Setting up the platform was straightforward, and I found it user-friendly, especially with the guidance from our customer. My experience with GEP SMART has been quite positive, to the extent that I rely solely on it and do not require additional software. Furthermore, if the success ratio of gaining new business via proposals validates our efforts, it’s a strong motivator for continued use and potential repurchases.
