I use Whatfix to enhance the capabilities of Adobe Workfront, and it makes the product easier to use for both beginner and experienced users. I like that Whatfix is easy to use and provides several means of communication to help enhance the use of Adobe Workfront. It helps by providing self-help for users to watch videos, access project management documentation, run automated process flows, and request changes with just a few clicks.
