What do you like best about Voyado?

I really like that the support team for Voyado is very good and responsive. There's almost no downtime compared to other third-party services, which is important for maintaining a smooth operation. The overall API performance is good, and that's crucial for us since my client is a reputable ecommerce store. It helps ensure that customer experience is top-notch with fast request handling. What do you dislike about Voyado?

The API documentation could use some improvement and updates. It's not always easy to find what you're looking for. We had a situation where we were looking for some response structure to do mapping in the code on our side, and the property names were slightly different. It was later clarified by support that we were using a different points system, and that's why it was different in the documentation. What do you dislike about Voyado?

The only downside concerns the platform's current limited capabilities for advanced analysis. However, Voyado is transparent about this and offers plug-ins for customers who require such features. Another limitation is that Voyado currently doesn’t support sending push notifications natively. What do you like best about Voyado?

I really appreciate how intuitive Voyado is, which simplifies the process of creating segments for our campaigns. The product development efforts by Voyado also stand out to me, especially with the introduction of the new email designer. This feature has been highly anticipated as it now allows me to create and move my own modules easily, significantly enhancing my workflow. Additionally, the seamless integration of Voyado with Situu in the store is another aspect I find valuable, as it works well together in our operations. Moreover, the transition from Klaviyo to Voyado provided us the unique opportunity to work with loyalty points and the store system, adding a great benefit to our business strategy. What do you dislike about Voyado?

I find it frustrating that when creating an abandoned browse flow using the email designer or module builder, I need to involve a Voyado developer to develop the module for me, which is a bit annoying. What do you like best about Voyado?

It's extremely user friendly, with very powerful CDP features for companies with big digital presence that need the dots of the customer journey connected. I use it every day for 80% of my tasks and I'm very happy with the support that I get from the Voyado teams. The available reporting is either very granular or very top-level. I'm personally missing something in between within the Voyado environment, which is currently in my disposal on the company's BI tool. What do you like best about Voyado?

What I like the most about Voyado is how simple and smooth it is to work with. It’s a platform I felt comfortable using early on, and it really supports me in my day-to-day tasks. I use voyado daily in my role, mostly to build automated customer journeys or creating segmented campaigns. Voyado is actually the first CRM platform I’ve worked with since stepping into my new role within CRM and I’m really grateful that the interface is so intuitive and easy to use. CRM as a field can be quite complex, so having a tool that feels accessible and straightforward has made a huge difference for me. It allowed me to get up to speed quickly and focus on strategy rather than struggling with tech.

I also have to say the support team deserves a big shout out! They’re always super friendly and quick to help whenever I reach out for guidance, which makes a big difference.

We’ve implemented a few integrations and custom solutions, and I really appreciate how responsive and open Voyado has been to our needs. They’ve been willing to listen and adapt in order to help us create the best possible setup, all with the goal of delivering a world-class customer experience. What do you dislike about Voyado?

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything strongly, but there are definitely a few things I’d love to see improved. The reporting feels a bit limited at times. It doesn’t always allow for the filtering or deep dives we need, so we’ve ended up pushing the data to another tool to get the full picture. Also, I’m really looking forward to the new editor for newsletters, being able to make changes to our templates ourselves will make things much easier and more flexible for us.
