatfix content allows us to create self-service assistance for our clients who prefer not to call for help.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The staff are super friendly and helpful, work with you to ensure you get the most out of Whatfix. They work really hard and fast to implement feedback too, so Whatfix is further tailored to your needs.
Whatfix has been an immeasurable help to reducing client support queries and giving them more confidence with using our features by Whatfix allowing multiple mediums - I'm loving that images can be inserted into smart tips, which makes help for complex processes easier at hand.
Their analytics are also great with managing this and identifying gaps in what we provide to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Visibility vs Display rules can get a bit technical, but Whatfix are constantly simplifying this, and the support team are always on hand with immediate assistance.

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

It's a really useful program and the staff are fantastic if you need help. They also work hard at implementing feedback based on your needs.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are gradually building a library of tutorial videos, which we hope will give our clients more self-help options and save them and us the time to work through it together. The smart tips we have are already reducing client contacts regarding simple queries, which is great! Now that we can put images into these smart tips, they're even more useful.

Intuitive, easy to learn and start configuring your own content without extensive training. Wide variety of content options

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Translations need to be automated. Need to be able to tag words in translations that should remain displayed in the original language.

It helps us deliver self-service training and knowledge about our application, as we don't have the resource to do in-person/one-to-one training

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

WhatFix is rather intuitive to the content creator. Although we had some difficulties with the browser extension, content creation is easy and issues are often solved with the CSS Selector. The WhatFix support team is absolutely stellar, can't say enough good things.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Items to improve would be the ability to identify CSS selector options for using WhatFix within Salesforce. Dashboards should include more information pertinent to the business it is supporting not just the WhatFix functionality.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are scaling up our digital adoption practices for new users of Salesforce with unique coding. WhatFix has allowed us to support users within the system, providing guidance that used to take 1:1 support with professionals.
