What is most helpful about wait-while? It's the essential tool my coworkers and I use daily at Ikea. What are the upsides of using wait-while? Keeping the workplace organization with a nice flow of happy customers visiting Ikea and using wait while and don't have to wait any longer than 2 min

I love to wait- while at IKEA, it helps reduce frustrated customers and improves customer surveys. Customers can make appointments at home to return, and pick up products.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

What do you dislike? I can say I don't have any complaints. I prefer every retail store that works with customers who have waited while in their store. This product is the next best thing on the market. At IKEA, we see more and more happy customers leaving IKEA without waiting so long in return.
