I like the flexibility in developing custom workflows and page designs in RainFocus, as well as the ease of managing data through the admin and live tables functionality. The system is powerful and flexible, allowing us to create workflows that suit our events instead of being constrained by the system. Additionally, their dashboards are amazing and can be shared (along with reports) across the organization, from day-to-day management to executive-level KPIs. We moved from Cvent's conference product because RainFocus offers all the functionality we were used to, with greater flexibility.
