
I really like that the support team for Voyado is very good and responsive. There's almost no downtime compared to other third-party services, which is important for maintaining a smooth operation. The overall API performance is good, and that's crucial for us since my client is a reputable ecommerce store. It helps ensure that customer experience is top-notch with fast request handling. The API documentation could use some improvement and updates. It's not always easy to find what you're looking for. We had a situation where we were looking for some response structure to do mapping in the code on our side, and the property names were slightly different. It was later clarified by support that we were using a different points system, and that's why it was different in the documentation.
