I like that Whatfix is easy to use and provides several means of communication to help enhance the use of Adobe Workfront. It helps by providing self-help for users to watch videos, access project management documentation, run automated process flows, and request changes with just a few clicks. The administration of the product is hard to learn at the beginning but once it has been mastered it is a very useful and effective tool.
