What do you like best about Voyado?

I really like Voyado as a CRM platform because it combines ease of use with powerful features. It gives a 360° view of the customer and makes it simple to create personalized and automated customer journeys. What do you dislike about Voyado?

What problems is Voyado solving and how is that benefiting you?

Voyado helps solve the challenge of creating personalized customer experiences at scale. Instead of working in separate tools for email, SMS, loyalty, and customer insights, Voyado brings everything together in one platform. This gives a clear 360° view of the customer, makes segmentation very efficient, and allows me to create automated journeys that actually drive engagement and loyalty. What do you like best about Voyado?

What do you dislike about Voyado?

We are fully onboarded on all three products in the Voyado suite but do not receive any financial benefits from this. Voyado is generally quite expensive.

It's still clear that Voyado has not yet fully completed the merger with Apptus and ReDeal, both in terms of company and technical structure.

What problems is Voyado solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customer club provides loyalty benefits like bonus points on purchases and vouchers. Loyal customers are crucial to our business, so it's essential that we can communicate with them easily and quickly, something Voyado enables effectively.

Voyado’s AI-driven e-commerce merchandising enhances product findability on our site and helps us leverage customer segments to personalize the shopping experience.
