What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile was a very easy to use, off the rack, line management/booking software solution. The updates working across the network were instantaneous and the user interface was intuitive and easy for both the consumers and management. We trained our staff on the program in less than an hour. While the software was not exactly built for our exact application, the customer service team did a great job at addressing the our customization requests that were possible as well as additional questions, without just sending us to a link in a manual. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile lacked some of the customization features that I was looking for, in particular the ability to easily change fonts, scale logo (and/or have multiple) and ease of exportation of the customer data collected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
