We live from the reactions from social media, this is the only way we can get enough visitors for the event the following year. With walls.io we can transform our stage into a social media wall before and after the event and during the break and thus motivate visitors to post under certain hashtags. TEDxFreiburg has been working with walls.io for many years and we are very satisfied with the offer and especially with the support provided. The support is really very fast and helpful. It is very simple and easy to set up and customise, and attendees have a great time adding pictures and comments to the wall and seeing their additions on the big screen that we can display easily. We can also export the pictures from the night and use these in future marketing or on social media which is really handy. Overall it has provided a great experiece for our guests as well as being a valuable tool to us as a cash-strapped charity as a solution. We also embedded the wall to our webpage which has further enhanced the user experience and value for money. We found walls.io easy to add and follow hashtags and easy to integrate the wall into the website. The support team were very nice, fast support and provided a complimentary subscription when we explained what we were trying to do for our charity. **What do you dislike about Walls.io?** Only downside we experienced was some spam posts utilising our followed hashtags. However, I don't think the downsides are particular to walls.io, as no doubt all social walls require moderation. This was quickly solved with the built in moderation/blocking tools, including adding lists of spam terms to block, as well as user level blocking controls (blocking the offender account) etc. So not really anything to dislike, just some features to get to grips with. **What problems is Walls.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online events/conferencing during pandemic (and after hopefully!).
