The UX is a maze. In the midst of Brandlive being incredibly flexible, where you can control things is buried in very obscure places, likely because these features have been added on ad-hoc. I like how userfriendly it is. Although I have some experience with virtual webinars, Brandlive takes things to a more professional level. It's been cool to learn about production in this way. It is a bit complex to understand based on the how to videos. The trainings were absolutely needed because most of the platform isnt intuitive. We really enjoyed working with the folks on the Brandlive team. The creative team helped us take the event to the next level with graphics, animations, and other creative assets, and the production team was super easy to work with, very professional, and executed the event flawlessly.

The platform is easy to use as a user and as an admin, and it created an incredibly professional and exciting environment for our employees. Our global teams are dispersed and remote and the event and platform brought everyone together in much better way than the traditional webinar tools we use.

My main issue was the support for RTL languages. Using the front and backends in Arabic unveiled a lot of issues. The tools although solid, they lack compared to other competing services.
