Whatfix as a resource allows our users to feel confident in accessing needed guidance at the time of work which improves comfort and performance. The analytics provide us with a way to understand application use and steer behaviors that could prove to have a negative impact and reduce risks. The analytics also help us to understand application adoption and time to efficiency, as well as when we can replace live training scenarios with Whatfix, the time saved for training and employees is placed back into production activities.
