"Streamlined Onboarding with AI Integration, Needs Better Element Capture"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I use Whatfix for creating flows, guides, pop-ups, tooltips, and labels, which significantly simplify onboarding processes, reducing the need for conducting frequent training sessions. I love the survey features, as they are exceptionally well-designed and enhance my overall experience. The self-help section is particularly impressive, allowing me to efficiently search for information or utilize an AI-like agent to find answers based on the data available in the repository. These features collectively make the platform invaluable for streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The main point for me is the exact element capturing, which doesn't work for me many times. I have to manually input CSS selectors often, which is time-consuming and not very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A global leader in Digital Adoption Platform technology!"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix is highly versatile and flexible, empowering us to build very bespoke content for our user communities and internal teams.

Key benefits

The support team and engineering teams are outstanding - responsive, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Literally, second-to-none!

Ability to automate/semi-automate Guided walkthroughs (Flows).

Whatfix is a vendor that listens to their client, understands their business challenges, and works with them to achieve their goals.

Quarterly product release often bring significant functionality and feature improvements, so the product is always getting better.

Whatfix always welcomes, and takes action on client feedback which helps to drive the product roadmap.

As one of their most prolific client-side innovators of new ideas and features, this is really important as it helps shape the product to be able to do the things I need it to.

Product Analytics provides us with the ability to understand user behaviour better than ever before, meaning we can make data-driven decisions, as opposed to 'best guess' implementation of self-help and guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

There's nothing to dislike, although I would welcome improved insight for existing clients into the product roadmap. Whatfix are always working on excellent new features, but it isn't always easy to see these coming up on the horizon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool Once You Get the Hang of It"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I appreciate most about Whatfix is how it genuinely empowers users. It simplifies complex tools, making them more accessible, and enables teams to realize the value of their software investments more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

One drawback of Whatfix is that it may require a significant amount of time to become proficient with all of its features and customization capabilities. Although the platform is quite powerful, the initial learning curve for building highly customized flows or integrating with more complex systems can feel rather steep. "Enhancing User Experience with Interactive Guidance and Insights via Whatfix"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I like best about Whatfix is its ability to create highly interactive and user-friendly guidance without needing to write code. Features like Flows, Pop-ups, Beacons, and Smart Tips make it easy to onboard and assist users contextually throughout their journey. The platform is intuitive and flexible, allowing us to customize experiences based on user behavior. I also appreciate the analytics and user journey mapping tools, which provide valuable insights into how users engage with the platform — helping us make data-driven improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

While Whatfix is a powerful platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The UI can feel slightly overwhelming at times, especially when managing a large number of Flows or Widgets. Some advanced customizations also require technical support or workarounds, which can slow down content creation. Additionally, deeper integration and flexibility in the survey/quiz module would be helpful as we look to expand our use of in-app feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I like most about Whatfix is how simple it makes user onboarding and training. The step-by-step walkthroughs are very intuitive and save a lot of time for new employees or customers. It also reduces support queries because users can find answers directly within the platform. The analytics feature is another big plus, as it helps track user engagement and improve processes continuously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

"WhatFix is As Intuitive As it can Ever Get"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

Having been a Whatfix content developer for GEODIS close to 3 years, I have seen many changes made to WhatFix Studio and the Dashboard. I like

1) The near way to organise contents into folders and a separate way to organize them under self-help.

2) I like how we can edit content both from within the dashboard and on the studio extension.

3) I like the recently introduced WhatFix Diagnostics to identify unstable elements make it easier for the content creators to test their contents before publishing.

4) Most of all, I love the intuitive nature with which each updates are made and released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I wouldn't say it's something I dislike, it's just I have to take the long route to publish contents within self-help if I have to do it frequently. We are building contents every week and everytime I have to publish a new contents to self-help, I also have to make a newer version of self-help, organize where I have to place them within the self-help. On top, I also have to go through sending contents (which I am developing but will not be publishing them soon) back to drafts and having the contents in Ready stage to be deployed in self-help prod. Instead of having to organise self-help seperately, it'd be a lifesaver of the self-help could

1) Replicate / Reflect the same Content and Folder Arrangements used in the Content Dashboard to Self-help too (which will mean leaving off all the contents that are in Draft and Ready stage from appearing in Self-help). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using WhatFix for digital adoption, customer facing"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really like how easy it is to create new content. There is not really any need for coding involved. The customer support is also very quick in replying, and they provide excellent help. They are always very helpful in finding workarounds in those cases where the issue cannot be solved.

I am happy with the types of features that already exist, but I am very excited for future improvements to these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Most of the features do not have enough synergy at the moment in my opinion. I would like for more varied trigger conditions between content pieces. Being able to allow the user to select which branch of a flow to follow, or to allow them to trigger more types of content within a flow would give it some more flexibility.

Maintenance of big content libraries is currently a bit clunky, especially translation when many languages are supported. Controlling the translation of one piece of content for multiple languages requires a lot of jumping between different menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
