The built-in moderation tools, language filters, and accessibility-friendly layouts mean I don’t have to worry about something slipping through during a high-stakes event. Hosting in the EU and offering DPAs is another huge plus for us, since legal and IT security always ask about those details. **What do you dislike about Walls.io?** Pricing can feel higher than some alternatives, but when you factor in the risk you’re avoiding — legal fines, reputational hits, or accessibility complaints, it pays for itself. **What problems is Walls.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our company, having a social wall that is safe by design is a must. With Walls.io, we don’t have to manually monitor everything. It integrates seamlessly with our event tech stack, from Cvent to digital signage, while keeping everything moderated and compliant. ### 2. The ability to track multiple platforms and distill these to one wall is excellent , additionally the moderation tools including keyword check, comment moderation etc is super helpful in keeping the wall from being hijacked. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Walls.io?** It is a bit expensive, especially for academic use where funds are limited. But the staff is super responsive and helpful. If you think cost is a barrier for academic use, talk to their team and I am sure they will assist. **What problems is Walls.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brings together the folks from a conference on one "page" , excited people to see their tweets/profiles on a public wall. ### 4. It is very simple and easy to set up and customise, and attendees have a great time adding pictures and comments to the wall and seeing their additions on the big screen that we can display easily. We can also export the pictures from the night and use these in future marketing or on social media which is really handy. Overall it has provided a great experiece for our guests as well as being a valuable tool to us as a cash-strapped charity as a solution. We also embedded the wall to our webpage which has further enhanced the user experience and value for money. The customer service is also superb at being very quick to respond and kind in helping. **What do you dislike about Walls.io?** If anything, it is expensive for us as a charity, but we have been graciously given discount codes which we are very grateful for. **What problems is Walls.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the issue of not having to worry about administration of encouraging sharing pictures throughout the night with our guests, as long as we introduce and explain it initially, as well as brief our table hosts about the tool to speak to our guests about, they quickly pick it up and get everyone at their table involved in sharing.
