Whatfix have provided us with an excellent interactive on line help tool for our hotel clients. It is easy to use and set up. We are thrilled that we went with Whatfix - they are much more cost effective, the support has been just as good, if not better and their features are brilliant. There are added features that were not in the sales package - that we plan on implementing (eg task lists).

We provide 320 websites for luxury hotels, providing them with software to sell & manage their gift vouchers. Whatfix now provides each hotel user with an online help facility that provides a step by step guide of how to use the system.
