I can complete my tasks with confidence without having to pause my work to ask for help or search through documentation, especially when using an app for the first time.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

It provides helpful guidance for the basic usage of an app, which is great. However, for more advanced users who run complex workflows, I feel that Whatfix doesn’t offer enough guidance. This becomes challenging once a user is already familiar with the app and moves on to more complex processes within it.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables self-learning within an app. This has boosted to stay focused and complete the task at hand time efficiently.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Whatfix aligns with the system used across various personas in a company which leads to a synchronized approach towards digital adoption. This also helps in empowering Users with self-paced understanding and encourage them to explore more. Whatfix lets user have hands-on learning which is difficult in manual training sessions over zooms or teams. Customer Support is amazingly responsive to resolve issues. The ease of implementing customizable solutions or flows as per the business process is quite helpful, since it broadens the scope of use cases could be implemented with Whatfix.

Since Whatfix elements are attached with existing item/element it leaves a little room to utilize the screen space.

 ### 8. Intuitive for Users, but Backend Analytics Can Be Overwhelming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix has been incredibly easy to learn and implement for the benefit of our customers navigating the system with ease. It is very intuitive and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The keywords, tags, page tags, role tags, and all the analytics on the backend are a little overwhelming. We are still struggling to understand why some content is available to certain audiences when it isn't supposed to be.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers are not typically tech savvy so Whatfix has been a great support to them when trying to navigate the website and find what they are looking for. There are several tasks that the customer is responsible to complete but they have a difficult time understanding. We have been able to create flows to walk them through step-by-step and they have been empowered to better understand their role within the system. Being able to provide callouts and flows to our customers has lessened the amount of support emails we've received.

It is helping me in changeengagement. We pull some large transformations for my customer and Whatfix help me do that. Whatfix is also helping us to reduce support tickets.

 ### 15. Great Tool Once You Get the Hang of It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

What I appreciate most about Whatfix is how it genuinely empowers users. It simplifies complex tools, making them more accessible, and enables teams to realize the value of their software investments more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

One drawback of Whatfix is that it may require a significant amount of time to become proficient with all of its features and customization capabilities. Although the platform is quite powerful, the initial learning curve for building highly customized flows or integrating with more complex systems can feel rather steep.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix helps solve the challenge of user adoption and training for new software. Instead of relying on long manuals or repeated training sessions, users get real-time, in-app guidance that walks them through processes step by step. This reduces training time, minimizes support tickets, and improves overall productivity.

 ### 16. Boosts Engagement & Productivity with AI-Driven Insights

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

They could improve on the target audience. They could improve on who they're building the products for.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Whatfix for engagement and productivity through in-app guidance and AI features. It simplifies developing walkthroughs interactively, offers great tool tips, and supports amazing training procedures. It's user-centric, customizable, scalable, aids in onboarding, and boosts our productivity.

 ### 18. Nice customer support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mingru L. | Business Analyst / IT Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

They respond to tickets quickly and consistently consider the customer's situation and use case before suggesting several possible solutions.
Additionally, when it comes to feature requests, even though they are not obligated to make any promises, they always accept customer suggestions and deliver meaningful improvements.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Sometimes when the app is updated, Whatfix doesn't follow up with an update, which leads to errors.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our users gain a better understanding of the application (Customized Salesforce). In addition, it reduces the amount of training time required for the trainer.

 ### 19. WhatFix is As Intuitive As it can Ever Get

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harihar K. | Product Content Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Having been a Whatfix content developer for GEODIS close to 3 years, I have seen many changes made to WhatFix Studio and the Dashboard. I like

1) The near way to organise contents into folders and a separate way to organize them under self-help.

2) I like how we can edit content both from within the dashboard and on the studio extension.

3) I like the recently introduced WhatFix Diagnostics to identify unstable elements make it easier for the content creators to test their contents before publishing.

4) Most of all, I love the intuitive nature with which each updates are made and released.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I wouldn't say it's something I dislike, it's just I have to take the long route to publish contents within self-help if I have to do it frequently. We are building contents every week and everytime I have to publish a new contents to self-help, I also have to make a newer version of self-help, organize where I have to place them within the self-help. On top, I also have to go through sending contents (which I am developing but will not be publishing them soon) back to drafts and having the contents in Ready stage to be deployed in self-help prod. Instead of having to organise self-help seperately, it'd be a lifesaver of the self-help could

1) Replicate / Reflect the same Content and Folder Arrangements used in the Content Dashboard to Self-help too (which will mean leaving off all the contents that are in Draft and Ready stage from appearing in Self-help).

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping onboard new employees to processes.

Helping customers get used to processes.

Helping users with pointers and beacons.

Introduction pop-ups for new features.

 ### 20. Active Support Team and Continuous Performance Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

The team is very active with their support and is consistently focused on improving performance while making good use of new tools and resources.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There is nothing I really can say i dislike about Whatfix

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better Self Help solutions for our users

 ### 21. Bri4dging the gap with Whatfix

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn M. | Learning Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix is an amazing company to partner with and stands out across our company as a vendor that is a true partner who is always at our side for support, to improve, to ideate with, and is trusted to work with us for the greater good of our company and our success. They are constantly evolving their product for performance and value. Whatfix cares to take feedback and work actionably on it, even the slightest improvement is considered and applied. I am not sure I have ever worked with a vendor that not only expresses concern for our product needs and results, but efficiently...very efficiently, works to quickly resolve technical issues and ensure our needs are met. It is possible, as we do, to have a very connected and successful working relationship with everyone at Whatfix.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I currently don't have any dislikes with Whatfix. I will be surprised if I do find something I dislike.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix has many key purposes. We use it for onboarding, training, guidance while working, change management, alerts, and surveys. Using Whatfix not only guides and acts as a ready resource for users, it also allows us to engage new hires with the new information, which helps secure them in their role, but also acts a statement of record for learning to ensure that learning was appropriately received. Whatfix as a resource allows our users to feel confident in accessing needed guidance at the time of work which improves comfort and performance. The analytics provide us with a way to understand application use and steer behaviors that could prove to have a negative impact and reduce risks. The analytics also help us to understand application adoption and time to efficiency, as well as when we can replace live training scenarios with Whatfix, the time saved for training and employees is placed back into production activities. Another important factor to mention is how the Learning & Development department has bridged their communication, awareness, and strategic vision of business activity with IT, Information Security, and other departments in the bank. This allows us to offer impactful solutions with teams that may have never reached out for help.

**Official Response from Ashish Ninan:**

> Hello Dawn,

Thank you so much for the 5-star rating! We always aspire to not just provide a great product but also an excellent service and so it feels superb to hear from you that we are delivering on both of them.

Regards,
Ashish

 ### 22. Effortless Training with Excellent Contextual Guidance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey J. C. | Assistant Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Analytics

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I really like how quick and easy it is to implement content with Whatfix. Making quick changes when needed is a breeze. It makes training and ensuring process compliance a lot easier and can be done on a much larger scale than traditional training methods. Also, the initial setup of Whatfix was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Very little! Whatfix has generally fixed or addressed the few issues we have encountered.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix provides amazing training for new staff, offers contextual guidance to ensure compliance, and simplifies training at a larger scale than traditional methods.

 ### 23. Great tool that helps with onboarding and new sw adaptation!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The team we work with is fantastic and always provides timely assistance whenever we need it. They guided us step by step to help us learn how to use the many features available for the benefit of our company. The support and customer success teams are always there for us, collaborating with us on our KPIs. We are very happy that we chose to work with Whatfix. It is very easy to learn and implement yourself.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Nothing. Throughout a wonderful experience.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix assists us in onboarding our customers step by step in an orderly, clear, and user-friendly way. It is highly flexible so it can be easily changed with the different versions of our software and can guide users as they learn to perform the tasks they want within our platform.

 ### 24. Whatfix is a product everyone could use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix is a great product to help with a variety of issues. The Whatfix team has leaned in and partnered with us to ensure we are getting the most out of the product. The product is easy to use and offers us way to improve our employee experience.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

No downside to Whatfix, but what has been most helpful is being strategic in how this product is deployed. Put thought into what actions are tracked, what the assumptions are, and expectations around timeline to gather baseline stats before improvements/changes are made.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using the Product Analytics but hope to get the DAP at some point as we see huge value in what it offers. We deployed the PA on a highly used application and have been using the user actions to track different complex processes, adoption to newly deployed features, as well as usage on features marked for future retirement. This is benefiting us as our application only provides limited data and we cannot see into the details to identify the true story. Whatfix PA allows us to dive further into these areas and understand success rates of different parts within a process, what action the user is taking after they arrive at our newly deployed feature, and so many insights into how our users are interacting within our system that we cannot get natively within the application.

 ### 25. Streamlined Onboarding and Seamless User Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kgabo B. | Cloud Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The most helpful aspect of Whatfix is its intuitive interface and the ability to create interactive walkthroughs without needing to code. It empowers teams to deliver contextual help directly within applications, reducing support tickets and improving user adoption.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

While powerful, the initial setup can be a bit complex, especially for teams unfamiliar with digital adoption platforms. Additionally, some advanced customization options may require technical assistance.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix has enabled us to streamline user onboarding and support within our CloudBlue platform. By embedding interactive guides and contextual help directly into the interface, we've reduced the learning curve for new users and minimized the need for manual training. This has led to faster adoption, fewer support tickets, and a more efficient user experience overall.

 ### 26. Powering Our Digital Transformation - Minimal effort & maximum results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geeta B. | SME on behalf of JSW Steel, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Whatfix is incredibly easy to use—even for non-technical users, with no-code editor deployment on platforms like Salesforce it is seamless.
Analytics - keeps us updated on usage & non usage scenarios.
Overall, Whatfix has become a key enabler in our digital transformation journey.

1. Prerequisite for Whatfix installation is Not user friendly, it should be pushed thru the admin console directly to end user on the browser
2. A robust preview/testing mode is very much needed.
3. Standard help button on Sales force to be enabled with AI - for natural language base search for end users
4. All Support executive to similar knowledge to resolve user concern with similar dedication

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 27. Supporting digital adoption with Whatfix

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leo P. | Senior Digital Learning Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

WhatFix is a great tool for supporting the adoption of digital platforms for users without being overly obtrusive. It provides a wide range of tools and features to help target content to users effectively, providing necessary support exactly where it is needed and without the need of creating support tickets.
Their support team are very responsive and keen to help achieve solutions and effective implementation, encouraging an effective and collaborative partnership for delivering success across systems.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Setting up a projects can take time and you don't always know that you are going to get it right until it's in the hands of your end users. However, when you get it right, the time spent becomes time saved for the organisation.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix has helped us overcome short comings in our platforms that would have otherwise caused a significant load on our ability to provide appropriate support. Through effective implementation of content through Whatfix we have been able to mitigate issues that could risk our reputation with stakeholders until improvements have been made in the core systems that we apply Whatfix to.

Whatfix has also been helpful in helping us gain insights into user behaviours so that we can guide and support adoption of underutilised features and so maximise our use of the platform.

 ### 28. Helping Empower Customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam C. | Director Of Training, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix truly listens to its customers and consistently strives to exceed expectations by delivering innovative solutions. A great example of this is when I previously mentioned the need for automated analytics. Not long after, Whatfix introduced the ability to schedule insight reports—an incredibly helpful feature that I now rely on regularly. It’s just one of many ways they show they’re not only listening, but actively evolving with their users’ needs.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The path Whatfix is on clearly establishes them as a powerhouse in the Digital Adoption Platform space. While it's hard to pinpoint what needs improvement, I’m confident they’ll continue to innovate and deliver forward-thinking solutions.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WhatFix has become the way our users not only conduct their self-paced training but also expand the materials within that training to provide a self-service widget. With the QuickRead feature, its not long till our users can experience a customer service bot to seamlessly answer their questions.

**Official Response from Gayatri Karthy:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Whatfix's wide range of tools resourceful and easy to use. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving our automation and analytics capabilities.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The ease of use 'no code' tooling to create the extra layer on top of your SaaS application(s) which will guide the customer experience in a proper and smooth manner.

Also the onboarding process is smooth and very professionally handled.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Lots of features to explore which can be found in seperate add on packages. Can be quite difficult to keep up and implement.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have our own cloud provisioning platform with thousands of users needing guidance on core and recently added features. Whatfix gives flexibility and solve the problem of quick adoption through flows and smart tips for users to be able to pick up using our platform quickly.

 ### 30. User Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | Business Architecture Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I was involved in creating the Whatfix Content with OTM. Mainly using the function of Mirror and Flow. The functionality of Whatfix was amazing and definitely beyond my expectation. It was very easy to use the Flow function, and the detailed design of the functions can meet all of my needs when creating an interactive training material. Especially being able to capture such a complicated platform.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Whatfix Mirror function does need a little bit more stability. I kept meeting the problems with recapturing the screen. There were bugs in terms of keeping the 2 screens linked when deleting the screens in between even if I ticked box to make sure that screens should be connected. It also happened to me for a couple of times that when I was trying to fix one screen's element, the previous screen that was working fine now have the same issue. And then it becomes a dead loop to go and fix all the screens, while they were working fine before.

During my capturing of the screens, there were times that mirror doesn't support the Web functions. If this could be helped with, it would make the products more perfect.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to created the very interactive and thorough training material for the end users.

 ### 31. User-Friendly Interface with Versatile Workflow Support

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The interface is easy to use, supporting everything from simple to complex workflows. I also appreciate the self-help features that make navigating the system more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The setup process requires a bit of training, as it can be somewhat complex.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix addresses the challenges that arise from complex software by providing in-app guidance, helping users become more proficient and supporting measurable digital adoption.

 ### 32. Whatfix is Making Our Onboarding Journey Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sripriya S. | Associate Technical Writer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

1.Easy to deploy and manage
2.Great customer support
3.Helpful analytics
4.Works well with complex platforms
5.Custom solution support based on our need was provided by the team

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Occasionally, the UI would lag a bit, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix helps simplify complex software for our users. As a technical writer, it’s made my job easier by letting me create in-app guides and walkthroughs without any coding. It’s intuitive, saves time, and really improves the user experience.

 ### 33. Enhances Client Journey with Useful Content Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The ability to create content that can be attached to elements in our clients' journey that helps remove friction and bring clarity.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The content library and management of production content. I'd like a better way to view and export the production content.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Whatfix platform helps offer our client's new product feature awareness, enhancements and provides clarity at specific points in the client journey.

 ### 34. Impressive Analytics and Real-Time Guidance: A Dynamic Solution from Whatifx

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helena d. | Global procurement and sourcing specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I particularly appreciate the solution's analytics, which provide valuable insights. Real-time guidance is essential, and I like the dynamic nature of it, as it is not a static process and requires continuous adaptation based on reporting.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I graded Whatfix with 8 out of 10 on a satisfaction scale. While I appreciate the solution's analytics and real-time guidance, I dislike the very technical aspect of the process. It often requires IT support and cannot be completely standalone. From content creation with separators to analytics, it demands more learning by doing than I would prefer, given other business priorities.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expectations:
Reduced user errors during the procurement process.
Lower cycle time for procurement activities.
Higher "right first time" ratio for tasks.
Easier access to answers on the platform.
Increased traffic and visibility for the indirect procurement intranet site.

Current Observations:
Slight traffic increase on the platform.
Too early to evaluate other impacts.

 ### 35. Great Product

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Ability to generate contents by itself and self heal

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There are no known downsides I'm aware of

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 36. Whatfix has proved it capability and didn't disappoint

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix has simplified onboarding and training for new employees, reduced training time, and ensured that everyone can quickly access the right guidance. New users normally hesitate to ask around their busy colleagues and tend to divert from a defined process resulting in error and having to address via a helpdesk/ support team. Whatfix makes sure we skip this and helps a lot in guiding users along with correct process to be followed. As a result, we have seen a significant drop in repetitive 'how-to' queries

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Flow break down a major issue in Whatfix.
Stability can be improved.
Graphics of the flow and related widgets can be updated to smooth contemporary style.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Application usage is not yet matured to have this addressed. Consultant directly from Whatfix is in constant touch about the application performance.

 ### 37. Top-Notch Customer Support That Feels Like a True Partner

We plan on it solving a lot of our user support cases.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

useful solutions to raise awareness of the audience and good support

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

multisales org combination can cause mix up in translations and lower awareness as a user what are the gaps for example when putting a widget to production

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

providing mor information to our customers and rising awareness of the audience

 ### 39. Whatfix is a great product and I enjoy working with it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I enjoy the Self Help feature most with Whatfix, it's easy to use and manage and end users are able to find the right support in their moment of need by using it. Whatfix has been great to work with and are amazing partners that help us understand the capabilities of the tool and how to get the most out of it.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

With any technology that can handle complex items, the tool takes time to really understand and navigate. This is a small price to pay especially after learning the ins and outs and being able to track and analyse almost anything.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organization needed a way to store job aids and how-to documents but be able to update them all in one place and have a universal spot for assoicates to look for those job aids and easily search for them. Whatfix gives the ability to add keywords to documents, this helps to ensure the right result gets returned decpite the assoicate searching different terms. For example: looking for steps on "making a payment" can still be found if an assoicate searches "how to issue a check"

 ### 40. Streamlined UI Management and Effortless Product Tours

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Their Digital Adoption platform is a pleasure to use and has significantly reduced the development overhead we previously faced with ad-hoc UI requests. It has also assisted us in creating product tours and tooltips, making it much simpler for us to adjust the content of these features as needed.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Their Analytics Product is still developing and does not yet compare to established platforms like Google 360 or Adobe Analytics. While the data it provides can be helpful for making decisions, as it is directionally accurate, it should not be relied upon for precise reporting.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Tours
Product Analytics
Product Banners
In the moment Feedbacks
Product form field tooltips

 ### 41. Smart assistant guiding users every step of the way

 ### 44. Reliable Onboarding, Outstanding Support

The onboarding support from Whatfix was above and beyond. I’ve had challenging experiences rolling out new platforms before, but this time I felt genuinely supported. The project management was clear and responsive, even when our internal timelines shifted, the Whatfix team stayed agile and kept us on track. Every person on the team is fantastic to work with. The software is intuitive, and while I still have more to learn, I feel confident knowing I can lean on Whatfix’s resources and support team.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The technical implementation side had a steeper learning curve than I expected. While I had strong support from the team, some of the more technical components required a level of understanding I couldn’t quite take on during onboarding.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Whatfix to improve the way we support team members navigating our internal systems. It helps us deliver just-in-time training, improve process adherence, and reduce confusion. The platform is a big step forward in how we communicate key updates and support behaviors at scale.
